A Prediction Model on DC Distribution using Scenario Analysis (시나리오 분석을 통한 DC 배전시장 예측 모델의 적용)

  • 본 논문은 다수의 국외 시장 전망 보고서를 기반으로 최근 해외 도입 및 국내 구축 예정인 DC 배전 시장 동향과 경제적 효율성을 분석하였다. 분석 방법은 3가지 시나리오에 따라 2030년까지의 시장 규모 추이를 예측하고, DC 배전을 구성하는 배전용 전력기기의 시장 규모를 도출하였다. 또한 시장점유율, 부가가치율, 온실가스 감축 등의 요소를 적용하여, 세계 시장에 대한 국내 기업 점유율에 따른 DC 배전의 편익을 계산하였다. 그 결과 2030년 기준 DC 배전 시장 규모의 긍정적 확장성을 예측할 수 있었으며, DC 배전용 전력기기 시장 규모와 이에 따른 경제적 편익을 확인하였다. 추후 연구에서는 DC 배전 시장을 구성하는 각 부문들의 규모 추이를 파악하고, 국내 DC 배전용 전력기기 개발 실데이터를 적용하여 비용편익비(BCR)를 도출하고자 한다.

Economic evaluation for the re-arrangement of accommodation house in ultra large container ship (초대형 컨테이너선의 거주구역 재배치에 대한 경제성 평가)

  • Recently the building of ultra large container ship are discussed among ship building companies and ship operating company who have a tendency to pursue the advantage of large scale of economy. These tendency will be continued for the time being, if ship-building skill and economical efficiency are available. As the enlargement of container ship size becomes hot issues in ship-building markets, the needs for re-arrangement of accommodation house in large container ship are proposed carefully in some researches. This study examined economical efficiency of re-arrangement of accommodation house in ultra large container ship. The separation between accommodation and engine room is proposed through out drawing works in initial design stage and we examined the merits and demerits of the separation in the view of economical efficiency. The RFR(Required Freight Rate) is considered as the objective function to evaluate the re-designed vessel. The economical benefits are analyzed in the view of ship operator and shipyard respectively.

  • As ship builder companies have a tendency to pursuit the effect of scale economy, recently the ultra-large sized container ship is discussed very actively among them. It is expected that these situation will be continued for the time being. The need of accommodation re-arrangement is carefully proposed according to the tendency of ultra-large sized ship. In this paper, accommodation re-arrangement of ultra-large container ship is examined in the view of economy. We proposed separation of engine room and accommodation part through review and supplementaition of drawing generation in intial design stage. Also we investigated its merits and demerits to find out whether it can be realized or not in the view of economical efficiency. The RFR(Required Freight Rate) is considered as the objective function to evaluate the re-designed vessel. The economical benefits for increasing the number of TEU(Twenty-foot Equivalent Units)'s and the re-arranged space are analyzed in the view of ship owner and shipyards respectively.

  • 우리나라 생명보험산업(生命保險産業)은 과거 40여년간의 비약적인 외형성장(外形成長)에도 불구하고 내적(內的)으로는 인위적(人爲的)으로 조성되어 온 과점적(寡占的) 시장체제하(市場體制下)에서 여러가지 문제점이 노정되고 있어, 금융(金融)의 자율화(自律化) 개방화(開放化) 국제화(國際化) 시대(時代)를 맞이하여 대외경쟁력(對外競爭力) 강화(强化)와 내부효율성(內部效率性) 제고(提高)를 위한 본격적인 연구(硏究)가 시급히 이루어져야 할 시점에 섰다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 계량적(計量的)인 기법(技法)을 활용함으로써 우리나라 생명보험산업(生命保險産業)의 효율성(效率性)에 관한 실증분석(實證分析)을 시도하여, 내재(內在)하고 있는 문제점(問題點)을 파악하고 이에 대한 발전방안(發展方案)을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적(目的)을 두고 있다. 규모(規模)의 경제성(經濟性)(economies of scale) 분석결과 생명보험회사들이 영업인원(營業人員)에 대한 과다(過多)한 투자(投資)에 상응하는 규모확대(規模擴大)나 효과적인 경비절감(經費節減)을 이루지 못하여 내부적으로 과다인력(過多人力)의 사용으로 인한 경영(經營)의 비효율화(非效率化)가 초래되고 있으며, 대리점(代理店)을 통한 점포정책(店鋪政策)에서도 규모(規模)의 비경제성(非經濟性)이 존재하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 범위(範圍)의 경제성(經濟性)(economies of scope)과 관련해서는 주업무(主業務)인 보험영업업무(保險營業業務)와 부대업무(附帶業務)인 자산운용업무(資産運用業務)간에 비용보완성(費用補完性)(cost complementarity)이 존재하고 있는 것으로 나타나, 자산업무에 대한 적극적(積極的)인 투자(投資)와 효율적(效率的)인 관리(管理)로 업무다변화(業務多邊化)를 추진하여 범위의 경제성을 높이는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다. 이 밖에 本(본) 논문(論文)의 분석(分析)을 통하여 도출된 우리나라 생명보험산업의 문제점으로 낮은 수익력(收益力), 저생산성(低生産性), 재무구조(財務構造)의 부건전성(不健全性), 비효율적(非效率的)인 자산운용(資産運用), 소비자보호장치(消費者保護裝置)의 미비(未備) 등을 들 수 있으며, 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 업무(業務) 및 제도개선(制度改善)의 구체적인 방향을 제시하고 있다.

