이용자의 경로선택 형태를 모사하는 통행배정모형 결과의 정확도는 교통계획에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 이용자의 경로선택 결정과정에서 가장 중요한 판단기준은 통행시간과 통행요금이다. 그런데 통행요금은 이용자의 경로거리에 따라 다양한 방식으로 부과되므로, 링크를 분석단위로 하는 기존의 통행배정모형은 현실적인 통행요금 반영이 힘들었고 또한 수요예측 결과를 이용한 다양한 분석에서 제약을 받아 왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 경로교통량을 도출할 수 있는 경로기반 통행배정모형을 구축하였고, 또한 경로거리에 따라 결정되는 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 경로기반 배정모형에서는 GP(Gradient Projection) 알고리즘을 이용하였고, 계산상의 효율성 제고를 위해 K-최단경로 알고리즘 중 MPS(Minimal Path Search) 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 개발된 배정 모형은 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로 통행배정 결과의 정밀도를 향상시켰을 뿐만 아니라 기존 배정모형에 비해 최적해로의 수렴속도도 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 배정모형은 경로교통량이 도출되고 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로, 통행요금과 통행 거리 관계에 따른 목적함수의 규명과 그에 따른 효과척도를 계량화할 수 있다. 따라서 본 모형은 통행배정에서 실재상황을 보다 현실여건에 맞도록 규명할 수 있고, 기존의 제한적인 효과분석의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으므로 그 활용범위가 넓다. 또한 본 논문은 개발된 배정모형의 적용사례로서 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안을 제시하였다. 기존의 고속도로 통행요금 산정 방법은 이론적 근거가 미약했던 반면, 본 논문에서 개발된 배정모형과 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안은 고속도로 통행료 결정에 대한 과학적이고 합리적인 분석방법을 제공하였다.한 민감도 분석을 실시한 결과 대안1의 경우 교통량의 변화 및 화물통행의 시간가치의 증가시 사회적 편익이 오히려 감소하였고, 대안2와 3의 경우 사회적 편익이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 경부고속도로의 화물차량의 구성비에 따라 대안 1의 경우 오히려 화물차의 통행시간이 증가함에 그 원인이 있다 할 것이다. 이상과 같은 결론을 통하여 경부고속도로상의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다.. The army of republic of korea have been continued to transform their logistics support system structure for better efficient logistics support system in preparation for the future environment. Logistics system has supply network structure which is connected by various units and supply network structure received attention as a factor of success of supply network. Many researchers have continuously researched inventory management, transportation or economy factors for supply network, but such a study on the one in military supply network structure analysis is still slower than the study of analysis of other factors until now. In this study, we identify military supply network structure influence factor by application of social network analysis method which is used broadly and analyze co-relationships between supply network structure influence factor and valued APL(average path length) as a criteria of efficiency of military supply network. By this study it has value of military supply network influence factor identification for the better military supply network fabrication.

The worldwide effects of COVID-19 have led to a surge in online shopping and contactless services. The consumption pattern has caused the issues such as the environmental pollution together with the increase of plastic waste. Reducing the reliance on the petroleum based plastic use for the package and replacing it with environmentally friendly material are the simple ways in order to solve those problems. Paper is an eco-friendly product with high recyclability as the food packaging materials but has still poor barrier properties. A barrier coating on surface of the paper can be achieved with the proper packaging materials featuring water, gas and grease barrier. Polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) coatings which are generally laminated or coated to paper are widely used in food packaging applications to protect products from moisture and provide water or grease resistance. However, recycling of packaging containing PE or PP matrix is limited and costly because those films are difficult to degrade in the environment. This study investigated the recyclability of modified acrylic emulsion coating papers compared to PE and PP polymer matrixes as well as their mechanical and gas barrier properties. The results showed that PE or modified acrylic emulsion coated papers had better mechanical properties compared to the uncoated paper as a control. PE or PP coating papers showed strong oil resistance property, achieving a kit rating of 12. Those papers also had a significantly higher percentage of screen reject during the recycling process than modified acrylic coated paper which had a screen rejection rate of 6.25%. In addition an uncoated paper had similar value of a screen rejection rate. It may suggest that modified acrylic emulsion coating paper can be more easily recycled than PE or PP coating papers. The overall results of the study found that modified acrylic emulsion coating paper would be a viable alternative to suggest a possible solution to an environmental problem as well as enhancing the weak mechanical and poor gas barrier properties of the paper against moisture.

