선박에 승선하는 모든 선원들은 STCW 협약에서 요구하는 바와 같이 STCW 코드 A-I/6조에 따라 해당 훈련 및 평가에 대해 관리, 감독 및 감시되어야 하며, 선원들은 STCW 협약 요구 교육을 이수한 후 이에 대한 증서를 발급받아 해당 선박에 승선하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 법정교육에 대한 교육 이수증서양식이 국제적으로 통일되어 있지 않아 항만국통제(PSC) 검사시 검사관들이 해당 교육 이수 및 교육내용에 대한 식별이 어려우며, 또한 이수 증서 양식이 국가별로 제 각각이라 신뢰성이 검증되지 않은 증서도 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, STCW 협약 요구 법정교육을 분류 및 코드화하고, 이수증서에 대한 국제양식이 통일된다면, (1) 증성 양식의 통일화로 증서의 신뢰성을 높일 수 있을 것이며, (2) PSC 검사시 검사관의 혼돈을 방지하고, (3) 이수증서에 대해 거증서류로서의 활용도도 증대될 것이다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하고, 선원 교육증서 양식 통일화에 대해 우리나라가 국제적으로 선도적인 역할을 할 수 있도록 이에 대한 연구를 수행하게 되었다.

The objective of this study is to systematically understand the swiss graphic style and examine the design ideology of designers and the visual features, with the focus on the posters that played the largest role in the formation and settlement of the swiss graphic style. Although through other visual designs such as editorial design, from the outside beyond posters, the swiss graphic style has evolved to exert a large influence around the world, based on the posters that served as the main medium for expression by designers and that were used the most in instigating the public, this study aims to cast light on the swiss graphic style, which has become recognized as the textbook of the graphic design around the world since the mid 20th century. First, the study casts light on the meaning of the creation of the graphic style through the background and the formation process, aiming to examine the visual features of the swiss graphic style and how they are integrated through the posters of Swiss designers. The personal activities and efforts of individual designers contributed significantly to the formation and development of a certain design style; however this study intends to identify the other equally important elements: the underlying social and cultural influence, the legacy of previous design styles and ideologies, the collective enthusiasm of designers, and the active progress of experimental research.

XML 기반의 Single Window은 국제 표준에 입각하여 해운 분야의 전자문서를 사용하여 국제해사기구와 전세계적으로 공통된 양식을 사용한다. 이는 동일한 양식의 전자문서를 사용하는 사용자들 간은 통용될 수 있다는 의미이며, 민원인 입장에서는 정보의 재사용성과 중복 입력의 불합리함을 줄일 수 있다. 이로써 민원인들은 입출항 수속 간소화 뿐만 아니라 해운 업무 자체에 많은 업무 개선 효과를 볼 수 있다. 본 고에서 제안한 XML 인프라스트럭처(XML infrastructure for Single Window)는 ebXML 기반의 Single Window에 적합하도록 설계 및 구현되었으며, 자원의 재사용성과 중복 투자를 방지할 수 있도록 하였다. 즉, 사용 환경에 유동적으로 적용가능 하도록 컴포넌트 방식으로 구성되었으며, 기존 시스템을 최대한 활용하도록 구성할 수 있도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between Durand's architectural theory which provided reasonable architectural logic in the early 19th century, and architectural logic of the Modern Movement of Architecture led by avant-garde architects in the 1920's. The system of thought in architecture proposed by Durand which clarified a architectural design method(composition) is very similar to the one of the International Style(Book), which summarizes commonalities in the flow of modern architecture. This approach has something in common from the perspective of the systems of thought, despite differences in external forms and time gaps. Therefore, this study intends to examine the systems of thought in three ways. It is to examine how the two systems of thought define architecture, what is the logic of building production, and finally the value of architecture (including aesthetic values) while eliminating classical aesthetics.

A monitoring was performed to survey the mortalities that had occurred in the aquaculture farms of olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) in South Korea from 2015 to 2017. The indirect inquiry for entire farms and the sample survey for selected farms were carried out. The aquatic organism disease inspectors, who have a national license for the diagnosis and prevention of aquatic organism diseases and a have close relationship with the farms, investigated the rates and causes of mortalities according to the standard manual. The mortality rate by sample survey of farms in 2015, 2016, and 2017 were 24.78% (Chunnam: 17.86%, Jeju: 28.69), 30.19% (Chunnam: 24.45%, Jeju: 32.65), and 21.59% (Chunnam: 10.57%, Jeju: 26.00%), respectively. The major cause of mortality was scuticociliatosis, and the mortality caused by viral hemorrhagic septicemia and emaciation disease (Jeju) were also high. Our results can contribute to effective establishment prevention of epidemics system and acquired status as a disease-cleansing country.

The study is to find out the influence of mother's and father's conflict resolution styles(aggressive and compromising) on adolescents' use of swear words. This study also investigates whether aggression has a mediated effect in terms of the relationship between mother's and father's conflict resolution styles and their children's use of swear words. To this end, self-report type of questionnaire was conducted to 570 students who attend at 6 different middle schools located in Gyeongnam Province. To the exclusion of incomplete and insincere answers, 477 were selected as the raw data of the research. The summarization of the results is as follows: First, the aggressive type of conflict resolution style with mothers has positive correlation with the students' use of swear words. When the conflict resolution style with mothers gets aggressive, their children's use of swear word increases accordingly. Second, it is confirmed that aggression has a mediated effect when it comes to teenagers' use of swear words triggered by mother's aggressive conflict resolution styles and father's aggressive conflict resolution styles. Therefore, if the conflict between children and parents is not appropriately resolved, the children's aggression accumulates and thereby children's use of swear words increases.
