1957년 창립된 한국요업학회는 60년대 들어 한양대를 비롯한 각 대학에 요업과를 설립하면서부터 연구활동이 활발해졌다. 요업학회는 매년 봄 가을, 서울과 지방에서 학술발표회를 개최하면서 산ㆍ학ㆍ연 유대를 돈독히 하고 있으며 세계 각국의 학자들과도 교류를 활발하게 펼쳐 내년과 후년에 잇달아 국제학술대회를 유치, 행사준비에 바쁘게 움직이고 있다.

국제 양계시장은 동남아뿐만 아니라 유럽 국가 등 전 세계적으로 조류인플루엔자가 확산되면서 각국에서 양계산물이 수입을 중단하는 등 시장교류 절차가 강화되고 있으며 감역국의 소비시장 또한 위축되고 있다. 그러나 이런 위기 상황 속에서도 한국의 한 중소기업이 저온살균계란이라는 첨단 기술을 개발하여 안전한 살균 계란을 생산하게 되었으며 이 기술과 생산 시설을 홍콩에 수출을 계약하면서 업계에 비상한 관심을 모으고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to present directions and programs for exchange and cooperation between libraries of South and North Korea. Specifically, it is to present the direction of exchange and cooperation programs in the library area and to present library exchange and cooperation programs that can be promoted in the [tight period], [reconciliation and cooperation period], and [South and North confederation period] through research methods of literature review, Focus Group Interviews (FGI), and expert advice. In this study, exchange and cooperation programs were divided into three projects that should be prepared by South Korean libraries, by direct exchange and cooperation between South and North Korean libraries, and by conducting with third countries or international organizations. Along with the conducting program periods, 8 major programs and 33 unit tasks were also proposed. Conclusions and suggestions suggested the need for sector-by-sector, step-by-step exchange and cooperation, establishment of systems to promote effective exchange and cooperation, establishing the formation of consensus within libraries, finding field-oriented agendas, and developing education programs of North Korea libraries for librarians.

In this article, potential problems in the exchanges and collaboration of South and North Korean performance programs were reviewed focusing on the articles related to performances in the North Korean copyright law. In the North Korean copyright law, there were significant differences from the ordinary rules in the international society or lack of the rules. They are the problems on the bases and principles of North Korean copyright law, unacceptance of copyrightable works against their political system, equal and mutual benefit on the copyright of the South Korean copyrightable works, neighboring copyright and economic right, unlimited protection for moral right, unpreparedness of right protection for online copyrightable works, and so on. On the other hand, the available performance programs to exchange mutually between South and North in the short run include national operas, dramas, musicals, festival events, and so on. However, legal and systematic improvement plans are required on the different copyright rules between South and North to facilitate the exchanges and cooperation. Externally, collaborations are required in the international copyright stage such as collaborative agreements on various international copyright usages, and we should consider the global entrance of performance programs that contain national sentiment and develop mutual trusts through these.

대한민국 등대의 역사는 일제가 국외 침략을 목적으로 한반도에 설치한 것에서 시작되었다고 알려져 있다. 이러한 주장에 따르면 1903년 인천에 처음으로 등대가 설치된 이래 일제 강점기를 거치면서 근대적인 항로표지시스템이 구성되었다는 것이다. 그러나 이 점에 대해서는 좀 더 신중하게 고려할 필요가 있다. 국제 항구의 도시로서 그리고 초량왜관의 도시로서 부산은 15세기 초 이래로 한일 외교관계의 중심지였다. 그렇게 때문에 이미 오래전부터 부산에는 해상 국제교류를 위한 항만시설이 발달되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지 해양에 관련된 역사자료가 부족하고 기초연구가 미비하여 올바른 역사를 정립하는 것이 어려운 실정이었다. 최근 들어서 부산해관 고문서의 번역이 마무리 되었고, 초량왜관 관련 고지도들을 집성한 자료가 편찬되면서 보다 객관적인 부산의 역사를 정립할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문은 고지도와 문서들을 통하여 오래된 국제 항구도시 부산의 초량항에 초점을 두고 부산 등대의 기원에 관하여 고찰하고자 한다.

