많은 조직들이 과부하 상태의 웹사이트를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방안을 모색하고 있다. 콘텐츠의 분량은 산업과 기업의 규모에 따라 다양하지만 관리 필요성 및 시급성은 공통적이다. 고객과 직원 및 비즈니스 파트너는 조직의 규모에 대해서는 관심이 없다. 그들이 원하는 것은 역동적이고 개별적이며 정확한 정보이다.많은 시스템들이 웹콘텐츠 관리 및 광범위한 기업의 콘텐츠 관리에 필요한 사항들을 제공하고 있지만 2만 5000달러 이하의 가격으로 구매할 수 있는 것은 많지 않다. 이 글에서 저비용으로 웹콘텐츠를 관리할 수 있는 방안을 소개한다.

This paper aims to implement an empirical research about the efficiency of America and Northeast Asia pots, and to suggest an effective strategy which can operate these ports more well. This study tries to apply the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) model to America and Northeast Asia ports. DEA is a methodology of comparing the relative efficiency of each decision making unit(DMU) by comparing it with other DMUs having similar input and output structure, and is specially very useful when a form of production function of each DMU such as a port is not known. DEA provides the extent of inefficiency of DMUs, which is practically useful information (like the efficiency score and reference sets) required to improve efficiency. This paper analyzed the relative efficiency of 35 ports in America and Northeast Asia for 3 years from 2005 to 2007 through DEA-CCR, DEA-BCC model and scale efficiency. Accordingly, this paper evaluates the efficiency of America and Northeast Asia ports, grasps the position at the present time, and suggests an advanced direction in future.

소프트웨어 정의 네트워크 (Software Defined Network: SDN)은 기존 네트워크의 구축/운용/관리에서의 높은 비용 및 복잡성을 근본적으로 해결하기 위해 등장하였다. 현재 SDN은 연구/개발의 초기 단계로 데이터 센터 네트워크, 캠퍼스 네트워크, 그리고 엔터프라이즈 네트워크와 같은 중소규모의 네트워크를 중심으로 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 향후에는 인터넷 서비스 제공업체 (Internet Service Provider: ISP)의 망과 같은 대규모 네트워크에서도 SDN을 적용하여 네트워크 운용 및 관리의 효율성을 도모할 것이고, 이를 위한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본고에서는 대규모 SDN 구축을 하는데 있어서 고려되어야 할 이슈를 정리하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 구조적인 방안과 프로토콜적인 방안에 대해서 자세히 알아본다. 또한, 이를 바탕으로 향후의 연구 이슈에 대해서 살펴보도록 한다.

패킷트레이서는 라우터/스위치 등 네트워크 장비를 가상으로 구성하고 각 장비의 CONFIG를 세팅, 실습 할 수 있는 프로그램이다. 고객의 요구를 받아서 중소규모 네트워크의 보안설정을 추가하여 보다 높은 안정성과 효율성 있는 네트워크를 구성하고 고객의 정보를 DB서버에 저장하여 DB서버에 접근시 데이터를 불러 올수 있도록 한다. 이 논문에서는 중소규모 병원 네트워크 인프라 구축을 위한 방안을 제시한다. 부서별로 스위치를 한대씩 배치하고 외부기관은 멀티포인트 프레임릴레이를 설정하여 전용회선으로 만들어 사용한다. 각종개인정보가 들어있는 DB는 외부에 두고 보안기능을 넣어서 신뢰성을 향상시킨다. 단순히 네트워크 구축뿐만 아니라 DB를 연동하여 정보를 저장하고, 보안 기능을 넣어서 네트워크의 취약점을 보안하고자 한다.

In that economic growth strategy through maximizing input would not working anymore in the rapidly changing economic environment, now we should focus on the improvement of firms' efficiency. This study estimate the efficiency and determinants of the efficiency using the panel data of 938 Korean manufacturing firms which ranked in high R&D investment firms during 2005~2018. We found that both R&D intensity as R&D input and patent stock as R&D output increase the efficiency of firms independently. And firm size, debt ratio, profitability also affect the firm's efficiency.

