Recently, following increased concern about green, people think that the pollution problems are cause of firm's product activities. So, firm's burden increased to protect nature and save energy during produce the goods. To keep the regulation and use the strategy methods, need to new Green IT Governance Framework(GITGF). FGI(Focus Group Interview) was used to carry out the research that is not mature. In this paper, we proposed the framework that is composed of green IT domain, business purpose, IT purpose and management process. GITFG is useful method to govern the corporate activities in the green IT Governance perspective.

본고에서는 최근 화두가 되고 있는 저탄소 녹색성장을 달성하기 위한 IT의 역할에 대해 살펴보고, 미래 그린 IT의 환경적, 경제적 효과를 높이기 위한 주요한 수단으로서 그린 소프트웨어 기술 동향과 적용분야에 대해 살펴본다. 특히 그동안 데이터 센터와 IT제품의 라이프 사이클관리에 집중 되어온 그린 IT의 논의를 보다 확장하여 전 산업부문에서 IT를 활용하여 경제 전반을 그린화하는 적극적인 의미의 그린 IT에 대해 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study is to find the suitable putting green maintenance equipment for improving the quality of putting green. This study was carried out to investigate the green speed(i.e., ball roll distance) by different the types of greens mower(between work-behind greens mower and riding greens mower), the types of reel blades(between 9 blades and II blades) and the types of roller(between riding soil sprayer and lightweight roller). Green speed of golf course putting greens is assessed by use of Stimpmeter. The west course of Lakeside Country Club was selected for the case study. The results are summarized as follows; 1. The green speed was faster in 3.8 mm moving height treatment plot using work-behind greens mower than in 3.8 mm moving height treatment plot using riding greens mower right after the moving and even after eight hours had passed, and it was statistically significant at a 95% confidence level. Therefore, work-behind greens mower was judged to be a proper equipment type for the fast green management practice than riding greens mower. 2. The green speed was faster in 3.2 mm mowing height treatment plot using work-behind greens mower equipped with II blades than in 3.2 mm mowing height treatment plot using work-behind greens mower equipped with 9 blades, and this result was statistically significant at a 95% confidence level. Therefore, II-blade was judged to be a proper blade type for the fast green management practice than 9-blade. 3. The difference in green speed (green speed increased after rolling) between a treatment plot mowed at 3.0 mm mowing height with the work-behind greens mower and then rolled a single time with riding soil sprayer and a treatment plot mowed at 3.0 mm mowing height with the work-behind greens mower and then rolled once with lightweight roller was not statistically significant at a 95% confidence level. However, the difference in green speed (green speed decreased after rolling) between two treatment plots measured after eight hours had passed was statistically significant at a 95% confidence level. Therefore, the lightweight roller was judged to be a proper roller type for the fast green management practice than the riding soil sprayer.

말라카이트그린(MG) 및 L-말라카이트그린(LMG)의 소멸은 뱀장어 Anguilla anguilla 유생에서 100일정도 걸린다. 실뱀장어(평균체중: 4.1 g)가 $23.0-26.5^{\circ}C$의 다양한 수온범위에 24시간동안 아주 낮은 농도(0.1 mg/l MG)에 약욕을 실시하였다. 처리한 후 실뱀장어는 말라카이트그린이 없는 깨끗한 물이 들어 있는 수조로 옮겼다. 뱀장어가 수용된 수조에는 순환여과 된 사육수를 공급하였다. 일정한 시간 간격으로 수집된 10마리의 뱀장어 및 사육수의 샘플은 high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)으로 분석하였다. 말라카이트그린의 가장 높은 농도는 $435{\pm}59\;{\mu}g/kg(mean{\pm}S.D.)$로서 처리시작 후 6시간에서 나타났다. L-말라카이트그린(LMG) 대사물의 농도는 비교적 높게 나타났으며 ($>100\;{\mu}g/kg$), 처리시작 후 6시간 및 처리종료 후 1500시 사이에서 안정적으로 나타났고 최대농도는 $831{\pm}231\;{\mu}g/kg$이었다. 비록 뱀장어는 체중이 증가하지는 않았지만 노출 후 24시간 후에도 L-말라카이트그린(LMG)은 여전히 전어체 kg당 $15{\pm}12\;{\mu}g/kg$ 함량이 존재하였다. 말라카이트 그린은 처리 이후 1920 및 2400시에서는 발견되지 않았다. 생물적 여과사육수와 순환여과시스템에서는 말라카이트그린이 발견되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 부가적으로 빠르게 성장하여 11개월 된 뱀장어 두 마리를 샘플하여 분석에 사용하였다. 두 마리의 뱀장어는 실뱀장어기(0.3g)일 때 $0.15\;mg\;l^{-1}$ 농도의 말라카이트그린이 처리되었었다. 뱀장어의 근육조직에서는 지질 크로마토그래피-질량 분광광도계분석에 의해 말라카이트그린과 L-말라카이트그린이 측정 가능한 양으로 함유되지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다($<\;0.2\;{\mu}g\;kg^{-1}$).

