2021년 5월 12일, 미(美) 바이든 행정부는 소프트웨어 공급망 보안 강화를 위한 대통령 행정명령 14028을 발표하였다. 이후 연방정부에 납품하는 핵심 소프트웨어에 대해 SBOM(Software bill of materials) 제출이 의무화됨에 따라, 2021년 하반기부터 소프트웨어 공급망 관리를 위한 다양한 솔루션이 빠르게 개발되고 있다. 하지만 활발한 연구 및 산업화가 이루어지고 있는 글로벌 정세와 달리, 국내 산업은 상대적으로 더딘 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 공급망 및 SBOM 관리를 제공하고 있는 글로벌 기업과 해당 솔루션에 대해 소개한다. 향후 국내 시장도 소프트웨어 공급망 보안 강화를 위해 SBOM 관리 의무화가 예상되는바 관련 솔루션의 개발 연구가 요구된다.

공급망 관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)는 공급자, 생산자, 고객에 이르는 공급망(Supply Chain) 전체에 대한 합리화된 통합적 관리를 의미한다. 현재까지 최적화와 관련된 분야들에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되어 왔으나 이러한 최적화 값들의 실제 적용에 관한 연구는 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공급망을 모델링하여 원하는 기간 동안의 시뮬레이션을 통해 공급망을 정량화된 데이터로 표현해 주고, 각 구성 요소에서의 운영정책 변화나 공급망 디자인의 변화와 같은 여러 가지 발생 가능한 변인들이 공급망에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 나타내 줄 수 있는 Supply Chain Simulator(SCS)에 대한 개략적인 내용을 살펴보고 개발된 SCS들에 대하여 간략하게 알아보고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the implications by studying the optimal mechanism for securing the supply chain competitiveness of manufacturing industries, especially steel-making company. To this end, this paper examined the case of affiliates of the representative global steel group in Korea. So far, research on corporate strategy has been mainly focused on the parent company of large group company, but this time, considering the strategic limitations and characteristics of affiliates of large group company, we will explore the mechanism of supply chain management on the basis of ser-M, and explore appropriate mechanisms for global steel makers and affiliates of large group company. As a result of this study, in affiliates of large group, parent company centered mechanism is easy to operate because many of the affiliates of large group companies are built by the needs of the parent company. Therefore, the mechanism that maximizes the controllable internal Resources from the affiliated companies' position appeared to be suitable. The study on ser-M based supply chain mechanism in this paper is meaningful in that it examines the mechanism focused on the case of supply chain management of global steel manufacturer. The significance can be found in the case study of affiliates. In addition, it is significant in that it is a case study of domestic representative large group affiliates.

The main purpose of this paper is to propose a sophistication framework for a global manufacturing network (GMN) driven by a mother company to autonomously propagate and coordinate transaction data that are exchanged among manufacturing partners. The framework is based on conceptual fundamentals of previous research that provide a step toward ultimate successful collaboration in the supply chain and employs mobile agents for the coordination and propagation of transaction data. Maintaining the integrity of transaction data linked to a huge information web is difficult. With the sophistication functionalities of this framework, it becomes easy to effectively control the overall GMN operations and to accomplish the intended goals. The current level of sophistication focuses on the transaction data propagation. The sophistication level may be expanded up to business intelligence in the future.

Recently, We will analyzed the effects of supply chain management(SCM) execution factors on the competitive advantage, focusing on display industry, which is the most intense sectors in global competition. It is important for global companies to secure corporate agility to actively respond to rapid changes in the market. This study examines whether business agility influences competitive advantage and plays a mediating role between performance and competitive advantage considering market situation.. As a result, it was analyzed that three variables of strategic factors such as strategic partnership, information sharing, and information technology have statistically significant effects on firm agility and competitive advantage. Also, it is proved that corporate agility is mediating effect on SCM execution factor and competitive advantage. This study suggests that SCM in global manufacturing industry is a Business Management System(MIS) that must be operated in enterprise management.

