평형문제들에서의 기본적인 정리들이 일반화 볼록공간에서 어떻게 확장되는가를 보인다. KKM 이론의 중요한 정리들 대부분이 위상벡터공간에서의 선형성을 가정하지 않아도 위상적인 성질만으로 성립한다. 이같은 정리들의 예로는 KKM정리, von Neumann의 최소최대정리와 교차정리, Nash의 평형정리, 여러 가지 부동점정리, 극대원정리, Ky Fan의 최소최대부등식, 변분부등식들, 최량근사정리, 일반화 의사평형문제들의 해의 존재정리들이 있다.

In the paper, a pattern analysis to decide whether the 1st local peak power point near open circuit voltage is the global peak power point or not, in case that the voltage and current at the 1st local peak power point are in a specific range, for Maximum Power Point Tracking on the photo voltaic power conversion system. When a solar cell panel array is shaded partially, multi-local peak power points can occur. That makes it hard to search the global peak power point. Through Tableau analysis using by piecewise linear solar cell model, V-I characteristic of a solar cell panel array circuit when partial shading problem happens, is simulated. The global peak power and the local peak power points is confirmed by simulations. Voltage and current values and patterns of V-I characteristic are analyzed. The generating efficiency of the solar cell panel array is improved, when the solar cell panel array circuit is operated at the power point estimated by setting up specific range.

정보화 연수가 ICT활용수업과 맞물려 많은 예산을 들여 교사들의 방학을 차지하고 있지만 정작 일선현장에서는 연수 이수 후에 수료증 말고는 크게 기여를 못하고 있다. 영어연수처럼 분명 수준차가 있는데도 이를 무시하고, 교사가 원하는 연수 내용보다는 개설한 연수에 학교별 인원을 할당하는 식으로는 절대로 연수의 효율성을 기대할 수 없고, 교실의 ICT활용수업도 기대할 수 없다. 본 연구는 연수의 효율성 극대화를 위한 방안의 하나로 컴퓨터관련 자격증과 정보화 연수의 내용을 연계하여 가능한 정보화 연수를 컴퓨터관련 자격증 수강, 응시, 취득으로 유인하여 효율성을 기하고자 하였다. 정보화 연수의 문제점을 지적하고 그 해결책에 대해서도 설문결과를 통하여 제시하였다.

항공기의 야간임무 수행 능력을 최대화하고 조종사에게 심리적 안정감을 주어 전투력 향상을 극대화 할 수 있는 야시조명에 관한 지상시험평가 방법에 대하여 서술하였다. 야시조명 지상시험 평가는 설계된대로 야시조명원들이 정상 작동하는지를 평가하는 기능시험과 야간투시경의 원활한 작동을 위한 조명원들의 간섭현상을 평가하는 호환성시험으로 나눌 수 있다.

In this paper, we propose a technique to detect the size and location of the small target in images by using Gaussian kernel repeatedly. In order to detect the size and location of the small target, we find the local maximum value by applying the facet model and then use the $3{\times}3$ Gaussian kernel repeatedly. we determine the size of small target by comparing the local maximum value $D_2$ according to the number of iteration. To reduce the computational complexity, we use the Gaussian pyramid when using the kernel repeatedly. Through the experiment, we verified that the size and location of the small target is detected by the number of iterations and results show improvements from conventional methods.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터는‘지식정보자원관리사업’을 통해 구축된 지식정보 DB의 품질을 점검해 보기 위해, 매월 1종의 DB를 선정해 품질을 평가하고, 그 결과를 2005년도‘DB 서비스 평가’기획 시리즈로 연재한다. 특히 이번 기획 평가는 사용자 관점에서 DB품질을 조명해 보는 만큼, 지식정보 DB의 활용도 극대화를 위한 실천적 대안 마련에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.
