지상(紙上)블로그 - 2007~2010년간 대학도서관 사서 모집현황 분석 및 전망

  • 문헌정보학 전공자에게 있어 취업의 꽃은 대학도서관 사서로의 진출이 아닐까 싶다. 왜냐하면 대학 도서관은 다른 관종의 도서관에 비해 외형적으로 규모가 크고, 업무는 다양할 뿐만 아니라 영역별로 전문화되어 있어 다양한 경험을 쌓을 수 있는 장점이 있다. 게다가 근무시간이나 급여, 복지 등과 같은 근무조건 및 환경 역시 타 관종에 비하여 비교적 우위에 있다고 하겠다. 때문에 전공자들 사이에는 기회가 된다면 누구나 대학도서관 사서로의 꿈을 꾸는 것이다. 하지만 최근 대학을 둘러싼 내외적인 상황이 그리 만만하지가 않다. 대학 외적으로는 대학 간 무한경쟁 체제의 확산 및 심화, 입학자원의 절대적 감소, 정부 및 각종 기관의 지원시 엄격한 평가 적용 등의 영향과 내적으로는 대학내 도서관 위상의 점진적 약화, 사서적인 수의 감소, 사서직에 대한 전통적 인식 약화로 인한 입지 위협 등으로 인하여 대하교직원 채용에 있어 도서관 사서는 대개 후순위이거나 고려대상에서 점점 더 멀어지고 있는 실정이다. 또한 최근에는 긍적적 측면과 부정적 측면이 상존하는 사서직원의 본부부서 이동 역시 늘어나고 있다고 하겠다. 한편 1987년 사서자격증 발급자가 2,000여명을 돌파한 이래 최근에는 매년 2,400여명 내외의 자격증 소지자를 배출하고 있는데, 본 글은 이 정도의 공급에 미루어 볼 때 전체 관종 대비 대학도서관 사서의 모집현황은 어느 정도인지? <사서e마을> 정규직, 비정규직 코너에 2007~2010년간 게재된 모집 공고 중심으로 월별, 지역별, 대학 설립주체별 현황 분석 및 전망을 해보고자 한다.

The work performance and the factor contributing to the work performance of nutrition teacher & school dieticians (영양교사 (정규직)와 학교영양사 (비정규직)의 직무수행도 및 직무수행에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study is to investigate the work performances and the factors contributing to the work performance of nutrition teachers and school dieticians according to employment status in Daejeon and Chungcheongnamdo. Methods: A survey was conducted among 415 school dieticians from selected elementary, middle, and high schools in the area. This survey was used for analysis of the general characteristics and the status of working and foodservice environments. The frequency of occurrence was measured using the ${\chi}^2$-test while analysis of differences in work performance of 57 variables grouped according to 12 categories by mean ${\pm}$ SD was performed using student t-test. In addition, a regression analysis was performed to assess the influence of occupational (working and foodservice) environment on work performances. Results: All 14 environmental factors including general characteristics were different between nutrition teachers and school dieticians. In 12 of 57 variables there were significant differences in work performance between the two groups. When compared using average work performance, 5 domains showed significant difference in work performance between the two groups. These 5 domains were other works (T = 6.050), dietary habit guide (T = 4.789), menu (nutrition) management (T = 3.524), foodservice administration and evaluation (T = 2.757), and production and service management (T = 2.588). Overall, the work performances of nutrition teachers were comparably higher than those of school dietitians. A correlation analysis between occupational (working or foodservice) environments and work performances of the two groups showed that the work performances of nutrition teachers were influenced by the number of employees, number of students, meal frequency a day, annual salary, age, foodservice years of school, and school type. Conclusion: Meanwhile, the work performances of school dieticians were influenced by the number of students, number of employees, meal frequency a day, work hour, education level, age, school type, and service years as a dietitian.

  • In recent years, the domestic construction business is continuously stagnated caused by housing depression, global financial crisis etc. To overcome these difficulties, the construction companies should reinforce the internal marketing like the service business. However, it is not easy to conduct active internal marketing reinforcement since the companies do not directly receive customers under special situation like construction. Therefore, it is necessary to resolve the urgent issue by selecting order of priority among internal marketing factors. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analysis the internal marking factors by using Analytic Hierarchy Process.