In the current procurement system in Korean military, the army, navy and air force have their own distributors, military branches and warehouses. However, especially, it has been hard to have the economy of scale because most of suppliers have shipped their order from the suppliers to each of Korean military directly. Koran military considers the transportation cost as one of the management cost factors among various kinds of cost. Furthermore they have contracted with the suppliers in annual and collectively on the transportation. Hence they have been in trouble with getting efficiency of Defense budget execution because it is hard to make a decision of Defense budget with real transportation cost. Moreover Korean army, navy and air force have their own supply chain separately, so they can not cooperate flexible and quickly when they need. Therefore, in this research, we provide a benchmarking of DTCI (Defense Transportation Coordination Initiative) which has been proved that it has improved the procurement system in US implementing the integrated transportation system with 3PL and military. In addition we propose advanced integrated shipping model using Hub & Spoke system for Korean military. In order to prove its effect, we simulate our model based on the real data of the suppliers' delivery to compare with the current system when it comes to how much we can save the cost. Our research can provide evidence that the integrated procurement system in Korean military will improve Korean military procurement system.

RFID has substituted for a Bar Code to conduct real time data collection and data process in various fields including logistics, electronic, medical treatment, car, textile, steel industry at the business level. Although implementation and use of RFID has been facilitated constantly, the majority of businesses hesitate to implement RFID system. Hence in this study, we conducted a performance evaluation through quantitative/qualitative analysis on case studies in various industries. This study results could be utilized as basic data for RFID system diffusion, and it will primarily contribute to spread of RFID system implementation.

현재 우리나라는 1995년 국민소득 1만불 진입 이후 8년간 1만불 장벽을 넘지 못하고 있으며 그 동안 국가 성장동력의 바탕을 이룩해 온 기간산업 경쟁력의 둔화와 선진국과의 기술격차는 줄어들지 않는 한편 중국 등 후발국가의 추격이 거세지고 있는 상황에 있다. 이에 따라 내부적으로 미래에 대한 확고한 비젼 부재상태를 극복함과 동시에 1인당 국민소득 2만불 대의 선진경제로의 도약을 위한 "새로운 성장동력의 창출"이란 국가적 명제를 안게 되었다. 정부는 이를 위해 2003년 5월 말 주력 기간산업, 미래 유망사업, 지식기반 서비스산업 등 3개 분야에서 총 60개의 차세대 성장품목을 발굴하고 산업군별로 종합적인 발전전략을 수립하였으며 이 중 조선$.$해양산업은 주력 기간 산업군에서 고부가가치 선박, 디지털기반 조선컨텐츠, 해양부체 강구조물의 3개 항목이 이에 포함되었다. 이후 10대 차세대 성장동력 산업(표 1) 선정과정에서 조선$.$해양산업이 이에 명시적 포함되지는 않았으나 지능형 로봇분야와 e-Biz/지능형 물류에 부분적으로 연계되어 있고 산자부에서는 조선$.$해양산업을 포함한 10개 주력 기간산업별 기획단을 구성하여 차세대 성장동력 기획단과 함께 연구기획을 통하여 산업기술혁신 5개년 계획에 반영하는 것으로 알려져 있다[1]. A development proposal that maximizes the trend of travel souvenir and articles toward tourism and natural resources through utilization of the Limited Production method was the focus of the present research. First, the flaws of travel souvenir and articles, currently produced in Inje, Kangwon-Do, were identified, as were the regional uniqueness of the area. The comparative advantages of developmental conditions of the above-specified region to various other Si/Kun regions were demonstrated to ascertain the optimal production method of travel souvenir and articles. The results are as follows. Superior supply of,7aw materials necessary for production of wood-worked travel souvenir and articles are abundantly available and the dose proximity of 17 existing workshops self-contain the production capacity to sustain the Limited Production method. Furthermore, the regional governing council conveyed positive attitudes towards the prospect of creating a regional production complex of wood-worked travel souvenir and articles. The results demonstrate that the optimal method of maximizing the trend of travel souvenir and articles toward tourism and natural resources is achieved through systematic collaboration of industry, education, and tourism that promote development, production, and merchandising of Inje's regional travel souvenir and articles.
