매년 높은 비율의 전기안전사고가 발생하지만 예방교육은 단순한 영상홍보나 단순 텍스트를 이용한 교육 수준에서 주입식으로 이루어지고 있다. 항공, 군사, 전력산업 등 다양한 분야에서는 가상현실을 이용한 체험형 교육 시스템이 개발되어 운영되지만 전기안전 예방교육은 감전사고와 같은 특수한 상황의 체험과 사고를 유발시킬 수 있다는 측면에서 체험형 교육시스템이 개발 및 적용이 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전기감전 체험교육 시스템에 저주파 자극 장치를 사용할 수 있도록 저주파 간섭형 자극기를 이용한 인체 자극의 임계값 산출시험을 실시하고 대표적으로 성별, 연령별(아동 및 성인 구분)로 구분하여 적절한 자극값을 산출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 전기안전사고 예방을 위한 체험형 예방 교육 시스템에 활용이 가능할 것이다.

ROK has a lot to benchmark from how Ukraine is fighting Russia back with its tactical wins. They have taken a targeted strategy to strike Russia's top generals with high precision. To carry out this strategy, Ukraine is operating a Special Operations Force, which utilizes US/NATO forces, civilian and own resources for maximum impact. Of note, they utilize Starlink for seamless connection from detection, decision-making to strike to maximize operational efficiency. As ROK faces security threat of weapons of mass destruction, Ukraine's military intelligence organization set-up, weapons system and operations can provide some guidance on how to leverage its various SOF as well.

This study is to measure the length of the Demilitarized Zone and the Military Demarcation Line(MDL) on the Korean Peninsular. For this purpose, maps of the Armistice Agreement Volume II were used. These maps are nine sheets. In order to extract the MDL shown on the map, coordinates were assigned to the scanned image maps using the georeferencing module of ArcGIS based on the sheet line coordinates. The accuracy of the extracted vectors was checked by overlaying them on the maps of the Armistice Agreement Volume II. And I tried to validate these vectors through comparative analysis with vectors extracted from Kim(2007). Vectors extracted from Kim(2007) had errors in the curvilinear parts of the MDL, but the vectors extracted from this study exactly matched the MDL in the Armistice Agreement Volume II. The measured length is 239.42km(148.77miles). This means that the expression '155mile MDL' or '248km DMZ' in papers, reports or mass media has so far been inappropriate. I think this study will be able to provide information on the exact length of the DMZ in studies related with DMZ or in policy decisions by the national and local government. However, it is deemed necessary to verify this result by national organizations such as the NGII(National Geographic Information Institute). After these verification procedures, I hope that the national government will inform the people of the exact length of DMZ and MDL.

획득이란 군사임무 수행에 요구되는 무기체계나 서비스나 물자에 대하여 개념을 정립하고, 정책을 발전시키며 사업을 시작하여 무기체계를 개발하고, 생산하며 배치하고 운용하며 군수지원을 하고 개량하고 폐기하는 일련의 수명주기 활동에 필요한 업무를 통 털어 말한다. 따라서 획득관리란 획득이라는 개념에 대한 모든 관리활동을 말하며 획득관리를 담당하고 있는 획득요원들에 대한 교육훈련이 포함되고 나아가서는 국방중기계획을 수립하고 예산을 획득하는 기획관리업무를 지원하는 활동까지는 포함된다고 할 수 있다.

이 내용은 본 회 상근부회장이 지난 10월 22일, 군사과학대학원에서 교육생을 대상으로 강의한 내용을 요약 정리한 것이다. 이 강의에서 필자는, 우리나라 방위산업이 당면하고 있는 제반 문제점을 분석하고 육성 발전 방안을 제시하면서, 자주국방의 목표 달성을 위하여 무엇보다 중요한 방위산업이 국가경영 차원에서 관리되어야 한다는 점을 강조하고 있다.

경쟁정보는 정보학과 지식경영의 구조(frameworks)에, CIA등 군사정보기관과 경영학에서 사용하는 정보분석방법과, IT의 정보처리기술을 분석도구로 활용한다. 경쟁정보의 업무내용을 정보사이클로서 제시하고, 사이클 내에서 문헌정보학 분야가 담당하여할 분야를 제시하였다. 문헌정보학과에서의 경쟁정보에 관한 교육프로그램과 연구내용을 통하여 학제 연구의 가능성을 살펴보았다.

