의료기기 산업은 시장규모와 생산규모에서 미국이 전 세계의 $40\%$ 이상을 차지하고 있어 국내외 모든 의료기기 제조업체에서는 미국시장진출을 목표로 꾸준히 노력하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 의료기기는 인체에 직접 적용된다는 특성으로 인해 각 국가의 정부는 저마다 다른 엄격한 기준으로 자국내 시장진출을 규제하고 있으며 엄격한 관리제도를 유지하고 있다. 국내 최신의 전자 의료기기는 필수적으로 의료기기를 제어하기 위한 의료용 소프트웨어를 필요로 하므로 의료기기 산업의 발전은 의료용 소프트웨어 산업의 발전에 직결된다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 의료기기의 경우에는 인$\cdot$허가를 위한 제도 및 절차가 갖추어져 활용되고 있는 반면, 의료용 소프트웨어의 경우에는 적합한 평가기준이 마련되어 있지 못하여 제도 및 체계구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제표준(ISO/IEC 12119, ISO/IEC 9126을 바탕으로 평가메트릭을 구축하여 의료용 소프트웨어의 정량적인 품질을 측정, 평가하여 품질측정의 결과를 토대로 품질을 인증하는 의료응용 소프트웨어 시험인증 지원도구를 설계 및 구현하였다.

현대의 항공테러는 단순한 항공기 납치뿐만 아니라 항공기의 공중 폭파, 항공기에 대한 미사일 공격, 공항과 승객에 대한 공격, 그리고 항공 외부 시설에 대한 공격 등 실로 다양한 형태로 자행되고 있다. 항공 교통에서의 불법 방해행위를 사전에 방지하기 위해서는 출발지의 보안 검색이 무엇보다도 중요하며, 이를 위해서 사전 예방적 선제적 항공보안관리 체계 전환, 출입부터 탑승까지 전 과정을 프로세스화한 점검활동 강화, 국제권고기준 항공보안장비 보유와 첨단화 등 미래 변화에 대한 능동적 대처뿐만 아니라 정확한 보안검색과 고객편의의 융합을 통해 세계 최고 공항으로 지향하며, 행동탐지기법의 도입을 통해 일상적이고 포괄적인 보안검색 운영의 약점을 보완하여 항공보안 강화의 토대를 마련해야 하고, 불법 방해행위의 억지를 위해 2015년부터 새롭게 실시하는 국제민간항공기구 상시 모니터링 제도의 항공보안 평가(USAP-CMA) 방식을 적극 검토하여 국정원 공항공사 항공사 등 관련기관 정보 공유, 지속적인 모니터링 및 국내 국제민간항공기구(ICAO) 인증 항공 보안평가관 등과 철저히 대비한 세부 대응 계획을 수립하고 항공보안 전문가 육성을 강구하여야 한다.

한국전자통신연구원(이하 ETRI)은 2002년에 국제표준으로 널리 통용되어 많은 분야에서 적용되고 있는 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템 인증을 획득하여 현재까지 유지하여 오고 있다. ETRI의 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템 도입 목적은 대외적으로는 연구개발 경쟁력 향상과 고객만족 증진이고, 대내적으로는 연구개발 업무 수행의 체계적이고 공통된 틀을 제공하는 R&D 표준프로세스의 정립과 이의 지속적으로 개선하기 위한 것이다 이를 통한 연구개발 수행 활동의 효과 성과 효율성을 제고하여 최종적으로는 고객에게 제공되는 연구개발 결과물의 품질을 향상시키는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 ETRI가 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템을 R&D 프로세스 혁신을 위한 기반시스템으로 활용한 접근방법에 대하여 살펴보고, 그를 위해 연구개발 업무에 대하여 구체적으로 정의한 R&D 프로세스 모델 및 그 활용체계에 대하여 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

항로표지 관리운영시스템은 지방청별로 다르게 개발 운영되고 있어 통합데이터 관리, 유지보수 및 확장성에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 항로표지 정보의 체계적이고 지속적인 제공을 위해 항로표지 정보 국제표준(S-201)을 적용한 항로표지 관리운영시스템 표준 S/W를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 사회적 문제로 대두되는 해킹에 대비하여 사용자 인증체계, DB 테이블 노출방지 등을 통한 보안성을 강화하였다.

