본 논문은 FastImage1300가 제공하는 병렬처리 구조를 사용하여 최적의 MPEG-4 부호화기를 구현하기 위한 프로세서 및 데이터 관리 방법을 제시한다. MPEG-4 부호화기가 가진 병렬성과 순차성을 FastImage1300 특성에 맞추어서 이 시스템이 제공할 수 있는 최대 속도로 동작하는 MPEG-4 부호화기를 구현한다. 이 부호화기를 사용하여 CIF 영상을 MPEG-4 CP@L3로 최대 25fps까지 부호화 할 수 있다.

Si is a genre which has been steadily loved by Korean, Particularly, 1920's through 1930's, the Revival Movement of Sijo is made by the school of Literary for People, including Choi Namseon, Lee Byeonggi and Lee Eunsang. And Kwon Goohyeon, a member of KAPF, and Han Yongwoon, not belonging to any literary group were interested in Sijo. Kwon Goohyeon, both a member of KAPF and an anarchist has published A Present of Black Room(1927), which is one of the two published in 1920's-1920's saw only two volumes of Sijo works be published: Choi Namseon's 108 Agony(1926) and Kwon's. However, Kwon Goohyeon's work has not been illuminated. compared with Choi Namseon's and the Revival Movement Sijo by the school of Literary for People. It is because Korean literary world has been under the anti-communism ideology since the Liberation of Korea. However, it caused to explore proletarianism Sijo (Joh woon) and proletarianism poetry (Park Yeonghee) that Kwon is a memeber of KAPF and an anarchist. Han Yongwoon, not belonging to any literary group, was very famous as the poet of My Belolved One's Silence(1926), not as a Sijo poet. It means that he s not been illuminated as a Sijo poet. However, his Sijo is enough to contain his various features such as a man of Independence Movement, a Buddhist monk, a lyrical poet and so on. His first Sijo is For Planting Mookoonghwa-Poetry Written in Prison(1922), which has been published four years prior to My Beloved One's. And his affection on Sijo is inferred from the fact that he has constantly published Sijo more than free verse. The aim this thesis is to find out a position of Sijo 1920's through 1930's from a study on Kwon Goohyeon's and Han Yongwoon's Sijo. Sijo, Korean traditional literary genre, was written by most of the poets including not only the school of Literary for People but Kwon Goohyeon and Han Yongwoon 1920's through 1930's. As a result, the writing of Sijo was not a partial movement by the anti-KAPF group, but by a paradigm in 1920's through 1930's.

성층권에 무선중계기지를 구축하여 통신에 이용하는 개념은 이미 오래 전부터 제안되어 왔으나 구현상 기술적 난이도가 높아 그 동안 현실화되지 못했다. 그러나 최근 새로운 통신 서비스에 대한 시대적 요구와 고효율의 태양 전지 및 연료 전지, 고정밀 GPS 항법 시스템과 같은 신기술 개발로 인하여 성층권 비행선을 이용한 무선통신 시스템 구현이 점차 가시화 되고 있으며, 세계전파통신회의(WRC)를 계기로 성층권통신시스템용 주파수가 분배됨에 따라, 선진국을 중심으로 HAPS(High Altitude Platform Station) 상용화를 위한 연구개발이 활발히 진행중에 있다. 특히, 우리나라와 인접한 일본은 정부의 적극적인 지원과 산/학/연의 효율적인 공조 체제를 바탕으로 HAPS 개발과 관련하여 과히 세계 선두 진열에 들어서 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 아직 HAPS 개발에 필요한 기술적, 재정적 기반이 부족한 우리나라로서는 이웃한 일본의 연구개발 동향을 항시 주시하고 정확하게 분석한다면 향후 독자적인 연구개발 수행 시 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

While the constitutional states emerged in the period of the constitutional monarchies to protect freedom and property of citizens from a illegal trespass of monarchs, the passive role of the constitutional states to protect them was changed in the modern parliamentary democracy in which the state is to play an active role to realize the basic rights. Today the state giving chances and social benefits to citizens plays a very important role so that the people may to enjoy a free life as a citizen. In the modern parliamentary democracy the role of the state, therefore, is transformed form passive roles to active ones realizing the basic rights for citizens. The active role of the state to embody the basic rights asks the parliament to bear more the responsibility for making laws than ever before. In the modern welfare state social rights are also recognized as a basic right. In this sense the parliament should play a active role to realize the social rights. But the Korean parliament excessively turns over his legislative right on the basis of a delegated legislation to the Administration. It does not fulfill its responsibility for which the modern parliamentary democracy asks. To realize the social rights the Korean parliament should play a more active role.

3D cadaster problems are getting attention and studied increasingly. However, correct concepts have not been established for three dimensional land uses and different rights problems around them. This is primarily due to the lack of proper methods for implementation and operation of 3D cadaster. 3D cadaster requiring far more huge data than 2D should be built in DBMS and need appropriate methods and processes for this. This study propose a method to model 3D cadaster using DBMS. First, it analyse and visualize possible problems around divided superficies in 3D spaces. Based on this, it illustrates UML models and shows an O-R mapping process to implement them using a RDBMS.

본 논문에서는 한글의 자소간 흘림의 연속 필기를 허용하는 원고 작성기의 구현을 연구하였다. 이러한 온라인 한글 필기의 응용에서는 신속한 인식속도를 갖는 인식방법이 요구되며, 인식중에도 계속적인 필기가 가능하도록 하여 사용자에게 편의를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이와같은 요구사항을 만족시키기 위하여 스트링 정합방법에 기반한 신속한 인식 방법을 사용한다. 또한, 글자인식과 필기데이타 수집이 병행적으로 처리되도록 구성됨으로써 원고작성시에 자유로운 필기동작이 가능하도록 하였다. 실험결과 50명이 쓴 21,076자에 대하여 88.96%의 인식률을 제공하였으며, 제안하는 구현 방법이 원고작성 응용에 적합하게 동작함을 알 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 Windows NT 기반아래 구현된 멀티미디어 원격강좌를 구현하였다. Windows NT와 SQL Server는 사용자 인증 및 자원관리를 담당하며, 원격강좌 내의 모든 자료는 널리 쓰이는 HWP 형식자료를 활용할 수 있으며, 문서자료에 음성 및 동영상, URL 링크 등을 지원하는 PDF 형식으로 제공된다. 구현된 원경강좌를 활용한 운영결과와 향후 과제 등이 논의되었다.
