본 연구에서는 광한루원 일대의 지적자료 분석을 통해 각 권역별 변화과정을 지리적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 기존 광한루 권역을 제외한 공간은 1930년대 이후 춘향각의 조성, 상업지구의 대규모 화재, 행정구역의 변경, 광한루원 확장 정비사업 등의 요인에 의한 지목의 변경, 지적의 합필 등을 통해 영역이 확장되는 양상을 보이고 있으며, 오늘날의 광한루원 영역을 규정하게 되었다.

This study analyzes the yearly-best delivered size range of truck mixer based on the specified mix, Water to Binder Ratio, aggregate proportion and unit amount with statistical method targeting on Kyeongi and Kyeongsang province and compares with the similar materials of Japan to propose as a basic standard for the quality control of mixer truck. As a result, in case of the Water to Binder Ratio of these areas, it is higher than Japan's due to the excessive safety rate reflecting the changes of differential value impact and unit amount, and the unit amount's standard deviation is very large by reflecting the changes of the amount used and chemical admixture susceptibility. In case of aggregate proportion, the frequency rate is about 50%, which is very similar value with Japan's one.

The aim of this paper is to identify Korean agricultural and agri-manufacturing cluster using a multi-regional input-output model. This paper derives a representative set of five agricultural and agri-manufacturing clusters in Korea in terms of spatial and industrial interdependency. The results show that agriculture and agri-manufacturing clusters agglomerated in Seoul Metropolitan Area and Chungcheong Area are linked both production and manufacture functions, whereas Gangwon Area is more focused on production and Jeolla Area is more concentrated on manufacture.

This study is to present empirical data about the needs for quality security of aggregate by randomly selecting aggregate from 4 major locations including A, B, C, D province in Korea, by investigating its quality status in terms of physical properties and particle distribution based on Korean industrial standards(KS). The test results indicated that wide variance in quality, and some of aggregate samples were far below the standard, still many of them are not satisfying KS standards. In addition, the current aggregate manufacturing process that does not include inspection of particle size distribution by sieving and fineness modulus, can induce a possibility of non-KS aggregate's distribution; this provide that the current status of aggregate quality security of Korea is seriously threatened. Thus, it is important to secure each aggregate's quality level under KS standards.

Our society is currently exposed to environment of various information that is exchanged real time through networks. Especially regarding medical policy, the government rushes to practice remote medical treatment to improve the quality of medical services for citizens. The remote medical practice requires establishment of medical information based on big data for customized treatment regardless of where patients are. This study suggests establishment of regional medical cluster along with defense and protection cooperation models that in case service availability is harmed, and attacks occur, the attacks can be detected, and proper measures can be taken. For this, the study suggested forming networks with nationwide local government hospitals as regional virtual medical cluster bases by the same medical information system. The study also designed a mutual cooperation security model that can real time cope with IP Spoofing attack that can occur in the medical cluster and DDoS attacks accordingly, so that the limit that sole system and sole security policy have can be overcome.

The rapidity at which industrial and business management environment has become globalized, including the FTA, has provided valuable opportunities for domestic small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to obtain global technological business. However, it is unclear whether or not the SMEs' attempt to advance global technological business is producing fruitful results. This study begins with defining global technological business and the efforts of SMEs to develop them and proceeds to discuss survey results that asked the reasoning behind SMEs that entered or wish to enter foreign spheres (China, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Europe) of businesses, and also perform factorial analysis to obtain substantiation. The study classified the relevant SMEs using clustering method. Based on the results, the study makes recommendations to executives in instilling global-minded strategies, on customized support strategies depending on the SME's capability and its intended foreign entry sphere, and on strengthening the SME's competence on the global scale.

The water demand has been rapidly increased by the growth of population, industrialization, unbanization, water pollution and so on. This study carried out the seasonal pre-reserved planning for the five zones, comparing the water demand with the available water resources up to the goal year, 2001. The results of this study are as follows; 1) It is principle that the monthly water demand is supplied by the surface and ground water as the increasing tendency of it, and the deficit of water is supplemented by the water supplying capacity of dam. And water demand should be completely reserved before supplying the deficit of water. 2) The monthly and seasonal maximum deficit of water demand take place in June and summer. 3) The periods when the deficit of water demand exceeds the water supplying capacity of dam are 1984-1990, 1994-2001 in zone III. 4) To reserve the deficit of water demand in zone III, we would like to pre-construct Masan-Keumbo estuary barrage from 2001 to 1991 in Seomjin river basin, the deficit of water demand is supplied by the diversion of water from Yeongsan river basin with the developments of the ground water and small reservoirs until 1986.

The Material·Part·Equipment industry is mostly an industry centered on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and is an important industry for revitalizing the local economy, which is the source of manufacturing competitiveness. In this study, we tried to derive the implications necessary for the development of the Material·Part·Equipment industries by analyzing the competitiveness of the Material·Part·Equipment industries in the Chungcheong region. To this end, we analyzed the industrial development stage and competitiveness of each region (Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Chungbuk) based on business scale factor, industrial growth rate, industrial specialization, and regional competitiveness for the Material·Part·Equipment industries in the Chungcheong region. Using data such as the number of employees, the number of businesses, and the amount of production in 2014 and 2019, significant industrial groups by region were identified considering the level of industrial specialization and regional competitiveness. In addition, by identifying the positions of these significant industrial groups in the stage of industrial development, suggestions for the development of the Material·Part·Equipment industries in the Chungcheong region were presented.

This study suggested following specialized strategies to be operated in additionally constructing a library, based on a variety of cultural properties and contents, which exist in Dong-gu, Incheon, and the Dong-gu development zone proposed by 'Dong-gu Master Plan 2022'. First, it attempted to select specialized themes based on local characteristics such as cultural properties and contents by each region, by dividing Dong-gu in Incheon into four areas: culture tourism/theme tourism, historical culture, central commercial and infrastructure industry area. Second, it proposed a specialized theme and strategy for children's library to be completed in 2022 by considering the local characteristics. Third, it also suggested the specialized strategy which the representative library should pursue, by considering the social characteristics of Dong-gu.

For the structure of VMS by converting on digital the position reporting of departure fishery ship in the fishery communication that be required the management ＆ operation of information in organizational. In particular, Must be made the regional ＆ concentrational of the position reporting information. The division of region is considered to the circumstance of radio wave, fishing area, quantity of fishery ship and communication traffic etc., which is capable to the DB of VMS by be concentrated in oeadquarters, which is acquisition the position reporting information of respective region. In this study have designed for building of fishery information network and automatic transmission of the position reporting information from a fishery ship.