This study is about the status and comparison of recreational scuba diving certification system in Southeast Asia countries. For the collection of the information, the contents of the numerous corresponding Internet sites were utilized, related documents were surveyed. And to supplement the information extensive interviews were held with the representatives of tourism department of many countries as well as staffs of diving associations, resort operators and diving instructors during various 2007 Dive Expos held in Southeast countries. In this paper, the relation between scuba certification and international standards were introduced for better understanding of the certification system. The research result shows that the scuba diving industry plays an important role in their country's tourism and the certification market of the Southeast Asia has grown to be greater than 30% of the world total market. However due to the facts that the scuba activity is originated from the western world and the controlling headquarters of the most certification agency are also located there, Southeast countries cannot take any leading roles in the scuba diving policies and systematic issues. Accordingly any modifications or improvements are expected to be very difficult. Also while Europeans and Americans have launched the programs and organizations for the quality assurance by cooperating with the international standards, but no such activity has yet appeared on the surface in Southeast Asia. According to the investigation the necessity will become bigger in near future.

During the past several years the ROK military has made an effort to build LVC synthetic battlefield that reflects the real world environment. In spite of its efforts, little has been accomplished. The disappointing achievement is mainly due to the lack of operational requirements and concepts, and policies or systematic approaches on the architecture and technology. Furthermore, there is insufficient understanding on the basic concepts and principles, and conflicting interests between organizations. In this study, I propose to construct an LVC based on the HLA that focuses on the system view and technical standard view, rather than the operational view. The proposed approach employs the information centric integration, focuses on an architecture convergence efforts based on the HLA/RTI, emphasizes the HLA compliance test and federation test, adapts to DSEEP, DMAO, and FEAT, and finally invents and implements an LVC Compliance Test System.

In this study, the summary and characteristics of WHO International Safe Community are examined and the activities for the establishment of safe city were analyzed targeting Samcheok City in Gangwon-do which prepares for the certification of the International Safe Community. And, based on the result, this study intends to present the direction of establishment and development of international safe city to improve the regional safety. First, for the establishment of safe city, measures and programs for vulnerable classes and accidential forms in the area must be developed and operated continuously. Second, continuous and systematic activities must be done by establishing combined network between regional government association and relative organ and resident association in the area. Third, public policies for establishing safe city so as to improve regional safety, such as enactment of relative si/do ordinance, etc, must be prepared so as to operate it systematically. Finally, through the various activities by establishing international network, education, publicity activities and various informations must be acquired.

Standardization to information attribute of construction material is continuous demanded through the life cycle of a construction project, and the productivity elevation is derived of contribution effect in construction market. This study surveyed the means of acquisition and attribute of information to a staff in purchase, which are effected on the revitalization of information circulation to the construction material Proposed the standardization to information attribute of construction material that is based on improvement and application to the information attribute. And information attribute is classified with construction process through analysis on test list of quality certification. This study also suggested representative attribute of quality information, for the elevation of safety and quality in construction industry. Therefore, logicality of common information is based by analysis of mathematical statistics, systemicity of quality information is applied by MasterFormat(2004)

The purpose of this study was to examine the introduction of certification evaluation system for quality management of extracurricular program of Duksung Women's University. The research method was composed of two procedures, such as literature analysis and expert meetings. The contents of the study consisted of the accompanying conditions for the introduction of the certification evaluation system to implement the quality management of the extracurricular programs, which is operated in various ways in order to support the reinforcement of students' learning competencies at Duksung Women's University, according to a more formal level and a systematic flow. As a result of the study, the 「Regulations on the Evaluation of Extracurricular Program Certification」 is not only the main foundation for actualizing the link flow between continuous monitoring of extracurricular programs and annual performance evaluation, but also the common points for each university that is establishing the integrated management support system of comparative programs including Duksung Women's University.

Cloud consumers who use cloud computing services are obliged to review and monitor the legal compliance of cloud providers who are consigned the processes of the PII (personally identifiable information) from them. This paper presented possible scenarios for cloud PII outsourcing and suggested PIMS (personal information management system) controls for outsourcing management between cloud consumers and cloud providers by analyzing both international standards and domestic certification schemes related to cloud computing and/or privacy management based on the legal obligations for PII outsourcing from Korean "Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA)". The controls suggested can be applicable for developing the guidance of complying with privacy laws in organizations or the checklist of PII outsourcing management in PIMS certification.