A Status of Determinant of the Intention to Turnover for Dental Hygienists (치과위생사의 이직실태와 이직결정 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study purpose is assessment to intention of turnover for dental hygienists. The study population was dental hygienists who registered at conference of Korean Dental Hygienists Association. Finally 1,955 among 2,040 were finished the question and response(response rate 95.8%). Statistical analysis conducted using SPSS 18.0K for Windows. The difference on the distribution of independent variables related with experience of turnover analyzed with Chi-square test. The results of this research could be summarized as follows: The rate of the dental hygienists experienced of turnover was 46.8%. The unmarried dental hygienists were more intended than the married ones(p<0.001). More higher education group, more higher working experience group, more higher income group, more aged group had more turnover(p<0.001). The reason of turnover were environment of employment(night work, 23.7%), personal reasons(19.1%), conditions of employment(14.6%). In conclusion, this study suggests that set up a strategy of career life for dental hygienists in dental clinic.

The Influences of the Awareness of Patient Safety Culture on Safety Care Activities among Nurse in small-medium Sized General Hospitals (중소병원 간호사의 환자안전인식이 안전간호활동에 미치는 영향)

  • The study was conducted to identify the perception of patient-safety and the level of safety care activity among nurses in small-medium sized general hospitals. Data were collected at three hospitals among 344 nurses on April 2012 and administered questionnaire regarding the perception of patient-safety and safety-care-activity. Data analyzed by using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics was used to determine comparison, correlation and association (Pearson correlation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, multiple regression). The results revealed that there were significant differences in the level of perception of patient-safety according to the nurses' career, time of work, and work department in their hospitals. And also there were significant differences in the level of safety-care-activity according to the nurses' age, position, marriage, the nurses' career, time of work in their hospitals. Nurses with higher perceived level of patient-safety performed more safety-care-activities. The findings of the study suggests that in order to improve the nurse's perceived level of patient-safety and safety-careactivities, the hospitals need to establish the policies that support patient-safety, improvement the environmental system, proper working atmosphere to ensure appropriate work time, regulation nurse-patient ratio are also required.

