본 논문에서는 FPLMTS(IMT-2000으로도 불리움)에서 무선전송기술의 중요성 및 이에 따른 무선전송기술 평가절차와 이 평가에 사용될 요구사항 및 목표의 개요에 대해 다루었다. 이러한 무선전송기술의 평가에 따라 가장 적합한 무선전송규격이 표준화 됨으로서 차세대 이동통신시스템에서 모든 사람이 언제, 어느 곳에서나 통신이 가능하도록 할 수 있다. 간략하게 설명하기 위해 평가절차 및 전체 통신시스템의 부분으로서의 무선전송기술은 그림으로 표시하였고 요구사항(Requirement)과 목표(Objectives)는 표로 표시되었고 권고안의 여러 절들이 하나의 표에서 참고될 수 있도록 동시에 표시되었다. 마지막으로 사용된 권고안들에 대해서 부록에 간단히 설명하였다.

본 논문에서는 EDI 시스템의 정보보호 관리를 위한 요구사항 및 기능을 정립하고, 관리기능의 구현을 위한 정보보호 관리 모델을 설계한다. 정보보호 관리를 위해서는 ITU 권고안 X.700〔4〕의 OSI 정보보호 관리 영역을 확장하여, 권고안 X.800〔2]의 관리 요구사항을 만 .족하도록 한다. 정보보호 관리 모델의 설계는 X.402 및 X.435〔1〕를 근간으로 설계된 한국통신의 KT-EDI를 기본 골격으로 하며〔7〕, 본 모델에서는 관리의 안전성과 효율성을 제공한다.

본 고에서는 광대역 통신망에서 가입자를 광대역 기간통신망에 접속시키기 위해 새로운 구축 개념을 가지고 대두되고 있는 가입자 액세스망(broadband local access network)에 대하여 소개한다. 이를 위해 먼저 광대역통신망에서의 가입자 전송 기술, 망 구축 기술 및 서비스 구조 개념에 대하여 간략히 살펴보고, 여기에서 광대역 가입자 액세스망의 역할을 분석한다. 다음으로 CCITT에서 92년도 White 권고안으로 제정될 관련 권고안을 정리한다. 이를 토대로 가입자 액세스망의 기능적 요구사항과 설계시 고려되어야 할 사항을 살펴보고 국내에서 개발될 광대역 가입자 액세스망의 일반적인 설계목표와 요구사항 들을 살펴본다.

유럽지역에서의 현재 및 차세대 이동통신의 규격화를 추진하고 있는 3GPP(3$^{rd}$ generation partnership project)의 경우, 부족한 단말의 주소 및 네트워킹의 향상성을 위해 적극적으로 IPv6의 도입을 추진하고 있는 상황이다. 한편 IPv6 자체의 규격은 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서 진행하고 있는데, 현재 상황의 경우 3GPP에서 IPv6할당의 규격은 IETF의 규격과 완전호환이 되어 있지않아 IETF가 권고안을 마련한 상태이다. 본 논문은 이러한 상태에서 IETF의 권고안을 만족하는 3GPP네트워크에서의 IPv6주소 할당 방식을 제안한다.

Colorectal cancer is the 2^nd most common cancer in men, and the 3^rd most common cancer in women in Korea. This incidence has been increasing steadily since the data analysis began in 1999. Guidelines from many countries including Korea recommend annual or biennial fecal occult blood test as a national colorectal cancer screening program, however, colonoscopy, stool DNA test, double contrast barium enema, and sigmoidoscopy are recommended in some countries. I will summarize the Korean National Screening Guideline for colorectal cancer revised by multi-society expert committee in Korea last year. They recommend annual or biennial fecal immunochemical test between 45 and 80 year-old asymptomatic average risk people. Selective use of colonoscopy is recommended, taking into consideration of individual preference and the risk of colorectal cancer. There is no evidence for the risks or benefits of double contrast barium enema or computed tomographic colonography for colorectal cancer screening.

This study was conducted to develop evidence-based nursing practice guideline for the prevention of VAP. This is a methodological study to develop guideline and verify the effectiveness according to the hybrid method of the NECA. Topics and key questions were derived through literature review and interviews, and recommendations were converged and developed through guidelines review and SR and meta-analysis. This was verified through the RAND and evaluated through AGREEII. The clinical feasibility of the nursing practice guideline, consisting of 44 recommendations in 9 categories, was evaluated by 122 ICU nurses. Conclusively this evidence-based nursing practice guideline for the prevention of VAP was confirmed methodological quality and content validity and was suitable for our nursing practice environment.

This study aims to determine whether ESG performance positively affects foreign ownership for listed firms that publish sustainability reports. Furthermore, we test whether the disclosure of environmental information in the sustainability report in accordance with the TCFD recommendations moderates the relationship between ESG performance and foreign ownership. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, there is a positive correlation between ESG performance in a given year and foreign ownership in the following year, i.e., the higher a firm's ESG performance, the higher its foreign ownership. Second, the presence of environmental disclosure in accordance with the TCFD recommendations positively moderates the relationship between ESG performance and foreign ownership, i.e., environmental disclosure in accordance with the TCFD recommendations strengthens the positive relationship between ESG performance and foreign ownership. In conclusion, this study shows that foreign investors invest more in companies with better ESG performance, and the effect is stronger for companies that disclose environmental information in accordance with TCFD recommendations.
