현재의 상황을 인문학의 위기라고 전제한다면 상황을 극복하기 위한 고민이 반드시 뒤따라야 한다. 무엇보다도 '위기론'의 장본인인 인문학자들의 '자기반성'이 있어야하며 정부의 인문학 육성책에 대해서도 세밀한 검토와 지적이 필요하다. 아울러 정부와는 별도의 대학 차원, 작게는 학과나 단체 차원에서의 노력도 필요하다. 학문에 대한 자부심이 지나쳐 쓸데없는 우월의식을 갖는 것을 지양해야 하며, 과거를 돌아보는 반성의 자세로 전문성과 함께 대중성을 갖추기 위해 노력해야 한다. 위기를 기회로, 기회를 위기로 여기는 신중한 자세를 견지해야 한다.

Currently, artificial neural networks perform well for a single task, but NN have the problem of forgetting previous learning by learning other kinds of tasks. This is called catastrophic forgetting. To use of artificial neural networks in general purpose this should be solved. There are many efforts to overcome catastrophic forgetting. However, even though there was a lot of effort, it did not completely overcome the catastrophic forgetting. In this paper, we propose sequential iterative learning using core concepts used in elastic weight consolidation (EWC). The experiment was performed to reproduce catastrophic forgetting phenomenon using EMNIST data set which extended MNIST, which is widely used for artificial neural network learning, and overcome it through sequential iterative learning.

본 연구에서는 산학협력의 관계를 통해 발생하는 장애를 파악하고 이를 극복할 수 있는 요인을 대학행정의 노력과 신뢰에서 찾아본다. 기존 산학협력의 연구에서, 산학간의 관계는 경로의존성에 의해 지속적인 상호작용과 지식의 흡수역량을 키움으로써, 양자간 협력에 대한 누적된 경험과 다양한 채널의 폭을 가진다. 하지만 상호간 인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽과 같은 산학협력의 장애는 필연적으로 발생한다. 이러한 장애를 극복해야만 좀 더 효과적인 성과를 유도하고, 지속적인 산학협력의 관계가 유지될 수 있을 것이다. 연구결과, 대학행정의 노력수준과 산학간의 신뢰가 높을수록 산학협력 장애요인인 상호인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 산학협력장애를 극복할 수 있는 이 두 가지 요인의 수준을 높이기 위한 산학연관 주체의 관심과 실행 및 제도적 뒷받침이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the anger experiences of college students and to clarify their meaning and structure. For this purpose, 7 students who experienced anger were interviewed in-depth and the data was analysed by phenomenological method of Giorgi. As a result, 19 sub-components and 5 core components were derived. The five core components were the difficult situation to accept, the expression of unbearable emotions, tiredness of mind and body, efforts to overcome, and growth after overcoming. 'The difficult situation to accept' referred to a situation in which anger was felt, and 'expression of unbearable emotion' referred to an expression of anger. The effect of anger showed the result of 'exhausted of mind and body'. 'Efforts to overcome' and 'growth after overcoming' has been to grow through efforts to resolve anger and have been adapted to school life. Finally, this study suggested a method to help college students overcome their anger, and a concrete plan for university.

레이저는 전자 및 반도체 제품을 생산하는 데 필수적이며, 점점 시장도 증가추세에 있으나, 현재 국내에는 레이저 응용장비를 제작하는 업체가 소수에 불과해 외국업체에 시장을 내주고 있다. 타산업의 장비보다 까다로운 것은 사실이나 기술의 장벽을 넘으려는 노력을 더욱 기울여 반도체 장비국산화라는 국가적인 대과제에 동참해야 할 때다.
