Group home family has emerged in the era of various forms of family existing. There are adolescents who are 'living in group home' yet, the meanings of living in group home have received little attention in the literature. The authors attempts to reveal the lived experiences of group home residents and the meanings of living in a group home with group of people from different backgrounds. The authors reveals 'being cared for' and 'being there for each other' are the themes of lived experience to the group home residents. The study shows how the residents had survived in their family of origin and how those experiences have affected one's lived experience in their living in group home.

본 연구는 피부미용전문가에 의한 관리 후, 홈케어 유무에 따른 건조피부의 개선 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 건조피부로 평가된 10명을 대상으로, 한족 팔에는 마사지와 홈케어를 적용하고, 다른 쪽 팔에는 단지 마사지만을 적용하였다. 마사지는 호호바오일에 라벤더정유를 혼합하여, 10분간의 마사지를 주 2회로 총 4주 동안 실시하였고, 홈케어로는 마사지에서 사용한 시료를 집에서 매일 바르도록 하였다. 실험 결과 마사지와 홈케어를 적용한 그룹이 마사지만을 한 그룹보다 유분과 수분의 함유량이 증가하였다. 특히, 마사지와 홈케어를 한 그룹에서 마사지의 횟수가 증가 될수록 피부에서의 유 수분은 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 전문가에 의한 관리효과를 유지하고, 더 효과적으로 건조증상를 개선시키기 위해서는 무엇보다도 홈케어의 중요성이 강조되어야 한다.

최근 초고속 인터넷의 보급과 웰빙 복지사회 성숙은 기존 헬스케어 서비스의 컴퓨팅 환경을 통합 분산 환경에서 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 분산객체그룹 프레임워크를 적용하여 각종 센서와 장치 그리고 이를 지원하는 응용들을 그룹화 하여 헬스케어 홈 서비스를 제공하는 환경을 제안한다. 이를 위해 하위계층인 물리계층의 각종 센서 및 장치들과 상위 계층인 헬스케어 홈 서비스 응용간의 상호작용을 정의하였다. 그리고 헬스케어 홈 서비스 지원 시뮬레이터 환경에서 시뮬레이터를 구현 및 시연하여 객체그룹 프레임워크의 수행성을 검증하고, 보다 효과적인 헬스케어 홈 서비스 지원 수행환경을 제안하고자 한다.

This study aims to identify factors of life satisfaction of the adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on the comparison between young and old. Data are collected through in-depth interview of the adults with developmental disabilities as well as via workers proxy responses at the group home. Regression model analysis is conducted based on 387 cases. The result shows that the young adults with developmental disabilities are more likely to satisfied with life when they evaluate job performance of workers at the group home and when they are more actively involved in community activities. For the old adults with developmental disabilities, life satisfaction is positively associated with their evaluation of job performance of workers at the group home as in the young adults. In addition, life satisfaction of the old adults is higher when they feel less fatigue. It is also higher for those with more choices on residence and higher level of social activities. The findings reveals that enhancement of life satisfaction for the old adults with developmental disabilities dwelling at group home require supports and services for health and social activities different from other ages. It shares the general ideas that service efforts should be made for needs and desires of the recipients. The present study suggests to expand our research interests to include the disabled in danger of early aging, such as the persons with Down Syndrome and the persons with intellectual disability and cerebral palsy, and look into their particular needs.

최근 초고속 인터넷의 확산과 IT기반의 가전기기들이 등장하면서 흠 네트워크에 대한 관심이 집중되어 지고 있다. 이러한 배경은 사람들에게 좀 더 안전하고 편리한 주거 환경을 제공한다. 하지만 기존의 제어 방식은 홈 서버 내의 디지털 기기만을 제어 한다. 이러한 단독 제어는 외부 환경으로부터의 영향에 대한 예방을 할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 홈 네트워크 그룹에 홈 서버들을 관리하는 관리 그룹 서버를 두고 홈 서버들의 정보를 이용하여 방재, 방범등에 대한 문제 예방을 가능하게 하였다. 또한 온톨로지를 사용하여 상황을 인지하고 추론하며 추론 결과는 각 홈 서버에게 전송되어 디지털 기기들을 제어하게 된다. 이로 인하여 주거 환경의 신뢰성 있는 안전과 편리함을 확보할 수 있다.

