Companies must strengthen core competencies by concentrating resources to secure a competitive edge and operate efficient processes from a company-wide perspective. To this end, it is seeking to concentrate its capabilities and reduce costs by pooling non-essential tasks or facilities that require a lot of time and capital at a strategic level. Therefore, logistics companies should actively utilize logistics coorperate system in order to maximize the use of logistics resources according to the limitations of human resources, physical resources, and time. This study is an empirical analysis of the strategy of logistics companies and the impact of logistics coorperate on corporate performance, and a survey and analysis was conducted on domestic logistics companies. The results of the empirical analysis showed that the cost·relationship·information-oriented strategy of logistics has a positive(+) effect on the financial·operation·strategic performance indicators of companies through logistics coorperate. The results derived from this paper will be used as an important determining factor in establishing a logistics strategy and logistics coorperate to improve the performance of logistics companies and logistics service companies.

최근 국제물류관리는 세계화기업의 초국가적 글로벌 경영활동과 고객욕구의 다양화로 인해 기업경영에 있어 중요한 요인으로 대두되고 있다. 특히 물류관리에 있어서 항만은 주요 지역거점 물류체계의 구축과 국제물류관리의 집중화 및 통합화로 인해 공급사슬체인 상에서의 기능 및 역할의 변화가 요구되어 지고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 연구는 지속적인 국제물류환경 변화와 해운환경 변화로 인해 새로이 요구되는 중심항만의 기능과 역할을 분석하고, 항만경영환경 변화에 성공적으로 대처하고 있는 싱가폴항만의 대응전략을 연구·분석하고자 한다. 또한 부산항과 싱가폴항의 비교분석을 토대로 부산항이 21세기 항만경영환경변화에 대한 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, the electronic commerce(EC), driven by the development of Internet, has been one of the most important interests. Physical distribution in EC is one of the most important factors. Logistics will be one of the most important industries in the 21st century. Logistics, especially in related to EC presents enormous potential opportunities for logistics Companies. However, logistics companies in Korea still don't have international competitive and effective strategies for customer in compare with leading international logistics companies. So it is needed to study development strategies of logistics companies in Korea against leading international logistics companies. Logistics companies in Korea is able to learn from practical experience of logistics companies in developed country by benchmarking studies. This study is to understand basic knowledge on e-logistics through the analysis of third party logistics(3PL) as well as fourth party logistics(4PL) and to suggest some activation plans of e-logistics of information era to get competition in the field of international logistics. Compared with advanced countries, Korean companies has not activated 3PL logistics as Korean companies are not inclined to open their business information to others and they didn't recognize the importance of logistics. As the business environments are worsening little by little, there has been greater concerns for e-logistics as a way of focusing on the core-business. Most of Korean companies has outsourced simple and limited scope of 3PL and 4PL services with 1st level of logistics outsourcing. To activate e-logistics, Korean government and private enterprises have to pursue the following strategies. First, Korean government should change the present laws preventing the enterprises specialized in 3PL from doing business and should pursue logistics information and standardization. Also the government needs to support 3PL companies. Second, private companies do their best to retain and develope factors of logistics resources professional and to develope the latest technology. 3PL providers have pursue effective logistics strategies and to invest capitals for the information technology.

자율운항선박의 상용화 및 운항을 위한 기술 인증기준, 운항 법적 근거, 보험제도를 마련하고 국제기구의 효과적인 대응전략을 개발하여 자율운항선박 도입의 기반 마련하기 위하여 자율운항선박 국제표준화기술개발 과제가 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자율운항선박의 기술이 개발되어 국제해사기구(IMO)의 의제화가 되는 절차와 국제표준화기구(ISO, IEC 등)의 표준개발이 완료되기까지 하나의 협력체계로서 효율적으로 완성이 되기까지의 일련의 과정을 보인다. 특히 수립된 협력체계가 체계적이고 효율적으로 운영 되도록 중장기적 관점에서 전략을 수립하고 개발된 기술이 산업계까지 연결되어 활성화 되도록 하는 플랫폼의 구축과 운영에 관하여 제안하고자 한다.

This study presents an ida on establishing “International Logistics Centre” in Korean Peninsula as a ling-term development model for Korean economy. The essence of this idea is to build a “specialized logistics area” where logistics and human being flow freely and make it a logistics center for the East Asia. The study has performed a questionnaire survey to find out the competitiveness of Korea itself compared with some competing countries. It finally suggested some idea on how to establish successful “International Logistics Centre”.