With the growing deployment of network and internet, the importance of security is also increased. But, recent intrusion detection systems which have an important position in security countermeasure can't provide proper analysis and effective defence mechanism. Instead, they have overwhelmed human operator by large volume of intrusion detection alerts. In this paper, we propose an efficient alert analysis system that can produce high level information by analyzing and processing the large volume of alerts and can detect large-scale attacks such as DDoS in early stage. And we have measured processing rate of each elementary module and carried out a scenario-based test in order to analyzing efficiency of our proposed system.

대하천 사업 이후 국내에서 경험하지 못한 대규모 다기능 보가 설치되었으며, 이로 인해 기존 하천에 서식하던 어류들의 군집, 이동 및 환경의 변화가 발생할 수 있으며, 산란을 위해 상류로 이동하거나 하류로 이동하려는 어류들에게는 상당히 큰 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 최소화하기 위해 다기능 보에는 대규모 어도가 설치되었으며, 다양한 흐름해석 모형을 이용하여 어도의 유인효율평가에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있으나 이를 검증할 수 있는 실험적 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 어도의 유인효율평가에 있어 어도입구부 유속장 측정이 중요하다. 하지만 어도 입구부에 대한 접근성은 용이하지 못 할 뿐만 아니라, 기존에 사용하던 ADCP 장비로는 유속장 측정에 한계가 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 드론영상을 활용한 LS-PIV기법과 GPS전자부자를 활용할 필요가 있다고 판단하였고, GPS전자부자를 어도 입구부에서 일정시간 유하시키는 동시에 드론영상촬영을 활용해 LS-PIV기법을 적용하여 유속을 측정하였다. 그 결과 LS-PIV기법을 적용한 실험이 주 흐름영역에서 안정적인 결과를 보였다. 본 실험 결과를 통해 새로운 유속 계측 방안을 보여줌으로써 접근성 및 안전성에 대한 효율적인 실험계측 방법을 제시하리라 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the financial performance of regional public hospitals on their efficiency. In addition, the analysis of their efficiency using environmental factors, such as the market share, operating mode, and size of the regional public hospitals, as well as the factors influencing their efficiency, are selected by selecting the input and output factors of the hospitals and some differences were found between them. The DEA index and financial performance of the 31 regional public hospitals were calculated for the three years from 2012 to 2014. ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis were used. As a result, there was a significant difference in their efficiency according to the environmental factors, such as the city scale of the regional public hospital, the number of hospital beds, and their business performance, productivity, and publicness. The medical profit margin (p<0.05), labor cost investment efficiency (p<0.05) and HHI (p<0.05) were found to affect the efficiency. In order to identify the inefficiencies of the regional public hospitals and increase their efficiency, it is necessary to measure the efficiency of the input resources and to reduce their cost. In addition, if the regional public hospitals were to provide specialized services, such as specialized functions of medical care that would give them a competitive advantage over private hospitals, their operational efficiency would be enhanced and they would be able to fulfill their role as public medical institutions.

Using a panel data set covering 19 Korean manufacturing sectors for the period 2009-2015, this paper investigates the extent to which industry characteristics affect the mode of entering foreign markets. The estimation results across various specifications show that firms prefer affiliate sales to export as firm heterogeneity increases, implying positive effects of productivity regarding foreign relative to domestic operations. The motive for overseas production is reinforced as economies of scale at the plant level decrease and economies of scale at the corporate level increase.

This study intends to analyze the status and efficiency of education-training in Korean firm. A study on the education-training in firm is very important nowadays, but the study level on this issue in Korea is low. The study method of this paper is the case study on a high-level Korean firm in the education-training status. This study first attempted to analyze the concept and size of the education-training in firm. And then this study figured out factors that determine the efficiency of education-training. Finally, I analyzed the status and efficiency of education-training in this case firm. Unfortunately, the efficiency level of my case firm in the education-training was low, in spite of a high-level firm in the education-training status. To upgrade the efficiency level of this firm in the education-training, this firm has to resolve many tasks.