There has been no studies that compare services of residential care centers, group homes, and foster homes although out-of-home care services differ from each other depending on the types of out-of-home care. This study compared care satisfaction of 481 children in residential care centers, group homes, and foster homes for five years. Futhermore, factors that predict care satisfaction of the children were identified using multi-level modeling analyses. As results, this study found that care satisfaction of children in group homes was the higher than that in foster homes and residential care centers. In addition, self-esteem, social support, and types of out-of-home services were identified as significant predictors of changes in care satisfaction. Based on the study results, suggestions to help children adapt to out-of-home care and improve out-of-home care satisfaction were made.

This study designed a mediating pathways models to examine the theory, 'the influence of attachment relationship between adolescents and their parents affects on adolescents' psycho-social adjustment through the mediating variable of optimism'. Authors tried to examine if this theory is applied to group-home adolescents who live with surrogate care-givers instead of their parents. For this study, two models, 'Psychological Adjustment Model' and 'Social Adjustment Model' were constructed. Each model has path, 'Attachment with Care-givers → Psychological Adjustment' and ''Attachment with Care-givers → Social Adjustment' respectively. 'Optimism' is mediating variable in between these two variables. The results were very clear. In two models, no direct effects from 'Attachment' to 'Psychological Adjustment' and from 'Attachment' to 'Social Adjustment' were found. However, indirect effects from 'Attachment' to 'Psychological Adjustment' and from 'Attachment' to 'Social Adjustment' were statistically significant through the mediating variable of 'Optimism'. This study suggests that more research on 'Optimism' which has not been focused among social welfare researchers needs to be followed.

홈 네트워크 시스템은 가정 내에 각종 디지털 장치를 하나의 통신망으로 통합하여 장치들 간의 정보 공유, 제어 그리고 동작 환경을 제공한다. 이러한 홈 네트워크 시스템은 홈 서버를 중심으로 동작 한다. 현재 초고속 통신망과 디지털 가전기기의 보급으로 인하여 가정 내의 홈 네트워크화가 가속화됨에 따라 홈 네트워크화 된 논리적인 지역에는 수많은 홈 서버가 존재하게 된다. 따라서 홈 서버의 체계적인 관리의 필요성이 드러나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 홈 서버 관리를 위한 에이전트 시스템을 제안 한다. 에이전트 시스템은 홈 네트워크의 홈 서버 관리를 위하여 홈 서버와 동작 환경을 모니터링 한다. 이렇게 모니터링 된 점보를 참조하여 홈 서버의 서비스 모듈을 관리하며, 홈 서버 정상 유무에 대한 대처를 한다. 또한 그룹 관리 서버에서 생성된 서비스 에이전트가 홈 서버를 이주 하며 수집 해온 정보를 참조 하여 통합 검침, 방범 및 화제 등에 대한 대처를 할 수 있으며, 홈 서버에 새로운 서비스 적용할 경우 관리 서버에 등록 하고 이를 에이전트를 통하여 홈 서버에 배포함으로써 홈 네트워크에 효율적인 관리를 할 수 있다.

To investigate the actual conditions on the living environment of group homes for the elderly and their living environment, 4 group homes were surveyed. As the results, while the living environment of the group home was entirely satisfied, the safety for criminal prevention, accessability and convenient facilities were not satisfied in addition to relatively narrow living room. Space safety for elderly people was not sufficiently taken into consideration in physical environment.

According to IT development, smart home services is providing remote service, monitoring service and other various services through smart home devices based on network. But, smart home environment exists security threats such as data falsification, illegal authentication and invasion of privacy through a malicious device. Smart home is studying to prevent these security threats, but the studies of smart home environment security are still in early stage of development and the studies of group key management method is lacking in smart home. In this paper, we propose the group key management method for secure device in smart home.
