The cooperative cost sharing scheme for Dust and Sand Storm(DSS) in North East Asia, as suggested in Song and Nagaki(2007), may not be feasible due to possible defection(s) of participating countries. If non-cooperative strategies are more plausible, Nash equilibrium can suggest possible outcomes of the cost sharing game. The result from the continuous strategy model shows that there exists an infinite number of Nash equilibrium such that the summation of investment from each country is always equal to the required budget of the ADS pilot project. It is also discussed that the discrete strategy model points to only 3 Nash equilibria in continuous strategy game outcome and the cooperative game solution may be just one of the infinite equilibria.

본 논문에서는 응용서비스 제공자가 망사업자의 망을 이용하여 응용서비스를 제공하고 망사업자에게 사용대가를 지불하는 경우를 다루었다. 우리는 Stackelberg 게임을 이용하여 두 사업자간의 계약(contract)설계 문제를 정형화하였고 이 게임의 균형점 (equilbrium)이 유일하다는 것을 보였고 또 이 균형점이 망사업자의 위험선호도에 따라서 어떻게 바뀌는지를 고찰하였다.

The Roh Moo-hyun Government of Korea with highest fierily establishes policy framework and measures to accomplish the goal of regionally balanced development. With the vision "constructing a county in which every region provides high quality of life with its own specificity" and basic strategy "self-sustained localization", the policy framework is geared to economic aspects of development rather than cultual or social aspects. Subsequently, policy measures are also focused on such economic tools as regional innovation system, strategic industry, or industrial cluster. This paper suggests that future policy of balance development should set clear definition of balanced development, be based on a though evaluation of the Bast policy measures, and draw several fresh ideas which match characteristics of each region. These policy directions should be given higher power of practice with efficient organizational support.

In this study, we analyzed the balance of the both legs and the kinematic analysis of the upper limb segments and joints during archery shooting and compared the differences according to the scores. 9 K-university elite archery athletes participated. Each archer was asked to shoot 3-shots and 5-ends on a 122 cm target at a distance of 70 m. Seven infrared cameras (Qualisys, sweden) and two force plates (Kistler, Switerland) were used to calculate the upper limb segments and joint movements and the center of pressure (COP). When the archers shot 8 points, range of motion of elbow joint angle on drawing-arm and mediolateral COP range of motion on the left foot were larger than when 9-10 points were shot (p<.05). In order to maintain a high score in the archery game, constant balance is required, and the balance of the left foot supporting the bow during the shooting is an important factor. In addition, minimizing elbow joint movement of the drawing-arm supporting the bow will help stabilized shooting.

전력산업의 시장구조는 과점형태의 불완전 경쟁의 구조로 해석하는 것이 일반적이다. 또한 전기의 물리적 특성상 송전선로에서는 전력손실이 발생하게 되는데, 본 논문은 과점시장 모델로서 쿠르노(Cournot)모델을 사용하여 손실을 포함한 내쉬 균형점을 해석한다. 지역별 한계가격(Locational Marginal Price ; LMP)와는 달리 계통한계가격(System Marginal Price ; SMP)는 손실에 대한 가격신호를 시장에 반영하기 어렵기 때문에 손실과 함께 한계송전손실계수(Marginal Loss Factor ; MLF)를 적용하여 균형상태의 시장거래가치를 비교분석한다.

The objective of this study is to understand the influence of Work-Life Balance (WLB) support system on employee engagement (organizational commitment and job commitment) and to examine the moderating effect of perceived organizational support (instrumental and emotional) on the relationship between WLB and employee engagement. To test the research model and hypotheses, this study analyzed 537 responses from employees of sample companies that were carrying out the WLB support system during the period of December 1 through 31, 2014, and the results of the analysis are as follows: First, the correlation between employee engagement (organizational commitment) and the WLB support system showed that the influence of WLB support system on employee engagement(organizational commitment) was greater in the order of growth, job, and family support system. Second, the correlation between WLB support system and employee engagement(job involvement) showed that growth and job support system had significant relationship. Third, in the relationship between WLB support system and employe engagement(organizational commitment), there was no moderating effect of perceived organizational support. Fourth, in the relationship between the WLB support system and employee engagement(the job involvement), both institutional and emotional supports factors of the perceived organizational support had moderating effects in the relationship between growth support system and employee engagement(job involvement). This study has academic significance in that it is an empirical study examining the relationship between the WLB support system and employee engagement, which has not actively investigaged in Korea.

The purpose of this study was to examine gender differences in response to work-life balance(WLB) and to investigate the effect of WLB on parenting confidence and to examine the moderating role of career management in the relationship between WLB and parenting confidence. Through SPSS 18.0, the model structure was tested between WLB, parenting confidence, and career management by a t-test, regression test, and hierarchical regression test. A total of 505 cases were analyzed. The major findings were as follows: First, it was found that there was no difference in the level of WLB by gender. Second, it was found that there was a positive relationship between WLB and parenting confidence. Third, it was found that career management moderated the relationship between WLB and parenting confidence. Based on the findings, practical implications about married female workers and the importance of WLB in the organizations were discussed.

본 논문에서는 3레벨 NPC 인버터의 전원전압변조 방식을 이용하여 넓은 변조 지수에서 제어 가능한 간단한 중성점 제어 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 제어 방법은 전원 전압 변조방법을 이용한 중성점 균형 계수와 정확한 옵셋 전압의 제한치를 이용하여 계산된다. 중성점 균형 계수는 전류의 극성과 상하 커패시터의 전압에 의해서 정의되어 진다. 제안된 제어 방법은 중성점 제어를 위해 공간전압 PWM과 불연속 PWM까지 동작범위를 확장하여 동작되어 진다. 제안된 방법은 넓은 변조지수에서 전원전압변조를 이용하여 공간전압 PWM방법을 쉽게 구현할 수 있다. 제안된 중성점 제어 방법의 타당성은 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.

오늘날 컴퓨팅 기능의 급격한 발달은, 시스템의 효율뿐만 아니라 지능화에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있다. 지능화된 서비스를 성공적으로 제공하기 위해서는, 제공하려는 도메인에 대한 지식 처리 기능이 필수적이다. 시스템의 지능적인 행동은 그 시스템이 보유하고 있는 지식의 질(質)에 영향을 받기 때문에, 사용되는 지식의 질적 우수성을 보장하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있지만, 문제는 지식의 질이 높아질수록, 지식 관리의 비용이 증가한다는 점이다. 따라서 품질과 비용 사이의 균형점을 맞추기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용하려는 지식의 품질과 시스템에서 요구하는 지식의 품질을 비교함으로써, 이 균형점을 맞추는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 시스템이 제공하려는 서비스 시나리오를 대상 지식으로 표현 및 처리한다. 시스템 관리자는 이 결과를 바탕으로 채택하려는 지식과 자신의 시스템 사이의 괴리를 손쉽게 판단 할 수 있고, 그 차이를 없애기 위해 지식의 확장 및 축소의 부분을 결정하고, 수정할 수 있다.

Trip distribution is to connect travel demand for each OD pair based on travel cost, trip production and attraction derived from trip generation step. In real world the travel cost is a function of travel demand, but existing models could not fully consider such functional relation between travel cost and demand, which leads to an equilibrium in trip distribution model. This paper proves the equilibrium trip distribution by using gravity model. In order to obtain such equilibrium this paper also presents a solution algorithm based on fixed point theorem. The algorithm will be tested with an example and confirmed the equilibrium solution of trip distribution.
