최근 인공지능 시스템이 발전함에 따라 사람보다 높은 성능을 보이고 있다. 또한 전문 지식에 특화된 분야(질병 진단, 법률, 교육 등)에도 적용되고 있지만 이러한 전문 지식 분야는 정확한 판단이 중요하다. 이로 인해 인공지능 모델의 결정에 대한 근거나 해석의 중요성이 대두되었다. 이를 위해 설명 가능한 인공지능 연구인 XAI가 발전하게 되었다. 이에 착안해 본 논문에서는 기계독해 프레임워크에 순환 신경망 디코더를 활용하여 정답 뿐만 아니라 예측에 대한 근거를 추출하고자 한다. 실험 결과, 모델의 예측 답변이 근거 문장 내 등장하는지에 대한 실험과 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 모델이 추론 과정에서 예측 근거 문장을 기반으로 정답을 추론한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study was conducted for the purpose of convergence exploration of evidence-based practices for the advancement of performance analysis of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University. The research method consisted of an expert meeting procedure along with a procedure for analyzing previous studies dealing with the performance analysis of the university's extracurricular activities in the field of pedagogy. The contents of this study consisted of presenting some facts that should be based on evidence for the advancement of performance analysis of the extracurricular activities after the establishment of the center for extracurricular activities in Duksung Women's University. And in practices, the development and diagnostic analysis of tools for diagnosing extracurricular customized learning capabilities, data-based multidimensional analysis (IR system), continuous monitoring analysis through extracurricular certification, and analysis based on feedback tools were presented in a convergence perspective and context. As a result of the study, the evidence-based practices for the advancement of the performance analysis of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University guarantees the validity and stability of the performance evaluation and feedback system of the extracurricular activities at Duksung Women's University, and has a close influence on the extracurricular education work of other universities analyzed as possible.

논지가 높은 설득력을 갖기 위해서는 충분한 지지 근거가 필요하다. 논지 내의 주장을 논리적으로 지지할 수 있는 근거 자료 추출의 자동화는 자동 토론 시스템, 정책 투표에 대한 의사 결정 보조 등 여러 어플리케이션의 개발 및 상용화를 위해 필수적으로 해결되어야 한다. 하지만 웹문서로부터 지지 근거를 추출하는 시스템을 위해서는 다음과 같은 두 가지 연구가 선행되어야 하고, 이는 높은 성능의 시스템 구현을 어렵게 한다: 1) 논지의 주제와 직접적인 관련성은 낮지만 지지 근거로 사용될 수 있는 정보를 확보하기 위한 넓은 검색 범위, 2) 수집한 정보 내에서 논지의 주장을 명확하게 지지할 수 있는 근거를 식별할 수 있는 인지 능력. 본 연구는 높은 정밀도와 확장 가능성을 가진 지지 근거 추출을 위해 다음과 같은 단계적 지지 근거 추출 시스템을 제안한다: 1) TF-IDF 유사도 기반 관련 문서 선별, 2) 의미적 유사도를 통한 지지 근거 1차 추출, 3) 신경망 분류기를 통한 지지 근거 2차 추출. 제안하는 시스템의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 사설 4008개 내의 주장에 대해 웹 상에 있는 845675개의 뉴스에서 지지 근거를 추출하는 실험을 수행하였다. 주장과 지지 근거를 주석한 정보에 대하여 성능 평가를 진행한 결과 본 연구에서 제안한 단계적 시스템은 1,2차 추출 과정에서 각각 0.41, 0.70의 정밀도를 보였다. 이후 시스템이 추출한 지지 근거를 분석하여, 논지에 대한 적절한 이해를 바탕으로 한 지지 근거 추출이 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다.

내진성능평가 시스템은 구조시스템의 합리적인 분류, 적절한 평가 기준, 그리고 종합적인 평가방법을 포함하여야한다. 외국의 현행 내진성능 평가방법은 데이터의 수집과 주요 평가 항목을 위한 약산식 그리고 평가 점수를 이용하여 전문가의 판단에 근거한 평가 방법을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 건축구조물에 예비 내진평가 방법에 중점을 두고 퍼지추론 시스템에 근거한 내진평가방법의 전형을 개발한다. 평가항목의 위계는 건무의 수직, 수평방향을 불규칙성, 비대칭성, 여용성, 그리고 건물 연한을 포함한 전체적인 특성과 부재 단계에서의 상세한 평가 항목으로 구성한다. 퍼지추론방법에 대한 기존의 연구결과를 근허가혀 이용한 내진성능 평가방법에 적절히 적용하기 위하여 4가지 주요 모듈을 설정한다. (1) 퍼지 입력 (2) 퍼지에 근거한 규칙기반 (3) 퍼지추론, 그리고 (4) 퍼지출력으로 구성된다. 더욱이 개별적인 성능 수준에 종합적인 평가지수를 끌어내기 위하여 퍼지추론방법을 적용하였다.

