Responding to rapid changes of global supply chain and fast increasing air cargo volume and demand for e-commerce market, this paper researched the development plans for regional airport specially focused on air cargo logostics through policy research. According to this research, political implications and development plans for Cheong Ju airport (CJJ) to become a part of global supply chain, a regional air cargo hub. Firstly, it is necessary to increase the length of the existing runway from 2,744m to 3,200m or to develop 3^rd runway only for a civil aircraft use. Secondly, it is inevitable to develop new air cargo terminal to handle and export such high value-added products as semi-conductor or rechargeable battery through airport. In addition, facing re-shoring trends among global supply chain, CJJ can increase its air cargo volume and also provide feeder service to Incheon airport, inducing global distribution center near airport site.

ebXML (Electronic Business using extensible Markup language), sponsored by UN/CEFACT and OASIS, is a modular suite of specifications that enables enterprises of any size and in any geographical location to conduct business over the Internet. Using ebXML, companies now have a standard method to exchange business messages, conduct trading relationships, communicate data In common terms and define and resistor business processes. It is the mission of ebXML that provides an open XML-based infrastructure enabling the global use of electronic business information in an interoperable, secure and consistent manner by all parties for creating a single e1ectronic electronic market. This paper briefly overviews the concept of core component, context, assembly rule and context rule. Then, It designs by standard specifications of ebXML core component commonly used in an industry and among industries, and assembles business messages by using XML schema. Therefore, it suggests the mechanism which effectively exchanges business messages among the trading partners. This paper designs core component by using only three business messages of retail industry : orders, dispatch report, sales report.

최근의 기업의 업무관련 네트워크가 인터넷의 발달, 글로벌(Global)경영, 전자상거래의 발달 등으로 인하여 전용선을 구축하여 인트라넷(Intranet) 환경에서 처리하던 업무들을 엑스트라넷(Extranet) 환경으로 확장하게 되었다. 엑스트라넷은 해당 기업의 여러 지사뿐만 아니라, 제조업체, 공급업체, 협력업체, 고객, 다른 비즈니스업체들과 안전한 공유를 위해서는 꼭 필요하다. 그러나, 이러한 엑스트라넷 구성은 비용적인 측면과 보안적인 측면 모두 고려해야된다. 현재의 추세는 기존의 공중망을 이용하여 사설망처럼 사용하는 VPN(Virtual Private Network)를 구성하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 리눅스기반하에 IPsec 프로토콜을 사용하여 VPN을 구성할 수 있는 freeS/WAN과 방화벽기능을 하는 패킷 필터링(Packet Filtering) 프로그램인 iptables를 이용하여 비용적 부담이 적고 안전한 엑스트라넷을 구성하고자 한다.

ebXML은 기업간의 전자상거래를 위한 글로벌 표준으로 비즈니스 프로세스 및 문서, 메시지 서비스, 기업의 공용 등록소 및 저장소, 거래 약정 등에 관련된 세부 표준들로 구성되어 있다. 기업간에 혐의된 비즈니스 프로세스에 따라 상대 기업과 문서를 주고받고자 할 때에는, 비즈니스 응용 프로그램은 전송하고자 하는 문서와 메시지를 생성하고 전송하는데 필요한 파라미터들을 메시지 전송 모듈에 전달해야 한다. 본 논문에서는, 비즈니스 응용 프로그램과 메시지 전송 모듈 사이에 메시지 서비스 인터페이스를 제공할 때의 문제점을 정의하고, 이에 대한 해결책으로 효율적인 메시지 서비스 인터페이스인 메시지 채널을 제안한다. 더불어, 메시지 채널을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 메시지 채널을 사용함으로써 비즈니스 응용 프로그램은 메시지를 전송하는데 필요한 파라미터들을 프로그램 내에 하드 코딩하지 않고 효율적으로 전달할 수 있다.

인터넷이 글로벌 네트워크로써 자리를 잡으면서 전자상거래와 관련된 많은 용어를 낳고 있으며 그 중에서도 가장 많이 회자되고 있는 단어는 사이버 쇼핑몰일 것이다. 이러한 상황 속에서 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않는다는 사이버 쇼핑몰의 특성은 소비자와 상인 모두에게 가장 큰 매력으로 다가왔고, 촌각을 다투며 생겨나는 수많은 쇼핑몰들 속에서 경쟁력을 가질 수 있는 부분은 쇼핑몰의 구축과 운영의 방법이라는 점에 공감을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 쇼핑몰을 자동으로 생성해주는 상점입점마법사를 구축하고 기존의 상점입점마법사들이 안고 있던 문제점을 해결하기 위한 7가지의 추가기능을 제시하고 있다. 상점입점마법사는 세 단계로 구성되고 각 단계는 복수개의 스텝으로 이루어져 있으며 각각의 스텝은 독립 모듈의 형태를 취함으로써 이를 통해 구축되는 쇼핑몰들의 차별성이 최대화 될 수 있도록 고려하였다. 추가기능은 상품 카테고리 생성, 관련 상품, 가격 비교, 인기 상품, 상점 홍보, 대체 상품, 마일리지 제도로 구성되며 이를 통해 상점입점마법사를 이용하여 구축된 쇼핑몰에서는 적용이 어렵다는 문제점에 대한 해법을 제시하고 더 나아가 SuperMall에 적용을 시킴으로써 기존의 Mall & Malls보다 경쟁력을 가질 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