글로벌 시장환경체제에서 유통구조가 복잡해짐에 따라 제조사에서 유통업체 및 소비자까지 아우르는 전체 공급망에서 제품에 대한 이력추적관리는 투명한 유통구조를 형성시킬 뿐만 아니라 더 나아가 소비자들의 안전에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 세계보건기구(WHO)에 따르면 선진국에서 부정 전문의약품의 유통비중은 전체 의약품의 1% 정도이며 이를 미국에 적용할 경우(2006년 기준), 미국에서 유통된 34억 개 전문의약품 중 3,400만 개의 전문의약품이 가짜일 가능성이 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이로 인해 미국 캘리포니아주에서는 유통망의 투명성과 소비자의 안전을 보고하기 위하여 2D 바코드나 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)를 통해 의약품 제조에서 약국까지의 유통과정 계보를 추적할 수 있도록 제약기업에 2015년부터 제품에 시리얼번호를 부착한 이력장치(serialized e-pedigree)를 시행할 예정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 외적으로 물류/유통과정에서 제품의 위 변조를 예방하기 위한 e-pedigree에 현황 및 동태를 파악하고 국내 e-pedigree에 대한 방향성을 고찰하는데 그 목적이 있다.

글로벌 물류 환경하에 항공화물포워더는 신속한 배송, 실시간 위치 추적 및 상태관리 등의 복잡 다양해지고 있는 고객의 물류서비스 요구에 대응하기 위해 항공화물포워더들은 '포워더정보시스템(Forwarder Information System, FIS)'을 도입하고 있으나, 기존 포워더 정보시스템들은 단순 내부업무 관리 기능만을 지원하여 화물 수출입 관련 주체들의 정보공유 및 협업 등의 상호연계가 취약한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 실제 포워더 및 관련 주체 대상 설문조사를 통하여 공급리드타임이 짧으며, 여러 관련주체들의 신속한 정보공유가 필수적인 특성을 지닌 포워더를 중심으로 한 항공물류 공급망을 분석하고, 공급망 관점에서 포워더정보시스템의 문제점 개선을 위해 현행 항공화물포워더의 업무와 포워더정보시스템를 분석하고, 개선방안 제시하고자 한다.

As ICT convergence is progressing in all industrial fields and creating the global ecosystem of the supply chain is accelerating, supply chain risk related with cyber area are also increasing. In particular. the supply chain of ICT products is very complex in terms of technical and environmental factors to be managed, so it is vert difficult to transparently manage the entire life cycle. Accordingly, the US, UK, and EU, etc. are conducting and establishing cyber supply chainsecurity-related research and policies for ICT product supply chains. Korea also has the plan to establish management system to secure the supply chain of major ICT equipment as a task in the basic plan of the national cybersecurity strategy announced in 2019, but there is no concrete policy yet. So, In this paper, we review the cyber supply chain security management system in the United States and present a supplementary way to the National Information Security Manual in Korea from the perspective of cyber supply chain security. It is expected that this will serve as a reference material for cyber supply chain measures that can be introduced in domestic information security field.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on global logistics and supply chains, leading to major discrepancies in logistics performance across countries worldwide. Through an examination of logistics performance index and supply chain tracking data, this study aimed to identify the changes in global supply chains and logistics environments during the pandemic. The analysis of the logistics performance index showed that overall, countries around the world, especially developed nations, showed improvements in metrics such as customs and border management efficiency, the quality of trade and transport infrastructure, capability and quality of logistics services, and cargo tracking abilities. However, the competitive pricing feasibility of international transportation and the on-time delivery frequency of goods saw a decline due to the pandemic's effects. The supply chain tracking data revealed that ports in Asian countries demonstrated high processing efficiency. In contrast, the U.S. and European countries took comparatively more time. Particularly for air cargo, parcels, and express shipments, the U.S. showed relatively longer processing times, leading to logistical delays. In conclusion, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Asian countries maintained relatively high efficiency in their logistics and trade environments. Conversely, the U.S. and some European countries showed delays and decreased efficiency in various metrics. In the future, efforts should be made to address delays and congestion, namely, the deceleration of logistics processes.

New product preannouncement through global supply chain management and international strategic alliances is a critical issue for firm's survive and gaining the competitive advantage in the global smart-phone market. To identify the impact of exploration alliance and exploitation alliance on the short-term's Firm Performance, respectively, This study implemented the event study and the cross sectional regression analysis, focusing on the case of Galaxy Note series. Research results identified that new technologies by exploration alliance and the existing technologies through exploitation alliance have a positive effect on the short-term's performance of vendors related. Furthermore, information for the new products showed higher the excess earning rate than information related to the existing technologies. This implies the firms that provides new technologies have a stronger innovative ability than the companies serving the existing technologies, recognizing as a positive signal in the market. Finally, this study implicates that new technologies by exploration alliance enhances innovative abilities from new product preannouncement, and is a critical variable that can determines whether to survive in the market.