세계경제 불황 이후 자동차산업의 뉴 노멀(New Normal)은 산업 중심지의 동북아 이동 그린 카 소형차 저가차 개발의 가속화 완성차업체간 제휴 확산과 자동차의 공동사용(Car Sharing) 모색 등을 들 수 있다. 이중 주목할 부문은 그린 카 개발과 상용화의 가속화다. 각국 정부가 환경, 연비, 안전 규제를 강화하고 있고 자동차산업의 성장 기반 강화를 위해서 산관 공동으로 그린 카 개발과 상용화에 막대한 재원을 투입하고 있기 때문이다. 주요 완성차업체들은 21세기 세계 자동차산업을 주도할 그린 카 기술과 시장을 선점하기 위해 철저한 기술보호와 함께 합종연횡을 확대하고 있다. 각국 정부도 시범 도시와 구역을 지정해 그린 카 운행을 지원하면서 보급 확산에 적극 나서고 있다. 이하에서는 불황 이후의 지동차산업 환경변화 각국의 그린 카 지원 정책, 자동차업계의 개발 및 상용화 전략, 그린 카에 대한 소비자 인식과 향후 수요 전망 및 우리 정부와 지동차업계의 그린 카 전략 추진 방향에 대해 살펴 본 후 타이어업계의 대응 전략을 제시해 보기로 한다.

In TLM method, Discrete Green's function ABC have been used when improved the exactness of analyzing in wide frequency band. But this technology has a complicated process to apply absorbing boundary, which means it needs additional numerical analyzing process to obtain discrete Green's function data. so, In this paper, we propose new Green's absorbing layer for simple process to apply absorbing boundary. newly proposed Green's absorbing layer is produced by applying of loss operation, loading discrete Green's function with attenuation. A state of optimum absorbing would be obtained by relation between increasing rate of loss, attenuation constant and length of green's absorbing layer. and then Analysts of waveguide BPF is carried out using Green's absorbing layer within state of optimum absorbing, then this result is in corrective agreement with the result applying traditional discrete Green's function ABC.

This research emphasized that the importance of green marketing activities elements such as green product, green price, green place, and green promotion. Moreover, it focused on verifying the effects of these four elements on purchase intention through environmental involvement. To verify this, an empirical analysis was conducted on Chinese consumers who have experienced or are considering purchasing a new energy vehicle. The research results are as follows. First, all four elements of green marketing activities improve environmental involvement. Second, environmental involvement was found to increase the level of purchase intention. Third, environmental involvement has a partial mediating effects in the relationship between the four elements of green marketing activities and purchase intention. Finally, the limitations of this study and future research directions were discussed.

This study has observed the influence of green advertisemen on the attitude of consumers in relation to its message effect. The analysis has been conducted in the perpective of awareness-emotion -behavior targeting housewives based on the message structure of the advertisement(conclusion omission type/ conclusion offer type). Results of the analysis are as follows : 1) Green advertisement was more effective for the attitude toward advertisement and products than non-green advertisement and in the case of high involvement the conclusion omission message was more effective than the conclusion offer message. 2) Green advertisement was more effective also for the emotion side than non-green advertisement and the conclusion omission message was found more effective than the conclusion offer message. 3) Green advertisement was found more effective for purchasing activities than non-green advertisement and the conclusion omission message was found more effective than the conclusion offer message in the case of high involvement. 4) In case of the conclusion offer type structure of green advertisement the awareness side influenced purchasing activities and in case of the conclusion omission type structure of green advertisement the emotion side influenced purchasing activities. Besides that in case of the conclusion offer type structure of non-green advertisement both the awareness and emotion sides were found to influence purchasing activities. No difference was found in the conclusion omission type structure of non-green advertisement.

정부가 건축물의 에너지 성능을 20% 이상 끌어올리는 그린리모델링 사업 활성화를 목적으로 올해부터 공공건축물을 그린리모델링 할 경우 설계비와 시공비를 지원하는 등의 사업을 추진한다. 지난해 12월 30일 국토연구원 대강당에서 개최된 그린리모델링 사업설명회에 약 400여명이 참석하는 등 업계의 뜨거운 관심을 받고 있다. 국토교통부는 정부가 추진하는 그린리모델링 사업에 참여할 수 있는 사업자를 오는 1월 17까지 모집할 예정이다.

Eco-friendly or green is a key word which we use in our life. There are examples such as eco-friendly laundry detergent and agricultural products or green car and home, Due to the indiscriminate development, it was caused severe environmental pollution. Green IT is a necessary technology to solve the energy and environmental problems and to increase the productivity of corporations. Therefore, we studied contents related with green IT. The history for green IT has changed from 'Green of IT' to 'IT for Green'. Studies for 'IT for Green' progress extensively on today. In this paper, we described a transition progress and characteristics of green IT. Lastly, we analyzed smart work in the examples of the top.