Recently, International electronic commerce has been rapidly increasing. Over the past decade, e-commerce on the business foundation of the Internet compound has entered extensive areas of international trade and social activity. This paper focuses on the system establishment of customs duties of import goods in Global e-Commerce. Today, USA, EU and some major countries, International Organization insisted to Tariff-free woe in customs duty. This study also will discuss the effect of imposition of import duties. In order to impose customs duties, it needs to establish a system scheme, especially, because international payment of BtoC Commerce occur by the Credit Card. This study deals with Customs duties of import goods in Global e-Commerce.

This paper suggests a collaborative business process between the companies that each has a restricted physical branch in its own area and wants to extend globally sales and delivery service. The companies integrate their business processes for sales and delivery using a shared product taxonomy table. We also suggest a similar product finding algorithm to make the product taxonomy table that defines product relationships to exchange them between the companies. The main idea of the proposed algorithm is using a multi-attribute decision making (MADM) to find the utility values of products in a same product class of the companies. Using the values we determine what products are similar. It helps the product manager to register the similar products into a same product sub-category. The companies then allow consumer to shop and purchase the products at their own residence site and deliver them or similar products to another sites.

본 연구는 글로벌 인터넷 시장의 구매자와 판매자의 장단기 전략에서 가격을 기준으로 가장 합리적인 결정 방법을 알아보고 이를 통해 보다 가격 기준의 만족도 높은 거래를 성사시켜 구매자 및 판매자 모두에게 이득이 될 수 있는 프로세스를 제안한다. 제안된 프로세스는 구매자는 낮은 가격으로, 판매자는 높은 가격으로 물품의 거래가 성사된다면 가장 만족도가 높다는 가설을 세우고 이를 검증할 수 있도록 기존 시장을 구성하는 다양한 판매 방법들을 분석하여 본 연구에서 제시 하는 프로세스와의 장단점을 비교하고 본 연구를 통해 합리적 가격이 결정되는 방법 및 프로세스를 제한한다.

핀테크는 금융과 기술을 결합한 용어로 글로벌 ICT 기업이 폭넓은 사용자 기반을 바탕으로 송금, 결제, 대출, 자산관리 등 각종 금융서비스를 결합하여 제공하는 새로운 유형의 금융서비스를 말한다. 핀테크의 등장은 스마트폰 이용의 보편화로 소비자의 소비행태가 모바일 중심으로 변화하고 있고, 빅데이터 분석 등으로 소비자에게 맞춤형 금융서비스가 가능해진 환경에 기인한다. 핀테크는 전자상거래와 금융서비스가 새롭게 만나면서 자연스럽게 나타나는 현상이다. 핀테크는 기술을 핵심 요소로 하는 금융서비스 혁신으로 파괴적 혁신이라는 특징을 지닌다. 본고에서는 서론에서 핀테크의 정의, 발전 배경을 살펴보고, 본론에서 시장동향과 주요 기업의 사례 분석과 핀테크에 의한 금융 혁신 및 금융회사의 대응 동향을 살펴보았으며, 나아가 핀테크 성공요인 및 주요국의 핀테크 정책을 살펴 보았다. 결론에서는 우리나라의 현황 분석 및 대응 방향을 제시하였다. 정부는 올해 들어 창조경제의 일환으로 '핀테크 육성'을 금융 개혁의 핵심이슈로 선정하고 개혁을 추진 중에 있다. 정부는 핀테크 창업을 통해서 청년문제 등 일자리 문제를 해소하고, 중위험/중금리 사업모델인 인터넷전문은행의 선정, 각종 규제의 개선 등으로 우리경제가 저성장의 늪에서 벗어나 재도약하는 디딤돌이 되길 기대하고 있다.

ebXML은 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS가 주축으로 제정한 전자상거래 표준으로 XML 기반의 인프라를 제공하여 글로벌 e-비즈니스가 가능하도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 최근 여러 ebXML 레지스트리간의 Cooperation이 중요해지면서 2003년 6월에 제정된 ebXML RIM(Registry Information Model) 버전 2.5와 ebXML RS(Registry Service) 버전 2.5 스펙**에서는 Federation, Object Relocation, Object Replication을 포함하는 레지스트리 간의 Cooperation 기능과 더불어 Content-based 질의, Event Notification, Iterative 질의와 같은 기능들이 새로 추가되었다. 따라서. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 버전 3.0 레지스트리를 구현하기 위해서 ebXML 버전 3.0 레지스트리의 시스템 구조를 설계하였으며, 버전 3.0에서 가장 중요한 기능인 Federation을 효율적으로 관리하는 방안을 분석, 설계하고 사용자가 보낸 Federation에 대한 질의를 처리하기 위한 알고리즘을 설계하였다.
