  • While the necessity of introduction of legislative enactment for military aircraft operation became more evident especially after the Aviation Law that has recently been revised, the prospects of such legislative action in which adopts the unique nature of aircraft need to cone to life more than ever. Here lies our efforts to analyze the problems of Military Airbase Law, to introduce status of military-related legislations in other countries, and to examine legislative support system and overall direction for the legislative enhancement by presenting and discussing necessary subject matters m an endeavor to enact or revise the military-related aviation law.

  • Our nation have several procedures and law for national airspace management, however those procedures and law not enough to manage airspace. Therefore, I have studied this paper for improving flight safety and for providing economics flight of civcil aircraft and military aircraft, also, for increasing efficiency of airspace through systematic airspace management, additionally, for improving nation defense ability and for preventation our nation damage when occuring airspace problem. Nowaday. in using airspace. two theory which freely use theory and use theory under jurisdiction is opposed by every nation in worldwide. Consequently. we can realize every nation endeavour to increase their jurisdiction airspace. However. our nation is not still prepared to cope with other nation when occuring airspace trouble. because airspace definition is not prescribed on our aviation law. Therefore. several problems which are improved in our airspace management are presented on this paper. The presented matters are as follows. First, The airspace definition is not prescribed on aviation law and responsibility limit of airspace management is ambugious. Second. problem on structure of approach control area and special airspace, Third. problem on airway system. Fourth. civil agency and military agency apply respectively different regulation in establishment of aircraft flight route, To grasp these problems, considered the airspace conception, airspace classfication. legal character of airspace. our nation airspace state and management together with other nation airspace state and management. also compared our nation airspace management with other nation airspace management. And. improvement methods to solve problems which was appeared by comparing and analysis are presented on this paper.

A Study on Applying The DO-178C to The Control SW Development of The Military Aircraft Intercom Based on CMMI (CMMI 기반 군 항공기 인터콤 탑재용 제어 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 DO-178C 적용 연구)

  • The DO-178C guide, which is referenced as the software development guide when a certification of the airworthiness in the commercial airplane is acquired by FAA in US, is recently referenced for the local military aircraft airworthiness. This indicates that when the auditor of the military aircraft airworthiness looks over the software development documents, the auditor reviews if all of the documents are verified in accordance with the DO-178C guide. However, when we developed the military aircraft intercom, We developed its control software in accordance with the CMMI level 3, since there were no requirements for the compliance of the DO-178C guide. Therefore, When we consider the airworthiness of this intercomm system, The analysis for how much the software development based on the CMMI level 3 is different from the DO-178C guide is needed to prepare the essential software documents additionally. Thus, This study analyzes the differences between CMMI level 3 and DO-178C guide and provides that which data on the CMMI level 3 is necessary for the compliance of the aircraft airworthiness comparing with the DO-178C. The analyzed result can be applied at the software development of the other military aircraft avionics equipment based on the CMMI model environment considering the compliance of the military aircraft airworthiness.

시험관 내 면역 기술에 의한 항체 생산에 관한 연구

  • 가장 효과적인 H-2b 항원에 대한 시험관내 항체 생산 조건을 찾기 위하여 근교계 생쥐인 C57BL/6BySnj의 비장세포를 UV로 불활성학 시킨 후 항원으로 사용하고, A/wySnJ$\times$Sm/J(ASmJF1, hybrid)의 비장세포를 항원 수용자 계통으로 하여 5-7일동안 배양기에서 항체 생산을 유도하였다. 본 실험에서 T 임파구 대식세포와 임파구 분화 촉진 인자인Concanavalin A Lipopolvsaccharide. Pokeweed mitogen 등을 사용하여 20가지 조건으로 실험을 수행하여, 항체 생성 여부는 보체 의존성 세포 장애 실험과 면역 효소법에 의해 조사하였다 그 결과 모든 조건에서 항체생산이 확인되었으며. 가장 좋은 시험관내 항체 생산 조건으로는 T 임파구와 대식세포를 함께 사용하여 면역시킨 것이 가장 효과적이었다. 이 방법을 이용하여 항체 생산을 유도한 후 5일째 면역된 비장세포를 Sp2/0-Ag 14와 세포 융합시켜 H-2b 마우스의 체포 표면 항원에 대한 단일군항체 생산을 시도하였다. 또한 생체내 면역 방법과 비교하기 위해 6주간 C57BL/6BySnJ의 비장세포를 복강내에 주사하여 같은 조건으로 세포융합을 시도하였다. 그 결과 H-2b 세포의 표면 항원에 대한 항체 생산을 하는 세포군은 시험관내 면역 방법에서 3개 생체내 면역 방법에서 4개부 확인되었다.

