다양한 리스크 문제가 발생하고 있는 기업 환경 속에서 세계선도 기업들은 이미 효과적인 리스크 관리시스템의 운영을 통하여 개업의 손실을 최소화함으로써 이윤을 극대화하고 있으나 우리 기업들은 아직 그렇지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국제규격인 ISO14971과 IEC62198, JIS Q2001의 리스크 경영 규격을 중심으로 리스크 경영 시스템(Risk Management System :RMS)의 구성을 분석 비교한다. 각각의 규격에서 사용되는 적용범위, 용어 및 정의 리스크 경영의 개념과 절차, 경영 시스템에 적용되는 기법들을 비교, 분석하여 우리 기업들이 가지고있는 리스크 문제를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 대안 모색을 가능하도록 하는 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

Doing business in multiple countries, multinational corporations (MNCs) are warmly welcomed for additional choices of products and services available to local consumers. But in other markets, they are viewed negatively as a means of cultural imperialism even though MNCs do not change their strategies much. While the literature remains muted about such unpredictable consumer reactions, this study explores how consumers form their cultural imperialism perceptions on incoming MNCs using the consumer attitude theory.

This study tries to analyze what the most significant factors are in Russia, where the Korean investing enterprises have to overcome and adapt to various difficulties, especially in terms of local circumstance politically. This main purpose of the research is to test empirically some relations between the managing strategy of Korean enterprises and the circumstance factors of politics in Russia while this is conducted in two stages. First, the research model is designed by reviewing relevant theories, previous studies, and the current investment conditions in local Russia. Second, the survey of Korean enterprises engaged in investment activities in there is done by collecting questionnaires from them with this survey. And the statistic method of structural equation modeling is used to testing some hypotheses. Explaining the analyzing tools, SPSS 12.0 for windows is being used for Correlation, Reliability, Validity and Multi regression and Finally the Path analysis is implemented by AMOS 7.0 for windows.

올 6월 약 4년간의 표준화 활동의 결과로 ISO/IEC 27009 "ISO/IEC 27001의 분야별 응용 - 요구사항"이 국제 표준으로 발표되었다. 이 표준은 ISO/IEC 27001을 어떤 특정 분야에 적용하고자 할 때 필요한 요구사항을 정의한 것으로서, 분야별 정보보호 경영체계 인증제도의 국제적 상호 인정의 기반을 마련하기 위한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이 표준의 개발 배경, 내용과 의미, 그리고 관련 현황을 소개하고 국내 정보보호 경영시스템 전문가들의 대응 방향을 제시한다.

본 연구는 국내외 이주와 교육 분야에 관련 전문가 부재 현상에 대한 바른 방향을 제시해보고자 한다. 1998년 IMF로 많은 해외이주자와 유학생이 증가했지만 2010년 현재는 해외이주자와 유학생이 오히려 한국으로 역 이주와 유학이 증가하고 있다. 또한 한국 내에서도 국제결혼과 외국인 노동자의 증가로 단일민족이 아닌 다문화사회로의 준비를 해야 한다. 학교들 측면에서도 한국 내에 대안학교들의 학력인정과 국제학교와 외국 유명대학 연계 한국 내에 정착은 2007년 이래 외국인 100만 시대에 접한 우리 대학들이 다문화가족 자녀와 외국인 학생 유치에 방법을 찾아야 한다고 판단한다.

14개 산유국과 일본의 석유관계자들은 「변동하는 경제사회환경하의 정유업경영」이라는 주제로 5일간에 걸친 국제세미나를 개최했다(84. 3. 5~9 동경, 국제석유교류센타 주최). 이 세미나 개막의 기조강연에서 흥아석유(주) 야구조웅 사장은 앞으로 정유산업에 필요한 기능, 정유공장의 신기술도입 및 에너지효율화, 석유제품 규격개정의 필요성, 하나의 시스팀으로서의 정유공장 경영등에 대한 견해를 밝혔는바, 그 요지는 다음과 같다.

This paper deals with a case analysis on the implementation of HACCP System. The intention is to provide some general guidelines, in particular, to small to medium sized companies that are planning to introduce the HACCP System. This paper is meaningful in regard to the actual implementation of HACCP System in small to medium sized company. It is very good result in this study because the law/guideline of HACCP is executed now.

In order to examine the determinants of new product success, winning products are analyzed with a focus on merchantability. The specific dimensions of product advantage have not been studied as yet. As results of the analysis, the determinants are classified into function, aesthetics, economy, safety, usability, reliability, brand image, assurance, distribution channel, advertisement, DEF(design for the environment). This study augmented the data set through questionnaire survey to marketing professor in University. The results of this study would be a cue to the future direction of new product development and to management of exist product.

국제물품매매계약은 당사자간의 합의에 의해서 이루어진다. 그러나 국제간의 물품매매에 관련하여 모든 상황을 특정계약에 반영하는데는 한계가 있다. 따라서 특정계약에 대한 해석과 판단의 기준이 되는 하나의 보편적이며 합리성에 기초를 둔 준거법이 필요하게 된다. 이러한 준거법은 어느 특정국가의 사범으로 충분할 수도 있지만 국제거래가 안전하고 원활하게 실행되기 위해서는 그것이 세계 어느 나라에 있어서도 같은 내용의 통일적인 법에 의하여 규율되는 것이 바람직하다. 특히 경제적 합리성에 기초를 둔 거래법의 분야에서는 이론적으로 법의통일은 가능하며 실제적으로는 로마의 사법통일협회(UNIDROIT)나 국제연합 국제상거래위원회(UNIDROIT)에 의하여 지금까지 어느 정도 통일사법 제정의 필요성이 꾸준히 제기 되어 왔다. 이러한 목적을 수행하기 위하여 UNICITRAL(국제연합 국제상거래위원회)이 1980년에 발표한 국제물품매매계약에 관한 UN 조약-비엔나협약(CISG)은 국제간의 물품매매에 관한 계약법으로서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 비엔나협약(CISG)의 법리적인 근거는 "자주적인 준거법의 제정 및 그 적용상의 통일성"에 있다는 것이다. 또한 그 내용을 보면 첫째, 지역적 의미를 가지는 법률용어의 사용을 피하고 대신 격지간의 계약시 실제로 발생하는 현실적 사례의 관점에서 법안을 작성하고자 하였고 둘째, 그 내용을 달리하고 있는 각국의 사법을 통일하는 것에 의해 모든 사법적 법률관계에 같은 내용의 사법을 적용하는 방법, 즉 세계통일사법의 제정이라 하겠다. 본 연구는 비엔나협약(CISG)의 입법취지와 배경을 고찰하였으며 또한 통일사법으로서 협약상의 "일반원칙의 통용"을 계약성립(Formation of Contract)의 과정별로 정리하였다.
