외래에서 흔히 이용하는 결핵 진단법으로는 객담 도말과 배양검사, 엑스선 검사가 있다. 일단 활동성 결핵으로 진단되면 환자의 과거력 등을 참조하여 치료를 하게 되는데, 초치료인 경우 아이나, 리팜핀, 에탐부톨, 피라진아마이드를 이용한 6개월 단기 초치료 처방으로 치료를 한다. 4제 처방의 효과는 강력하여 규칙적으로 약을 복용한다면 대부분 완치되며, 완치 판정은 치료 중 추구 객담검사를 이용한다. 대부분의 환자들은 진단, 치료에 어려움이 없지만 실제 외래 치료시에는 진단, 치료에서 어려운 문제가 발생하기도 한다. 이에 외래에서 부닥칠 수 있는 상황과 적절한 대처법을 알아보기로 한다.

Dynamic Time Warp(DTW) needs for iterative calculations and the design of PE cell suitable for the operations is very important. Accordingly, this paper aims at real time recognition design enables large dictionary hardware realization using DTW algorithm. The DTW PE cell separated into three large blocks. "MIN" is the one block for counting accumulated minimum distance. "ADD" block calculates these minimum distances, and "ABS" seeks for the absolute values to the total sum of local distances. Circuit design and verification about the three block have been accomplished, and performed layout '||'&'||' DRC(design rule check) using 1.2 m CMOS N-Well rule base.CMOS N-Well rule base.

There are many methods for speed up counting in speech recongition. A multiple processing method is the one way to achieve the aim using systolic array. This arithmetic operation by the array is achieved pipelining skill. And the operation is multiprocessing by processing element(PE) that is incresing counting efficiencies. The DTW PE cell is seperated into three large blocks. Korean word spacing rules have exceptional cases which permit both spacing and no-spacing between words. The exceptional cases, however, do not mean that inconsistent spacing between words or word-phrases is legitimate in a document proof reading. This paper proposes a word spacing consistency check method using syllable and morpheme information, and evaluated it through experiment.

본 연구는 임상적, 병리조직학적으로 유방암을 진단 받고 일개 대학병원의 2003년~2008년 유방암환자 440명 대상으로 통원 치료 받는 유방암 환자 382명을 대상으로 여성 유방암 발병전 규칙적 검진 요인을 찾고자 연구를 실시하였다. 즉 유방암 발병전 전문 검사기관에 규칙적인 검사 실시 여부와 요인을 연구하였다. 불충분한 설문지 58명을 제외하고 382명 최종선정 설문지를 연구 분석하였다. 본 연구의 유방암환자 발병전 관련요인에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다.