환경운동 10년의 결과 '생태적 감수성'이라는 '감성영역'이 새롭게 개발되고 보편화 되었으며, 녹색소비의 정신이 확산되고, '환경'은 늘 관심을 기울어야 하는 '문제영역'으로 설정될 수 있었다. 이는 환경교육에도 확산되어, 녹색소비 운동과 관리주의적 실천은 이제 보편화되었다. 지방정부에서 '의제21'을 채택하여 개발연대에 직강화된 '도시하천'의 생태적 복원이 활발하게 진행중이고, 초중고교의 '녹색화' 사업이 생태숲이나 생태연못 등등의 명칭하에 진행중이다. 한편 '환경교육진흥법'은 아직 계류중이긴 하나, 경기도와 같이 지방정부 수준에서 체험적 생태교육 시설을 정책적으로 확장해 나가고자 하는 흐름도 있다. 또한 1999년의 동강댐 반대투쟁, 2003년과 2004년의 새만금 저지투쟁과 부안항쟁을 거치면서 생명의 소중함에 대한 인식은 이제 '생명권' 개념의 확산을 앞두고 있을 정도로 보편화되고 있다. 그리고 이는 생태적 감수성을 함양하는 '체험 환경교육'의 보편화로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 교과교육으로서의 환경교육과 체험학습 영역의 환경교육은 '접점'을 찾지 못하고 있다. 한편으로 온 나라를 떠들썩하게 만드는 '환경갈등'에 대하여 그것의 '뿌리'를 완전히 뽑아내는 방식의 '재발 방지' 정치적 성과는 제대로 축적되고 있지 못하며, 환경교육은 '환경갈등'의 정치경제적 속성을 정면으로 응시하고 있지 못하다. 2004년의 환생교사업방향중 하나가 '사회적 실천'을 강조하는 흐름이었던 것은 바로 이와 같은 사정을 반영한다. '생태적 감수성'은 실천이라기 보다 안주와 '누림'의 영역으로 되기 십상이었기에 그러하며 실제로 상품화된 '생태기행'의 등장은 그런 맥락에서 이해된다. 그럼에도 이는 10년전 '군사문화'가 우리안에 살아있던 것에 비하면 분명 큰 진전이다. 군사훈련식의 수련활동이 생명과 생태에 대한 감수성을 일깨우는 '생태적 감수성' 함양으로 전환된 것이 단적인 경우이다. 이제 이러한 성과를 토대로 이후 학교환경교육 10년을 전망할 수 있어야 하겠다. 필자는 그 화두를 '환경정의'와 '생태적 합리성'에서 찾고자 한다. 생태적 감수성 키우기가 상업화 단계에 이를 정도로 보편화되었다면, 이를 바탕으로 '생태적 합리성'이라는 체계적인 지식교육을 거쳐서, '환경정의' 의식의 제고로 이어가고, 굵직한 '환경갈등'의 상황에서 뚜렷한 정치적 태도와 실천을 할 수 있는 '생태적 인간상'의 육성으로 나아갈 수 있어야 한다는 것이 필자의 생각이다. 이를 위해서는 어찌되었건 체험학습 영역에서는 환경현안에 대한 사회적 실천을 '교육 소재'로 삼을 수 있어야 하며, 교과학습 영역에서는 한국사회의 환경현안에 대한 정치경제적 접근을 외면하지 말고 교과서 저작의 소재로 삼을 수 있어야 하며, 이는 '환경관리주의'와 '녹색소비'에 머물러 있는 '환경 지식교육'과 실천을 한단계 진전시키는 작업으로 이어질 것이다. 이후 10년의 환경교육은 바로 '생태적 합리성'과 '환경정의'라는 두 '화두'에 터하여 세워져야 한다.

Sinheung Military Academy was the first one which prepared for independence war built by members of Sinminhoe in Western Manchuria. Sinheung Military Academy is known that nurtured 3,500 independence soldiers during 10 years from 1911 thorough 1920. Nevertheless no people know how it recruited so many students for 10 tears. In the course of studying the recruit of Sinheung Military Academy, I became to focus on Manjugisa by Yi Sang-nyog. Although Yi Sang-nyon remembered that there were over five hundred students in Sinheung Military Academy from just after it's set up in Manjugisa, scholars overlooked that mention so far. In addition, in the Sixth poem of Manjugisa, Yi Sang-nyong recollected that there were 30 preliminary educational organizations in 1918 after installation of Sinheung Military Academy in 1911. Therefore I concluded that the over 500 students nurtured from just after installation of Sinheung Military Academy were summed up students of preliminary educational organizations over Sinheung Military Academy's and proved it. The students of preliminary educational organizations in Liuhexian Tonghuaxian entranced into Sinheung Military Academy after graduation. The graduates of Sinheung Military Academy taught the students of preliminary educational organizations a common and military educations in duty for two years. In conclusion, Sinheung Military Academy and nearby preliminary educational organizations were an wide military camp organically maintained by Korean in Western Manchuria for big purpose of independence war.

Gesture recognition provides the ease and immediacy to users in the processing technique for recognizing the gesture. Because of these benefits, gesture recognition technology has been applied and fused in many areas, such as the military, health care, education. In particular, the gesture recognition in game field since it can provide users to play games similar to the actual gesture, it being fused with many areas such as medical, military, and education. This paper is to discuss the future convergence direction of motion recognition games based on this background. In this paper, it looks at technology status and the game of gesture recognition, describe the problem and improvement of gesture recognition game. This paper can help improving the competitiveness of domestic convergence on gesture recognition game.
