The growth in EC will continue, irrespective of the medium or the type of environments established by organizations. Global electronic trade has been increasingly spreading all over the world due to the rapid development of internet and IT. For expanding the use of electronic trade, electronic payment based on electronic trade payment system is essential. The importance of trust is based on the potential use of the technology to increase information sharing. Last, it is necessary that the payment and performance guarantee function are added to unified global authentication system. As for now, Indentrus system is the most appropriate model for it. Thus, the purpose of this study is to present on the international trade trust for improvement to Electronic Commerce.

Today FTA extends over the world and Korea as a main member of international trade is no exception. In the past Korea, as the developing countries, has made endlessly effort to induce foreign investment from foreign enterprise and/or government to be a truly OECD countries today and made it. Korea's trade economy was reached 1 trillion dollars in 2012. Now we have to find a new way to produce, process, procure goods from foreign investment and also need to protect our profit and/or rights within foreign judicial territory. There are two method to protect foreign enterprise or government. First they rely on general principles in WTO or Bilateral Investment Treaty that the principle of equality, national treatment, and most-favored-nation treatment, you can create a predictable environment to protect foreign enterprise and/or government. Second they need to incorporate contractual clauses in their agreement such as stabilization clause, force majeure, arbitration, governing law or sovereign immunity. Of course there are many things left behind to consider I hope it will be helpful to those who prepare foreign investment contract.

It is well-known that if a claim for damage [Note: Damage can be singular or plural] is made based on a breach of contract, calculating the existence and magnitude of certain profits to be deducted based on the damage can be problematic. In the case of a time charter party, even if the early redelivering vessel by the time charterers constitutes a breach of contract, it is still not an exception. In particular, interest in the shipping business seems to be relatively high in terms of how claims for damage by ship owners have been adjusted. In the case of the New Flamenco, there is a debate over whether or not to deduct the difference between the sale price immediately after redelivering the ship and the sale price upon expiration of the contract from the damage based on the breach of contract for the early time charter redelivery vessel. This paper focuses on this case since it appears to be of practical importance and has implications on how to calculate the amount of damage in the case of cancellation for early redelivery vessel in a time charter party.

Currently, the Free Trade Agreement(FTA) promoting regionalism or bilateralism has been increasingly concluded, which is against multilateralism of the WTO. The adoption of the TRS under the FTA carries various issues from the rationale of its existence to its contents. To explain these contradictory issues between the WTO and the FTA, this paper studied on the TRS by analyzing present cases and negotiation results of the TRS under the FTA and comparing them under the WTO. The TRS under the WTO agreement is limited only to antidumping, countervailing duties and safeguard as the agreed concept. When the negotiations of the FTA are on the process, it is necessary to adopt the TRS depending on the negotiating party countries of the FTA after considering fully the economic situations of Korea and the need of protection for the domestic industries. Currently, Korea has entered into the FTA with several countries and most of the agreements with respect to the TRS maintain and observe the right and duty in the WTO agreement and when necessary, in some of the FTA agreements, they have changed parts of the TRS. Consequently, it is needed to establish the basis for application of the TRS. Also, additional application of the SSG provision to some sensitive goods is highly recommended.

Internet Trade is the new type of business transaction, which sells and advertises the product and services by using the Internet, which is spreaded rapidly to the world. Under these circumstance, our country should discuss the proper position and role as the center in the trade amount in the world trade market, and face the irresistible changes of trade environment. First, in the institution and legal aspect. Second, the price payment system of the internet trade. Third, the so-called infra construction, the physical sector for activating the internet trade, the comprehensive plan of super-highway information communication net work by the government authorities is expected to be promoted. In this study, we tried to confirm the characteristics of books published on the topic of international cooperation, what kind of international cooperation-related research is being conducted through this book, and what are the main contents of international cooperation. In order to achieve this research purpose, we conducted data construction, statistical analysis, and text mining based on textom in international research cooperation at home and abroad. As a result of the study, it can be seen that there has been a particularly high interest in international research and international cooperation since the 2010s. Through this, it was found that he is interested in development, economy, technology, development, region, and relations and wants to promote development. In addition, topics such as environment, trade, education, and society appeared, and interest in international research cooperation centered on environment, trade, and education was high, was found to have a high influence on society as a whole. This paper is intended to analyze the toxic substances transmission between South Korea and U.S. through international trade, based on 2000 international input-output data and both country's toxic substances. According to result, The high TEI sectors are metal, chemical and general machinery in Korea, and the high TEI sectors of America are electric & electronics, Chemicals, Rubber and Plastics. Korea's export structure to America is more pollutant than America's export structure to Korea.

Drawing on the organizational learning theory, we argue that international patenting allows firms to assess the potential value of their innovation in host countries and find out latent local competitors. The information obtained from international patenting enables firms to make refined innovations that facilitate export performance. However, structural inertia and old knowledge can impede learning from international patenting. Thus, we expect larger firms and older firms to display greater reluctance to use the knowledge obtained from international patenting. Our empirical analysis of Korean pharmaceutical companies from 1998 to 2010 shows that international patent application increases export intensity but firm size and age weaken the positive effect of international patenting on export performance.

IT 혁명으로 전자적인 활동이 전 사회의 중심 축으로 이루어지고, 또한 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리와 통신기술의의 눈부신 발달에 힘입어 기업의 Business에 커다란 변화를 초래하게 되었다. 특히, 인터넷이라는 환경하에서 전자상거래는 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, 기업은 전자상거래 모델을 앞다투어 개발하면서 새로운 E-Business 환경을 수용하고 있다. 또한 기업은 무역업무에 이러한 전자상거래를 도입하면서 국제간 거래의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 국채간 사이버 무역이 안고 있는 여러 가지 애로점을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서 국제간 전자결제에 과한 문제이다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역업무를 실행시키고, 활성화하기 위한 하나의 결제방안을 제시해 보면 제3자에 의한 결제 시스템으로서 인터넷 서비스 제공업자, S/W 개발업체, 은행과 신용카드회사를 비롯한 금융기관 등은 결제시스템을 구축하는 방안이 강구될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 다양한 판매자의 제품을 소개하고 일정 시간간격 또는 특정 구매자의 총누적 거래대금이 일정수준에 이를 때에 결제함으로써 신용카드를 지불수단으로 사용하는 경우에도 소액거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 전자결제제도가 성립되기 위해서는 전자자금거래의 규제를 위한 법 제도적인 측면의 정비가 시급하다. 따라서 각종 거래의 결제에 관한 법적관계는 물론 금융관련 법률을 기본으로 하여 새로운 접근방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 사항들을 고려함으로써 사이버 환경의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.
