최근 전 세계적으로 주목을 받고 있는 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술의 발전과 함께, 사물인터넷 기반의 헬스케어, 스마트 시티, 농업, 국방 등의 다양한 서비스 개발이 본격적으로 진행되고 있다. 특히, IoT 기반 헬스케어 서비스는 IoT 융합 관련 핵심 서비스로서 성장하고 치열한 글로벌 경쟁 속에서 미래 정보통신산업 의 판도를 좌우할 것으로 예상된다. 본 고에서는 최근 국내외에서 활발히 진행되고 있는 IoT 기반 헬스케어 서비스 및 플랫폼 관련 동향을 살펴보고 향후 산업화 전망에 대하여 알아본다.

This paper proposed a new concept of global healthcare system based on M2M technology with the combination of networks by using IPv6 techniques. The proposed system consists of 6LoWPAN based wearable sensors, gateway for the connection of different networks, and server program offering health information. Thus our approach presents an intelligent system which allows direct exchange of information between machines without human assistance with the epoch-making extension of measurement environment in healthcare areas appropriately.

SNS 커뮤니티를 기반으로 다원적 서비스로 발전하고 있는 스마트 헬스케어 기술발전 추이와 서비스 및 IoT 기반 플랫폼 개발동향에 대해 설명한다. 아울러 질병의 예방/진단/치료/사후관리 등 서비스 분야별 시장성장 추이와 스마트 헬스 캐어 산업의 전방위 기술시장인 글로벌 의료기기 등에 대한 시장성 분석 정보를 제시한다. 이를 토대로 인구고령화 패러다임의 변화에 따른 헬스케어 서비스 산업의 시사점에 대해 설명한다. 국내 스마트 헬스케어 시장은 매우 협소하여 원격의료 및 만성질환관리 등 기본적인 서비스만으로는 산업의 고도화에 한계가 있다. 이에 센서/기기 등 하드웨어 중심에서 데이터, 콘텐츠 및 플랫폼을 기반으로 편의성과 저비용의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 스마트 헬스케어 사업모델을 적극 발굴하여 시장을 확대할 필요가 있다.

A global healthcare system based on M2M technology is proposed to support a good mobility, flexibility and scalability to the patients in 6LoWPAN. Sensor nodes integrated with wearable sensors are linked to gateway with IEEE 802.15.4 protocol and 6LoWPAN protocol for data acquisition and transmission purpose via external network. In the server, heart rate variability signals are obtained by signal processing and used for time and frequency domain performance analysis to evaluate the patient's health status. Our approach for global healthcare system with non-invasive and continuous IP-based communication is managed to process large amount of biomedical signals in the large scale of service range accurately.

최근 삼성, 애플, 구글, 마이크로소프트 등 글로벌 IT기업들이 디지털 헬스케어 시장에 뛰어들고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어는 건강상태에 대한 정보를 수집하고 이를 효율적으로 관리함으로써 개인맞춤형 건강관리 및 의료서비스 제공이 가능한 ICT융합 건강관리 서비스 및 기기로 건강관리서비스의 주도권이 의료영역에서 일반 소비영역으로 확대된 형태라고 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 디지털 헬스케어 선점을 위해 최근 경쟁이 가속화되고 있는 개인건강정보 플랫폼의 동향에 대하여 알아보았다. 삼성전자 애플, 구글, 마이크로소프트 등 국내외 글로벌 IT기업들의 개인건강정보 플랫폼과 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)에서 미래창조과학부의 지원으로 개발 중인 개인건강정보 기반 개방형 ICT힐링 서비스 플랫폼에 대하여 살펴보았다.

As the well-being mindset to keep our minds and bodies free and healthy more than anything else in the society we live in is spreading, the meaning of health care has become a key part of the 4th industrial revolution such as big data, IoT, AI, and block chain. The advancement of the advanced medical information service industry is being promoted by utilizing convergence technology. In digital healthcare, the development of intelligent information technology such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud is being promoted as a digital transformation of the traditional medical and healthcare industry. In addition, due to rapid development in the convergence of science and technology environment, various issues such as health, medical care, welfare, etc., have been gradually expanded due to social change. Therefore, in this study, first, the general meaning and current status of digital health care medical information is examined, and then, developmental tasks to activate digital health care medical information are analyzed and reviewed. The purpose of this article is to improve usability to fully pursue our human freedom.

In a social environment where population aging is rapidly progressing, the healthcare service market is growing fast with the increasing interest in health and quality of life based on rising income levels and the evolution of technology. In this study, after keywords were extracted from Korean and US patent data published on KIPRIS from 2000 to October 2019, frequency analysis, time series analysis, and keyword network analysis were performed. Through this, the change of technology trends were identified, which keywords related to healthcare was shifted from traditional medical words to ICT words. In addition, although the keywords in Korean patents are 55% similar to those in the US, they show an absolute gap in patent production volume. In the next study, we will analyze various data such as domestic and international research and can obtain meaningful implications in the global market on the identified keywords.

정부는 글로벌 헬스케어를 신성장동력 산업 중 5대 고부가 서비스 분야에 포함시키는 한편, 의료관광의 활성화를 위해 외국인 환자유치를 허용하는 의료법을 개정했다. 또 의료 서비스산업 선진화 방안도 발표하는 등 오는 2013년까지 외국인 환자 20만명을 유치해 의료 서비스를 차세대 성장동력으로 키우겠다는 목표를 내세웠다. 이처럼 정부가 의료관광에 관심을 기울이는 것은 황금알을 낳을 것이라는 기대 때문이다. 세계의 의료관광 현황과 우리나라의 발전 과제를 짚어본다.

According to Gartner, the size of the global health care industry in 2020 is expected to reach $ 850 billion, which is 15 percent of the total IoT market. The health care market is growing a lot lately, and many people are looking for a fitness center to build a healthy body. Sometimes, they exercise the wrong way by exercising exercise in the wrong way. Even though it is recommended to use the exercise, it is problematic to know how to use it or not to use it. It is becoming a problem. This paper designed the NFC fitness center customized for the fitness center that users use to improve the previously presented problem.
