본 연구에서는 국토동남권의 인구와 고용에 따른 공간구조 변화과정을 분석하고 향후 경부고속철도 건설에 따른 변화를 예측하였다. 본 연구의 공간범위는 양산시, 울산시, 경주시, 포항시를 대상지역으로 한 총 52개 지역공간을 기초분석 단위로 하였다. 국토동남권내 인구와 고용의 공간구조를 분석 전망하기 위하여 공간구조 측정방법인 로렌쯔곡선측정식, 중심성측정식, 접근도측정식등의 기법을 이용하였으며 공간적 집중과 분산의 정도를 전망하였다. 본 연구에서는 1970년부터 1994년까지 인구와 고용구조를 조사하여 공간구조의 변화과정을 분석하였다. 그리고 현재까지 계획된 건설 공정을 바탕으로 개통 예정시점인 2006년부터 2016년까지의 국토동남권 공간구조를 전망하기 위하여 3가지 시나리오에 따라 인구와 고용의 공간구조 변화를 예측하였다. 시나리오(1)은 경부고속철도의 서울-대구 구간을 우선적으로 건설하여 운행하고 대구-부산 구간은 경부철도의 기존선을 전철화하여 활용하는 방안이다. 시나리오(2)는 경부고속철도를 기본계획과 같이 2006년 완공하고 국토동남권내 1개 정차역인 경주시 건천역을 개통하였을 경우이다. 시나리오(3)은 시나리오(2)와 같은 조건하에서 국토동남권내 2개 정차역인 건천역과 울산역을 개통하였을 경우이다. 시나리오 (2)와 (3)의 경우는 일본 시즈오카현 노선을 경유하는 신간선 주변의 지역공간 특성이 우리나라 국토동남권과 유사함을 근거로 신간선개통전과 개통후의 지역공간 변화를 분석하여 본 연구와 비교하였다.

This study analyzes the influence of the construction of a high-speed railroad on territorial organization in France. After development of a new transportation network, the French territorial organization has been largely modified. Many economic urban areas are modified by their position in the territorial hierarchy according to their condition of connection with the TGV network. At first, spatial convergence is the most important effect of the TGV network construction. Second, the development of a transportation network concentrated in the Paris area has influence as an intensified factor on metropolitan areas and as a weakening factor on middle- and small-sized cities. Thus, this system has risk in increasing territorial imbalance in France. Third, to implant an economic activity zone around new TGV stations, a new town or a new economic center starts to develop. This is going to grow into a second core outside of the old city center so that regional spatial organization is transformed from a mono-polarized(mono-centric) organization to a multi-polarized(polycentric) one. Lastly, the integration of the EU railroad system enhances the concentration of economic activity in European metropolitan areas as each metropolitan area tries to develop more competitive space for its rising position in the global urban hierarchical system.

This study aims to convey some results of a survey to professionals in the fields of territorial studies and information studies, mainly concerned with spatial implications of the informatization processes, and to draw some policy implications. Overall findings of the survey show that, along with jnformatization processes, there is high possibility of enforcing the functions and role of the metropolitan Seoul while diffusion of population and polarization reversal is quite feasible to some degree. The extension of large cities will be possible but with some limitations while urban structure will be characterized with limited functional segmentation and the emergence of multi-centers. It is prospected that there will be higher possibility of achieving regionally balanced development by informatization processes.

National atlas map for provide various information is one part of National territorial Statatics Survey but National atlas map in 2004 year don't have stability and ability. National territorial Statatics Survey in 2005 years have octuple data compare with data in 2004 years but have only one map. One map is going to provide with stability and ability. We don't use DBMS, But We make a similarly struct in file based program. We programmed system of dynamic-linked data with spatial data. To dynamic-linked system, we make search engine to based index struct and make combobox search system. spatial data only have index codes(year, national terrial indicator, area). If spatial data request specfied data, search engine search index code and provide DB data. New system is middle step of using DBMS. We redraw map for display real Korea area (with dokdo). New map is shape and similar Korea map.

국토공간정보의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 지형공간정보와 시설물의 정확한 위치정보의 수집이 가장 기본적으로 요구되며 이는 지능형 국토정보의 구축 및 운영을 위해서 가장 중요하면서도 많은 작업량을 포함하기 마련이다. 이러한 국토공간정보는 도시계획 및 통신계획, 대규모 건설, 건축, 입체적인 도시정보시스템 구현, 안전 및 방재 등에서 많은 필요와 그 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장의 환경정보 수집과 더불어 구조물의 정보 수집을 위하여 USN를 이용하여 기존의 항공사진과 DEM의 매칭에 의한 지형공간정보와 비교하였으며 이를 분석하여 새로운 건설공사에서의 공간정보를 실시간으로 취득하여 이용할 수 있는 기법을 제시하였다.

This research aims to grasp ripple effect of land space by assuming the linkage of transcontinental railway, asian highway, rail ferry and undersea tunnel. The result of research was drawn positively. But all region don't have same result. Pacific Yellow Sea of Chnia has better route on the present sea transport. The other region has better route on changing network. This research has some academic significants as a research start in an unexplored field and basic research for following research. Also, Academic contribution is in attempt to analyze effect size, change of effect and contribution of balance development by linkage of ultra infra structure and gives political proposals for related research development.

[ $\ulcorner$ ]국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률$\lrcorner$ 개정은 국토 개발에 있어서 '선 계획 후 개발'이라는 원칙하에 국토 및 도시를 삶의 질 향상, 도시공간의 효율적 개발, 관리, 보전하는데 환경친화적으로 관리하고자 하였다. 선 계획 후 개발이라는 기조 하에 도시공간의 사회적, 지형적, 지리적, 문화적 등 다양한 측면으로 검토 및 분석을 통해 보전과 개발의 적합한 토지를 분류하는 방안이 필수적일 것이며, 이에 대한 의사결정을 함에 있어서 과학적 효율적인 분석방법이 필요하다. 본 연구는 증평군을 대상으로 충남 연기군의 행정중심복합도시의 입지, 진천 음성군의 혁신도시 선정, 증평지방산업단지조성 등 도시 내 외의 여건변화 및 도시의 확장, 주변 도시인구의 지속적 증가 등으로 인한 도시공간구조 재검토를 위하여 GSIS 기법을 이용하여 공간분석을 수행하여 도시개발 적지분석을 수행하였다.

최근 대도심지를 중심으로 빈번히 발생하고 있는 지반침하, 지반함몰, 도로붕괴 등의 지하안전사고로 인해 정부는 지하안전 대책 수립에 만전을 기하고 있다. 특히, 국토교통부는 지하공간통합지도 구축 기본계획을 수립하고 본사업에 박차를 가하여 지하공간 안전관리체계를 마련하고자 하고 있다. 그러나 국토교통부에서 구축계획하고 있는 지하공간통합지도는 서울, 부산, 대전 등 대도시를 중심으로하고 있어, 태풍, 집중호우 등에 의한 지반침하 및 함몰 등의 안전사고가 우려되는 항만구조물을 관리하기에는 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 항만구조물의 안전관리를 위한 지하공간통합지도 구축 방안을 제시하였다.

In these days, the profitability of cadastral survey for national spatial information is getting worse. In order to reinforce the structure of the profitability, there exists the necessity to launch new and various businesses except the cadastral survey. In manipulating national spatial data effectively, it is necessary to design a platform for spatial information. Against this backdrop, we propose a platform for spatial data on the basis of Big Data in this paper.