Study on Installation Capacities of Wastewater Reclamation and Reusing System Applying to Contact Aeration Process using Cost-benefit Analysis (경제성분석을 이용한 접촉폭기방식 중수도의 설치규모분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study provides economical installation capacities for wastewater reclamation and reusing system in 7 areas of South Korea applying to contact aeration process using NPV(net present value) model based on cost-benefit. First. considering only private benefits. economical installation capacities for wastewater reclamation and reusing system applying to contact aeration process in household use were more than $500m^3/day$ in Pusan. $1,000m^3/day$ in Taegu. $2,000m^3/day$ in Kwangju. However. installation capacities in Seoul. Inchen, Taejon, and Ulsan were not optimal for $3,000m^3/day$. Therefore, supply ways of wastewater reclamation and reusing system in household use in the latter areas were more optimal local recirculation system than individual recirculation system. Economical installation capacities for wastewater reclamation and reusing system in business use were more than $100m^3/day$ in Seoul. Pusan. and Kwangju and which were $300m^3/day$ in Taegu, Inchen, Taejon, and Ulsan. Economical installation capacities for wastewater reclamation and reusing system in commercial use were more than $100m^3/day$ in Seoul, Pusan, Taegu, Kwangju, Taejon, and Ulsan, and which were $300m^3/day$ in Inchen. Second, considering only social benefits. economical installation capacity for wastewater reclamation and reusing system applying to contact aeration process was more than $100m^3/day$.

Economic Evaluation of Two-step Biohydrogen/biomethane Production Process (이단계 바이오 수소/메탄 생산공정의 경제성 평가)

  • 본 연구에서는 이 단계 연속 바이오 수소/메탄 생산공정의 경제성을 조사하였다. 경제적 관점에서 다양한 수소 및 메탄 발효용 생물반응기를 비교 평가하였다. 이를 바탕으로 포도당으로부터 일 단계 수소발효를 위해 고온 trickling biofilter 반응기 (TBR, $100\;m^3$ 규모)를, 일 단계 반응의 부산물로 생성된 유기산과 알콜류의 이 단계 메탄전환을 위해 고온 upflow anaerobic sludge 반응기 (UASB; $700\;m^3$ 규모)를 선정하였다. 본 이 단계 공정의 수소생산 비용은 $$\;0.26/Nm^3$으로 계산되었고, 이는 고온 TBR 반응기만을 이용한 경우보다 약 30 % 낮았다. 이 단계 공정의 낮은 수소생산 비용은 높은 에너지 회수율과 낮은 슬러지 처리비용에 의한 것이었다. 생물학적 수소 생산공정의 경제성은 탄소원의 종류, 생물반응기의 형태 등 여러 인자에 의해 변경될 수 있으나, 본 연구결과는 향후 연구를 위한 유용한 기준으로 고려될 수 있다.

A Study on Economic Performance and its Determinants by Value-Chain in Korean Solar Energy Companies (한국 태양에너지기업의 가치사슬별 경제적 성과 요인분석)

  • This study examines the influence of scale economy, technology, financing capability and market competition on economic performance by value chain in Korean solar energy companies, using the multiple logistic regression analysis. The current profit ratio is analyzed to have been positively affected by financing capability, while negatively by market competition. The scale economy and technology are analyzed to have no statistical significance on the economic performance. The current profit ratio for companies creating higher value in the sourcing process is negatively affected by technology while positively by financial capability. The one in the manufacturing process is affected positively by technology and financing capability, and the one in the marketing process is affected positively by financing capability while negatively by market competition. The implications of this study are as follows: Korean solar energy industry is recommended i) to establish the specific innovation system for technology development, ii) to set up advanced financial system, iii) to carry out the fractal system, the manufacturing system through the network of the firms owning core competence per value chain.

Transport Efficiency Analysis of the Lines of Urban Railway using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA를 활용한 도시철도 노선별 수송효율성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze transport efficiency of each of the 17 urban railway lines being operated by national public agencies using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and to seek strategies for improving efficiency of the urban railway system. The study identified the economies of scale derived from these values of efficiency and examined the effects on cost for free ride loss and profit of transport by the fare system as the external factor. At the time, Transport profits are estimated by two production factors such as the number of vehicles and service frequency derived from multiple regression. Finally, the measures to improve the efficiency were presented in terms of profitability in the national urban railway line by applying the values of efficiency derived from DEA to multidimensional scaling (MDS).

An Economical Efficiency Analysis of Fostering Program on Leading Company in Sport Industry (스포츠산업 선도기업 지원사업의 경제성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic efficiency of the policy implemented by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on leading company in sport industry. The leading companies in sport industry are those who have a certain amount of sales in sport industry and the ones with potential to become global companies. Supporting areas include business advancement, overseas market development, and overseas PR marketing integration support. The research is performed by developing the equilibrium model composed of supply as well as demand and applying input-output analysis. The economic efficiency is estimated to in the form of changes in the sales of corporations and the ripple effect of the national economy. The results of the study are as follows. First, it is estimated that the sales growth rate of the company due to the implementation of the policy is from 3.74% to 5.19%. Second, the increase in sales reaches to a maximum of KRW 4,081 billion with a minimum of KRW 1,573 million, depending on the size of the company. Third, it is estimated that the production inducement effect for the national economy is from KRW 36 billion to KRW 93.4 billion. Fourth, the induced value added for the national economy is estimated to be at least KRW 11.3 billion, up to KRW 29.2 billion.