보건관리대행기관 산업간호사의 업무수행과 직무만족도에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 보건관리대행기관에 근무하는 산업간호사들의 보건관리업무실태 및 근무만족도와 이들간의 관계를 파악함으로써, 산업간호업무향상 및 효율적인 산업보건관리를 위한 기초자료로 제시하고자 시도되었다. 조사대상은 38개 보건관리대행기관중 24개 기관에 근무하는 산업간호사 118명중 97명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구기간은 '92년 5월부터 6월까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그중 89명이 설문에 응답하여 이를 분석 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보건관리대행기관의 간호사는 산업간호사의 일반적 특성과 비교해볼 때 기존 산업간호사와 유사하였다. 그러나 법정휴가를 받는다는 간호사가 59.1%로 더 낮았다. 둘째, 보건관리대행기관 산업간호사의 담당사업장수는 법적으로 30개 사업장, 2,000명의 근로자를 담당하도록 되어있는데 조사결과 법적기준인 보건관리사업장의 수를 담당하는 간호사는 57.1%를 차지하였고, 담당 근로자 수로 볼때는 2,000명이하가 29.8%를 차지하여 많은 산업간호사가 법적인 기준을 초과하여 산업보건관리를 대행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보건관리대행의 방문방법으로 교통편은 대행 기관차량을 이용하며, 간호사 혼자 산업장을 방문하는 것이 대부분으로 나타났고, 방문횟수는 100인미만이 월1회, 100인이상이 월2회로 규정된 것과 비교해보면 규정을 따르는 곳이 100인 미만의 경우 97.4%, 100인이상의 경우 86.4%였다. 또한 의사나 위생사는 방문을 안하거나 년1-5회 방문하는 것으로 나타나 보건관리대행의 주제공자는 간호사인 것으로 냐타났다. 또한 사업장 방문시 업무수행장소는 휴게실이나 사무실이 87.5%, 현장이나 수위실에서 하는 곳이 70.5%나 되어 뚜렷이 업무를 수행할 장소가 마련되지 않은 실정을 나타냈다. 네째, 보건관리대행에 근무하는 산업간호사의 애로사항은 사업장내에서는 조직과 체계상의 문제, 간호사 역할에 대한 인식부족, 권한과 자율성 부족 등을 들었고, 사업장 방문시에는 사업주와 근로자의 인식부족이 우선적으로 지적되었다. 또한 산업간호사는 보건관리 대행업무에서 사업장의 참여유도, 사업장 순회점검 및 개선지도, 보건교육, 건강상담이 우선적으로 실시되어야 한다고 하였다. 다섯째, 보건관리대행기관 산업간호사의 업무수행정도는 건강검진이나 직업병관리, 보건교육, 환경위생관리업무를 비교적 많이 실시하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 보건관리대행기관 산업간호사의 직무만족도는 전문적 위치나 상호작용, 업무요구등은 높게 나타났으나 보수와 산업보건관계자와의 관계등은 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 또한 직무만족도에 대한 총화점수는 사업장근무자가 240점중 143.8인데 비해 보건관리대행기관 근무자는 230점중 129.61점으로 더 낮게 나타났다. 일곱째, 일반적 특성별 보건관리대행 산업간호사의 직무수행정도는 연령별 30세이상군이, 결혼상태별로 기혼군이, 경력은 1년이상인 군이, 근무시간 8시간인군이, 급여수준은 50만원이상인군이, 법정휴가가 있는 군이, 자질향상교육을 받은군이 담당사업장수가 30개이하인 군이, 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 연령군이 20-24군과 30세이상인군 (p<0.05), 결혼상태별로 기혼군과 미혼군(p<0.01), 급여수준별로 50만원미만군과 이상인 군(p<0.05), 법정휴가가 있는 군과 없는군(p<0.05), 자질향상 교육을 받은군과 받지못한 군(p<0.01), 담당사업장수가 30이하인 군과 31인이상인 군(p<0.05) 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 즉 산업간호사중 나이가 많고, 기혼이며 급여수준이 높고 법정휴가와 교육을 받고, 담당사업장수가 30이하인 군이 보건관리대행업무를 잘 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 일반적 특성별 보건관리대행 산업간호사의 직무만족도는 연령별 30세이상군이, 결혼상태별로 기혼군이 경력은 1년이상인 군이, 근무시간 8시간인군이, 급여수준은 50만원이상군이, 법정휴가가있는군이, 자질향상교육을 받은군이, 담당사업장수가 30개이하인 군이 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 결혼상태별로 기혼군과 미혼군(p<0.01), 근무시간별로 8시간군과 9시간 이상인 군(p<0.01), 급여수준별 50만원 미만군과 이상군(p<0.05), 자질향상교육을 받은군과 받지 않은군(p<0.05) 사이에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 즉 산업간호사중 기혼이고 근무시간은 8시간이며 급여수준이 높고 자질향상교육을 받은 군이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 아홉째, 보건관리대행기관 산업간호사의 업무수행정도와 직무만족도 사이의 상관관계를 보면 보수, 자율성, 업무요구가 높을수록 산업간호업무를 수행을 잘하는 것으로 나타났으며(상관관계 r>0.6, P>0.001), 전체적으로 총직무만족도와 업무수행정도와의 상관관계는 6346, P<0.001로서 만족도가 높을수록 업무수행정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로하여 보면, 보건관리대행기관에 근무하는 산업간호사는 그 특성을 고려하여 업무도 사업장 근무자와 다르게 규정되어야 하며, 담당업무의 명확한 한계를 정해 중소규모사업장의 산업보건관리업무를 책임있게 수행할 수 있도록 뒷받침이 필요하다. 더불어, 직무만족도를 높일수 있도록, 산업간호사에 대한 다방면의 지원이 필요하다고 하겠다. 또한 보건관리대행기관 산업간호사는 나이가 많고 기혼이며 경력있는 간호사를 채용하고 근로조건을 잘 개선하면 직무수행정도가 더 높아질 것으로 보인다. 좋은 근로조건의 형성과 직무만족도 등을 높여 산업간호사의 직무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위하여는 보건관리대행기관에 관한 규정이 강화 보완되어야 하겠으며, 민간단체와 의료기관 뿐아니라 공공기관에서도 중소규모사업장의 보건관리업무를 담당하는 방향으로 전환하는 방안을 모색해 보아야 할 것이다.

The Show up Time in the Development of the Korean Pilots Fatigue Management Program (한국형 운항승무원 피로관리 프로그램의 출두시간에 관한 연구)

  • The significance of pilots' fatigue and the attributed risk management had continuously increased over time as the airline industry expanded. Research and legislation efforts associated with pilot fatigue are being taking place actively all over the world. In the developed world such as the United States and European Union etc., the airline pilot fatigue is already being managed by considering the show up time, the number of take offs and landings made, resting period, jet lag etc., when computing flight duty time. In Korea, the flight duty time is only limited by the total number of hours per given period regardless of the flight conditions and environment. Such lack of regulation demand development of a fatigue management program. According to the survey taken from the airline pilots in Korea, it has been found that acquiring foreign policies directly may in turn, increase the risk of fatigue. This research suggest future studies regarding fatigue management program adapted exclusively to Korean domestic flight environment and culture.