본 연구에서는 블랙박스로 알려진 딥러닝 모델에 설명 근거를 제공할 수 있는 설명자 모델을 적용해 보았다. 영화평 감성 분석을 위해 MLP, CNN으로 구성된 딥러닝 모델과 결정트리의 앙상블인 Gradient Boosting 모델을 이용하여 감성 분류기를 구축하였다. 설명자 모델로는 기울기(gradient)을 기반으로 하는 IG와 레이어 사이의 가중치(weight)을 기반으로 하는 CAM, 그리고 설명가능한 대리 모델을 이용하는 LIME과 입력 속성에 대한 선형모델을 추정하는 SHAP을 사용하였다. 설명자 모델의 특성을 보기 위하여 히트맵과 관련성 높은 N개의 속성을 추출해 보았다. 설명자가 제공하는 기여도에 따라 입력 속성을 제거해 가며 분류기 성능 변화를 측정하는 정량적 평가도 수행하였다. 또한, 사람의 판단 근거와의 일치도를 살펴볼 수 있는 '설명 근거 정확도'라는 새로운 평가 방법을 제안하여 적용해 보았다.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the belief in evidence-based practice, awareness of importance and performance of intravenous infusion and pressure ulcer evidence-based practice guidelines among nurses in a tertiary general hospital. Methods: The subjects of this study were 217 nurses working in a tertiary general hospital. Data collection was performed between February 11 and February 25, 2022. Data analysis was conducted descriptive statistics, t-test, hierarchical regression analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis. Results: The mean score of belief for evidence-based practice among novice nurses was 3.34 out of 5, while preceptor nurses scored a mean of 3.41 out of 5. There was no significant difference in belief scores between novice nurses and preceptor nurses (t=-1.21, p=.227). The factors influencing the performance of evidence-based practice guidelines for intravenous infusion were belief in evidence-based practice (β=.14, p=.009) and importance of intravenous infusion (β=.51, p<.001), and the factors influencing the performance of evidence-based practice guidelines for pressure ulcer were belief in evidence-based practice (β=.15, p=.002) and importance of pressure ulcer (β=.65, p<.001). Importance-Performance Analysis of the evidence-based practice guidelines of two groups were used to identify common and different items. Conclusion: To improve the performance of evidence-based practice guidelines, it is necessary to enhance the evidence-based practice belief and importance of evidence-based practice guidelines. In particular, evidence-based practice should be provided to improve nursing quality through education on items of low-importance and low-performance and items of high-importance but low-performance guidelines identified through Importance-Performance Analysis.

산업통상자원부는 산업디자인의 정의에 기술적 요소를 포함하고 서비스디자인을 산업 디자인의 영역에 추가하며, 산업디자인의 사업화 지원 근거를 마련하고, 공공부문 산업디자인 개발에 대한 대가기준 수립 근거를 신설하는 등 제도적 기반을 강화함으로써 우리나라 산업디자인의 경쟁력을 강화하고자 산업디자인진흥법 일부 개정법률안을 고시했다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용과 함께 신 구조문을 비교해 살펴보도록 한다.

지금까지의 정보통신 서비스는 사용자에게 필요한 정보를 제공하거나 사용자와 사용자를 연결해주는 통로로서의 서비스를 제공하여 왔으나, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 유비쿼터스 네트워크 기술을 기반으로 한 유비쿼터스 서비스는 사용자가 처한 상황에 기반하여 정보 제공은 물론 필요한 행위까지도 제공하여 사용자의 욕구에 가장 근접한 서비스 제공에 초점을 두는 컨시어지형 서비스가 될 것이다. 이러한 서비스는 사용자의 기호 및 상태, 또는 상황 등의 다양한 정보에 근거하여 서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 하며, 이를 위한 효과적인 접근 방법으로는 사용자의 다양한 정보를 각각의 대리자에게 처리를 하게 하는 멀티 에이전트 기술일 것이다. 본 연구에서는 음악이나 그림을 활용하여 신체적, 정신적 질환을 치료하는 음악 치료나 그림 치료인 Art-Therapy를 유비쿼터스 서비스의 구현 사례로 기술한다. 사용자의 신체적 또는 정신적 상태 및 환경 정보를 센서를 활용하여 측정하고 그 측정된 데이터에 근거하여 사용자의 상태를 판단하고 이에 따라 음악 및 미술 작품을 시청각으로 제공함으로써 치료 효과를 얻는다. 본 연구에서의 Art-Therapy 서비스는 FIPA에서 제안한 멀티 에이전트 기반 구조인 에이전트 플랫폼을 기반으로 구현하였다.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate patient's satisfaction and clinician' knowledge level about pain, nausea, vomiting, and temperature management of patients after operation by develop an web-based evidence-based practice guideline about pain, nausea, vomiting, and temperature control after operation in order to apply the guideline operation patients. The collected data was analyzed through real number, average, standard deviation, t-test and repeated ANOVA by using SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. The study subjects showed a significant difference in the level of knowledge about pain, nausea/vomiting, and temperature control after operation and patient's satisfaction, before and after applying the web-based evidence-based practice guideline.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore how knowledge management of hospital and nurses' beliefs and competences on evidence-based practice can affect evidence-based decision making. Methods: In this descriptive study, a total of 184 nurses who were working in the five general hospitals participated. The data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire in September, 2014. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and step-wise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN Statistics 21.0 program. Results: Evidence-based decision making was correlated with EBP beliefs (r=.55, p<.001), EBP competence (r=.57, p<.001), and knowledge management (r=.50, p<.001). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that EBP beliefs (${\beta}=.18$, p=.005), EBP competence (${\beta}=.37$, p<.001), organizational knowledge management (${\beta}=.27$, p<.001) explained 48.6% of evidence based decision making (p<.001). Conclusion: The study results indicated that evidence-based practice competences, organizational knowledge management, and evidence-based practice beliefs were important factors on evidence-based decision making. In order to improve evidence-based practice among nurses through organizational knowledge management, EBP beliefs and competence at individual level need to be considered and incorporated into any systemic training of EBP.