Production and Characteriuation of Monoclonal Antibodies against Human Interferon-$\alpha$ (인터페론 알파에 대한 단세포 군항체의 제조 및 특성)

  • Seven monoclonal antibodies were produced by fusing splenocytes from Balb/C mouse immunized with partially purified human interferon-a (HUIFN-a) with NSO plasmacytoma cells. aery were identified as five IgG class (432.22: IgG2b/n, 460.52: IgG2b/a , 548.46: IgG2a/n , 573.10: IgG2b/h , 625.12: IgG2b/n ), one IgA class (460.50: IgA/n ) and one IsM class (465.27: IgA/n ), and all of them revealed highly sensitive to HUIFN- a IgG class monoclonal antibodies have pts ranged from 8.2 to 8.6. Ascites fluids produced from primed Balb/c mice and were purified through column chromatography. The cytopathic effect (CPE) inhibition assay to examine neutralization of HuIFU-a by IgG class monoclonal antibodies, gave that MAbs 460.52, 548.46, 573.10 can neutralize HUIFU- a arith varying degrees except 432.22. Therefore, it is deduced that these various monoclonal antibodies may recognize the distinct epitopes on HUIFN-a.

  • As we observed in Irag war, air force power is integral to military operations owing to its promptness and accuracy. In this regard, strong air force power has a deterrent effect on a war. Meanwhile, as aviation industry is a key-future industry, the importance of the industry in our economy is significantly growing. Therefore, to maximize a national interest in utilizing limited aviation resources, it is necessary to establish a new system in which civil aviation and military aviation system is closely related and consolidated. Thus, our task is to find a way to enhance civil aviation industry to the extent of guaranteeing effective military operations. At the same time, civil aviation resources shall be effectively utilized for the military purposes in the event of a war.   • Thus far, a mission software component of the KT-1 military fixed-wing aircraft for overseas export has been developed through international joint development with foreign companies. The reliability of the software component could be certified by complying with the development environment and procedures of foreign companies based on DO-178B. However, recently, DO-178C certification is required for overseas exports, and reliability tests to comply with the weapon system software development guidelines are required for domestic military forces. In this paper, we describe the problems in obtaining domestic airworthiness certification in the international joint development of a previously developed KT-1 export-typed aircraft system integration project. To this end, we find a solution to comply with both DO-178C and the Weapon System Software Development and Management Manual and provide the optimal software reliability test method.

  • Many transmission towers, high-rise buildings and bridges are constructed near steep slopes and are supported by large-diameter piles. These structures may be subjected to large lateral loads, such as violent winds and earthquakes. Widely used types of foundations for these structures are pier foundations, which have large-diameters with high stiffness. The behavior of a pier foundation subjected to lateral loads is similar to that of a short rigid pile because both elements seem to fail by rotation developing passive resistance on opposite faces above and below the rotation point, unlike the behavior of a long flexible pile. This paper describes the results of several numerical studies performed with a three-dimensional finite element method (FEM) of model tests of a laterally loaded short pile located near slopes, respectively. In this paper, the results of model tests of single piles and pile groups subjected to lateral loading, in homogeneous sand with 30$^{\circ}$ slopes and horizontal ground were analyzed by the 3-D FE analyses. The pile was assumed to be linearly elastic. The sand was assumed to have non-associative characteristics, following the MC-DP model. The failure criterion is governed by the Mohr-Coulomb equation and the plastic potential is given by the Drucker-Prager equation. The main purpose of this paper is the validation of the 3-D elasto-plastic FEM by comparisons with the experimental data.

The Characterization of Mass Transfer Factors in Neuroblastoma Implanted in Immunosuppressed Nude Rats (면역결핍누드쥐에 이식된 neuroblastoma에서의 물질전달에 미치는 인자의 특성)

  • The chemotherapy using macromolecules, i.e., monoclonal antibodies loaded with anticancer agents hasn't been successful in delivering therapeutic amount of the conjugates. The comprehensive evaluation of mass transfer factors in tumor is prerequisite for the development of the effective chemotherapy. Characterization of neuroblastoma implanted in immunosuppressed athymic nude rats was performed. Its growth kinetics, glucose metabolic rate (GMR) were measured along with the interstitial fluid pressure (IFP), blood perfusion rate (BPR) and pH distribution throughtout the tumor radius. Volume doubling time and GMR were 8.1 days(SD 0.44 day), 23.53 mg/min/100 g(SD 3.54 mg/min/100 g), respectively. The IFP in tumor center was increased with tumor volume, and approached to 3 mmHg (SD 2.6 mmHg) when the tumor was 3 cm high. The radial distribution of IFP, BPR and pH in 2 cm high tumors showed that BPR and pH were decreased, while IFP was increased as the ~ensors moved toward the tumor center. The elevated IFP, decreased BPR and pH in tumor center suggested that the delivery of conjugates might be increased by properly manipulating mass transfer factors.