남북 공유하천은 크게 임진강과 북한강으로 대별된다. 이중 임진강은 2000년을 기점으로 상호 협력방안이 모색되고 있다. 그러나 북한강수계에서는 북한이 유역변경을 위해 대댐을 건설하여 운영중에 있는 등 남북관계에 있어서 협력과 갈등이 공존하고 있는 상황이다. 국제공유하천에 있어 수자원 개발과 이용은 협력과 공평성에 기초하여야 한다. 그러나 갈등은 모든 국제하천이 가지고 있는 공통의 문제로 해결을 위한 대안마련에 많은 노력이 필요하다. 그럼에도 국 내외의 사례에서 볼 수 있듯이 예방적 조치들이 미약한 것이 현실이다. 남 북한 공유하천에서도 수자원 이용과 관련된 문제점은 계속되고 있다. 특히, 북한강 수계의 경우 상류유역을 점하고 있는 북한이 임남댐을 건설해 유역변경 수력발전을 함으로서 하류를 점하고 있는 남한지역에서는 하천관리 및 용수공급 등 지장을 받고 있다. 얼마 전에는 댐의 안정성 문제가 제기되어 국가안보 차원에서 문제를 다루어야 할 정도로 중대 사안이 되었다. 임진강 유역에서는 수해방지를 위한 남 북한간 협력체제의 토대가 마련되어 가고 있지만 황강댐의 유역변경 이 구체화될 경우 문제는 더욱 복잡해진다. 본 연구에서는 국제공유하천의 갈등해소 이론을 바탕으로 보다 현실적인 접근방법을 대안으로 제시하고자 하였다.

1980년 이후 국내 축산업이 전문화, 대형화되면서 정보의 다양화가 이루어졌다. 1991년 개최된 한국양계박람회(KOPOXE)가 그 대표적인 것으로 국내외의 모든 시설과 새로운 정보의 장이 마련되면서 국내 양계산업 발전에 지대한 영향을 가져왔다. 격년으로 개최되고 있는 한국국제축산박람회(Korea International Livestock Expo, KISTOCK)는 올해 9월 21(목)-24(토) 4일간에 걸쳐 대구 EXCO에서 개최되면서 국내축산업의 발전은 물론 해외 축산업과의 교류의 장을 예고하고 있다. 본회를 비롯한 5개 생산자 단체가 공동주최하는 한국국제축산박람회는 올해 본회가 주관으로 국내 축산업 발전은 물론 해외투자 진출과 전시제품의 수출 촉진을 꾀할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이와 관련 축산박람회추진위원회는 해외저널리스트들을 초청하여 지난 8일-11일 4일간 박람회 진행 상황 및 국내 축산관련업체를 시찰한 바 있다. 본고는 기자가 이 프로그램에 함께 참여하면서 축산박람회 준비상황을 점검하는 기회를 마련하였다.

International energy agency(IEA) consisted of OECD countries deals with international energy problems. IEA/Wind ExCo is an execution committee under IEA for the implementing agreement for co-operation in the research, development and deployment of wind energy systems. Currently 22 countries participate the committee and 11 research tasks are in progress. 11 tasks are base technology information exchange, wind energy in cold climates, offshore wind energy technology deployment, integration of wind and hydropower systems, power systems with large amounts of wind power, cost of wind energy, labelling small wind turbines, social acceptance of wind energy projects, MexNext aerodynamics and comparison of dynamic computer codes and models, offshore wind energy and wakebench. At the presentation, activities of major wind energy countries and IEA/Wind ExCo and research tasks are introduced.

국제적인 환경협약이 체결되고 환경보호를 위한 무역규제도 강화되고 있는 현재, 환경부는 기후변화 협약과 생물다양성협약 등 각종 국제 환경협약에 대처하고, UNEP, OECD 등 환경관련 국제기구 및 주요 국가와의 환경협력을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 국제적 상황은 국가자료의 국제간 정보의 교류ㆍ협력을 강조하며, 가입국가로서의 이러한 활동들을 요구하고 있는 실정이다. 각 국의 국가 대기배출량은 자료의 신뢰성과 각 국 자료의 비교ㆍ평가를 위해서 산정방법과 자료 제출형태 등이 통일되어 이루어져야 한다. (중략)