A Study on the Design of Relocatable Wall System for Office Environment (사무환경을 위한 조립형 벽체 시스템 디자인에 관한 연구)

  • The fact that office environment is a principal factor affecting work efficiency is widely accepted. Under such a circumstance, developing relocatable office wall systems is highly required. Psychological, physiological, and economical factors, along with physical factors, should be considered to develope a office wall system. More specifically, competitive price, relocatable efficiency, structural stability, fast installation, health and safety, and aesthetic satisfaction are typical determinants. The evaluation results of newly developed wall system are as below: 1) Panel structural system added with the merits of frame structural system can be studied to accomplish minimal disruption to workplace and better finish details. 2) To cover up the existing interior defects such as uneven floor and ceiling, flexible solutions must be studied especially when panel structural system is accepted. 3) More consideration must be given to finish materials, section details, sound blocking and absorbtion to enhance the satisfaction level.

Analysis of Bus Drivers' Working Environment and Accidents by Route-Bus Categories : Using Digital TachoGraph Data (노선버스 운송업종별 운전자의 근로여건 및 사고 분석 : DTG 데이터를 활용하여)

  • The accident of mass transit such as a bus could draw the large casualties and this induces social and economic losses. Recently, severe bus accidents caused by tiredness and inattention of bus drivers occurred and those lead to growing interest in bus accidents and the drivers' work environment. Therefore, this study analyzes the accident based on the work environment of bus drivers and route-bus categories. For the research, this study collected digital tachograph data and the bus company information for 271 domestic bus companies in 2017 and used ANOVA test and chi-square test as statistical methodologies. As a result, we figured out there are statistically significant differences in the accident according to the working environments. Especially, the present study confirmed the intracity bus with working every other day has the most frequent accidents. We expect that the results of this study be used as foundations for the improvement of working conditions to reduce route-bus accidents in the future.

A study on Classification of Temporarily Access Group about Sanitation Workers in Nuclear Medicine Department (핵의학과 환경미화원의 일시 출입자 분류에 대한 고찰)

  • Purpose: Those who access to the nuclear medicine department are classified as radiation workers, temporarily access group, and occasional access group as defined by the atomic energy law. The radiation workers and temporarily access people wear a personal radiation dosimeter for checking their own radiation absorbed dose periodically. However, because of the sanitation workers, classified as temporarily access group, who are working in the nuclear medicine department are moved in a cycle with other departments and their works are changeful, it is hard to control their radiation absorbed dose. Thus, this study is going to examine the state of the sanitation worker's radiation absorbed dose, and then make sure whether they are classified as temporarily access group or not. Materials and methods: In the first instance, the first sanitation worker who works in vitro laboratory and PET room and the second sanitation worker who works in gamma camera rooms (invivo room) wore radiation dosimeter-OSL(Optically Stimulated Luminescence)- to measure their own radiation absorbed dose during work time from May to June 2011. Secondly, this study was taken place 5 places in gamma camera rooms, 2 places in PET bed room, operating room, waiting room and cyclotron room in PET and 4 places in vitro laboratory. And then to measure the radiation space dose rate, it is measured 10 times each of places as sanitation worker's work flow by using radiation survey meter. Results: The radiation absorbed dose on OSL of the first c who works in vitro laboratory and PET room and the second one who works in gamma camera rooms are 0.04, 0.02 mSv per month respectively. That means the estimated annual radiation absorbed doses are less than 1mSv as 0.48, 0.24 mSv/yr respectively. The radiation space dose rates as sanitation worker's work flow using survey meter are 0.0037, 0.0019 mSv/day, so the estimated annual radiation absorbed dose are 0.93, 0.47 mSv/yr respectively. The weighted exposure dose of first sanitation worker of each places are 1.62% in cyclotron room, 3.88% in waiting room, 2.39% in operating room, 81.01% in bed room of PET and 11.01% in vitro laboratory. The weighted exposure dose of second sanitation worker of each places are 45.22% in radiopharmaceutical laboratory, gamma 30.64% in camera rooms, 15.65% in waiting room, 8.49% in reading room. Conclusion: The annual radiation absorbed doses on OSL of both sanitation workers are less than 1 mSv per year and the annual radiation absorbed doses by using survey meter are less than 1mSv either, but close up to 1 mSv. Thus, to clarify whether the sanitation workers are temporarily access group or not, and to be lessen their s radiation absorbed dose, they should be educated about management of radiation and modified their work flow or work time appropriately, their radiation absorbed dose would be lessen certainly.
