The traditional occupational boundaries of human resources in science and technology (S&T) have quickly blurred in Korea. On the one hand, the knowledge-based economy has emerged and S&T proliferated beyond conventional areas, leading scientists and engineers to advance into various convergence fields. On the other hand, Korea's labor market is characterized by a higher percentage of highly-educated human resources and a relatively smaller number of high-quality jobs. As a result, the highly educated in S&T have flowed over the traditional careers into non-S&T careers. Focusing on doctorates in S&T, this paper analyzes changes in their career patterns and identifies main determinants. Specifically, jobs are categorized into traditional STEM occupations and the others in order to identify fluctuations in their share and to analyze factors affecting such changes. The analyses are based on data from the 'Survey on Careers and Mobility of Doctorate Holders 2012' conducted by the Science and Technology Policy Institute. The results exhibit marked changes in the occupational composition of doctorates in S&T. Occupational diversification has been proceeded faster in natural sciences, the private sector, and the younger generation than in engineering, the public sector, and the older generation.

Analysis of collection factor was studied to compare various parameters such as collection time, transport time, amount of collection and number of man power by on-the-spot survey at one municipal area and one rural area in Jeju-do. Results showed that the amount of man and time to collect 1 ton of waste of rural area($5.853man{\cdot}hour\;per\;time$) was four times as much as that of municipal area($1.527man{\cdot}hour\;per\;time$). In case of a transport time, rural area(11.08 per km/hr) has similar value to municipal area(11.07 per km/hr) and has half or one third value to the restaurant(36.7km/hr), an apartment area(33.0km/hr) and a detached area(22.4km/hr).

건설업은 공사수행을 포함한 대부분의 기업 활동이 인력에 대한 의존도가 높은 산업으로서 원가구성 측면에서도 외주비와 재료비를 제외하고 가장 큰 원가항목이 인건비다. 따라서, 건설업의 인력관리 강화는 효율적인 인력 운용과 원가관리를 위해서도 가장 중요한 관리항목이다. 본 연구에서는 건설업에서 체계적인 인력 및 시간관리를 통해 인력운용의 효율을 높일 수 있고, 업무시간 실적 정보에 의해 업무에 대한 성과관리의 정확성을 높일 수 있는 제도운영 및 시간관리 시스템 (TMS: Time Management System) 구축 방안을 소개하였다. 이러한 시간관리는 높은 수준의 인력 및 업무 관리를 가능하게 하고 업무에 대한 우선순위 결정과 적정 시간 분석으로 관습적이고 비효율적인 업무요소를 파악하여 효율적인 인적자원 관리를 하고자하는 건설사뿐만 아니라 프로젝트 산업 군에 속하는 여러 기업들에게 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

In May 2021, a major conflict broke out between Israel and Palestine. Fourteen days after the conflict began, a ceasefire between the two sides was signed with the victory of Defense Forces (IDF). One of the reasons why IDF was able to lead the dispute to victory with the minimum damage in the shortest period of time is that the female workforce in IDF turned on. also, there are currently 33% of the female workforce in IDF, and various tasks are carried out in the field by convergence with male workforce. So, in this study, the examples experienced by IDF will provide clues to overcoming the future challenge of Korea's lack of military service resources.

본 연구에서는 철근가격 급등과 배근시공도 작성 인력 부족에 대비하여 SDM# 제품군을 사용하여 이음/정착을 고려한 3차원 철근 배근 자동화 기술(RAP)로 철근 배근 자동생성 및 배근시공도 작성 시스템을 개발하였다. 최근 철근가격 급등으로 인한 공사원가상승/인건비 상승/배근시공도 작성 인력 부족 등의 기존현황의 문제점 등을 SDM# 제품군의 철근 배근 자동화 기술(RAP)을 이용하여 자동 철근배근/배근시공도 작성/정밀 골조물량 산출/인력절감/시공 정밀도 향상/골조 공사비 절감 등의 효과와 기존의 현장가공으로 인한 철근 손실률 8%를 공장가공을 적용함으로써 3% 수준으로 낮출 수 있어 5% 내외의 절감효과를 얻을 수 있다. 철근현장가공에서 공장가공 전환으로 골조물량 절감을 기대할 수 있고, 이음/정착/응력분포가 고려된 3차원 철근 배근 자동화 기술(RAP)을 이용하여 자동배근 알고리즘에 의한 배근시공도/가공도 작성 효율을 높이고, 기술 자립을 통해 건설시공 분야의 기술력 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

This study was conducted to explore the impact of nursing staffing on inpatient nursing outcomes in long term care hospitals. A secondary analysis was done of national data from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Services including evaluation of long term care hospitals. Patients per RN was a significant indicator of foley catheter ratio in high risk group and low risk group. Patients per RN&NA was a significant indicator of decline in ADL for patients with dementia, non dementia, urinary incontinence and new pressure ulcer development in the high risk group. The average nursing outcome of inpatient in high grade was higher than that low grade in long care hospital. This higher level of nursing staffing and the higher the grade shown a positive effect on the nursing outcomes of the inpatient. We therefore recommend modifying the above nurse staffing policy so as to make it more effective in improving nursing outcomes.

본 논문에서는 충남대학교에서 설계하고 있는 인력비행기인 Volante의 주익 에어포일을 선정하기 위하여 교육 및 연구를 위한 CFD 해석 프로그램인 EDISON_CFD를 이용하여 후보군으로 있는 에어포일들의 경향성을 확인하고 성능이 좋은 에어포일을 선정하였다. 또한 CFD 프로그램으로 상용화된 Fluent와 비교하여 EDISON_CFD의 신뢰성을 확인하였다.

The central focus of this research paper is to explore the recent structural core empirical unemployment reason of IT new professional manpower who graduated in higher education level in Korea. The final goal of this issue is to estimate and analyze rambling impediment in IT manpower labor market between 26 detail occupations and between detail occupations and 3 educational levels of new graduates and entrants who entered in IT 6 occupational groups composing 26 particular occupations. This study uses the 2004 data published by the Ministry of ICT and relies upon both one-way analysis of variance and two-way analysis variance to tackle the issue. According to the ANOVA results, 2 main points were delineated In the one-way analysis of variance method. the total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into two major components: within sum of squares (SSW) (6 detail occupations, 85%) and between sum of squares (SSG) (26 detail occupation, 15%) The other major finding is that total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into three major components: between detail occupations (SSG) (19.3%), between educations (SSB) and errors (SSE) (56%) in IT SIW development design group.
