In the EU GDPR, when collecting personal information, the right of the information subject(user) to consent or refuse is given the highest priority. Therefore, the information subject must be able to withdraw consent and be forgotten and claim the right at any time. Especially, restricted IoT devices(Constrained Node) implement the function of consent of the data subject regarding the collection and processing of privacy data, and it is very difficult to post the utilization content of the collected information. In this paper, we designed and implemented a management system that allows data subjects to monitor data collected and processed from IoT devices, recognize information leakage problems, connect, and control devices. Taking into account the common information of the standard OCF(Open Connectivity Foundation) of IoT devices and AllJoyn, a device connection framework, 10 meta-data for information protection were defined, and this was named DPD (Data Protection Descriptor). we developed DPM (Data Protection Manager), a software that allows information subjects to manage information based on DPD.

The factors that affect on the ratio of monthly rent to total rents in commercial real estate lease contract was empirically investigated. The theoretical basis for the research was location theory, retail trade-area analysis, bid rent, agglomeration theory, and demand externality theory. The data used in this study included information on goodwills per 3.3 square meters, deposit money per 3.3 square meters, retail rents per 3.3 square meters, and passing pedestrians' characteristics in 96 retail trade areas in South korea. As the results, using the hedonic price functions and multi-regression analysis, the independent variables does affect the ratio of monthly rent to total rents in the each retail trade area were goodwills per 3.3 square meters, deposit money per 3.3 square meters, retail rents per 3.3 square meters, and the number of Small Wholesale Retail Trade Firms at the level of nation. also, the results show goodwills per 3.3 square meters and the number of Small Wholesale Retail Trade Firms are important factors in determining the ratio of monthly rent to total rents in commercial real estate lease contract in seoul. In summary, not only the economic conditions in the retail trade area but also the passing pedestrian count should be considered to determine the ratio of monthly rent to total rents in commercial real estate lease contract.

본고에서는 ICT 분야의 R&D 기획과 목표로서 중요한 정보로서 표준과 특허, 그리고 표준 기술을 권리 범위로 하는 표준 특허에 대해 알아본다. 또한 ICT 분야의 R&D 기획과 성과 도출을 위한 방법론으로서, 표준화 기구에서 현재 제정된 표준의 한계를 이해하여 미래의 표준안을 예측하고, 표준화 선도 기업의 R&D 방향을 파악하며, 현행 표준이 커버하지 못하고 있는 공백 부분이나 향후 표준으로 제정될 수 있는 진보된 기술을 도출하기 위해 표준 기술과 표준 특허 정보를 입수하는 방법을 알아본다. 결론으로서, 상호 호환성을 기반으로 하는 ICT 기술은 국제표준 정보에서 출발한다는 사실을 이해하고, 향후 ICT기술의 R&D가 국제적인 기술의 추세에 발맞추어 가치 있는 성과의 창출에 보다 부합되도록 하기 위한 전략적 방안을 제시한다.

정보 활용이 유연한 현대 소비자들의 알 권리 충족을 위해 현존하는 모든 사물에 제공되어야 하는 정보가 늘어나고 있음에 따라 사물들의 객체의 속성도 또한 증가하고 있다. 다중속성 기반 객체를 관리하는 시스템에 있어 효율적인 객체관리를 위한 방법을 연구하고 그 방안으로 객체를 재구성하여 분배하는 디스패처(Dispatcher)를 제시한다. 또한 의존성에 관련한 향후 연구 방향을 제시한다.

In this paper, we study a sample design for survey on goodwill in retail properties to provide a protecting policy for small traders and tenants, to use basic data for a dispute case related to goodwill. Since goodwill in retail properties is occurred by individual rent company, we use the census on establishments from the Statistics Korea as population. First of all, we consider preferentially seven metropolitan cities in which there are more than half of population. Total sample size is decided as 8,000. We allocate the sample size for markets as stratum in each city using proportional formula and the sample size for industrial classifications in each market using root proportional formula. Also we compute survey weights and calculate estimators, standard errors and interval of estimators for each characteristic such as type of establishments and market in seven metropolitan cities.

The concept of the Independent Living (IL) movement has been affected on recent disability public policy to enhance the right of consumers with disabilities, as well as to eliminate the barriers on employment. The IL movement emphasizes the empowerment and autonomy of consumer with disabilities to achieve their rights in educational, social, and employ environment. This paper presents three vocational rehabilitation(VR) services that affect consumers with disabilities based on the values of the Independent Living movement, and recommend some practical strategies. These VR services include the collaboration projects between the VR agencies and Independent Living Centers, the intervention programs to enhance the self determination or informed choice as a consumer, and the projects to strengthen the relationship between consumers with disabilities and their service providers.

The general public are interested in the politics and form public opinion and keep in check the government for true democracy. The general public have the right to be furnished information from the government. And the government should enact the Freedom of Information Act to provide the public's right to know. At the same time, the government should enact the Data Protection Act to provide the public's right to privacy. There is a friction between the Freedom of Information Act and the Data Protection Act. It's hard to maintain the proper balance between the Freedom of information Act and the Data Protection Act, but many countries try to do so. The UK enacted the Data Protection Act 1998(DPA), which entered into force on 2000, to comply with EU Directive 1995. The Freedom of Information Act 2000(FOI), which came fully into force on 2005, was passed in 2000. The FOI imposes significant duties and responsibilities on public authorities to give access to the information they hold. The purpose of this study is to consider the provisions of the personal data in FOI and DPA. Besides this, it identifies the complaint cases on public authorities about the disclosure and exemption of the personal data in comparison with the acts. If information is the personal data of the person making the request, it will disclose under the DPA. If information is the personal data of a third party, it will disclose under the FOI. These acts interact each other to make up for the weak points in the other to make a proper application of the act on public authorities. This study may have any limitation in making a comparative study of the disclosure and exemption of the personal data in Korea. But it is expected to provide a basis for understanding the disclosure and exemption of the personal data in the UK.

정보화 사회가 전개되면서 대규모 컴퓨터 네트워크를 통해 정보나 자원을 서로 효율적으로 공유하는 것이 가능해졌고 이러한 정보나 자원의 공유현상으로 인하여 개인의 권리침해와 보안문제가 크게 대두되었다. 따라서 컴퓨터 통신에서는 이러한 정보나 자원을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 암호화 정책 및 메커니즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 암호화 시스템에서 사용하는 암호화 방식과 사용자를 인증하기 위하여 사용되는 암호화 프로토콜을 비교분석하여 새로운 암호화 프로토콜을 제안하였다.
