최근 검색엔진의 효율성을 향상시키고 검색결과에 있어서 사용자들의 요구사항을 충족시키기 위한 연구들이 활발히 수행되고 있으며, 많은 방법론들이 제시되고 있다. 이는 방대한 정보 속에서 사용자의 검색 의도에 맞는 정보를 효과적으로 제공하는 것을 그 목표로 한다. 특히 본 논문에서는 검색하고자 하는 토픽별 사용자의 인적 속성들이 미치는 영향력을 기반으로 사용자간 소셜 관계 지수(SRV : Social Relationship Value)를 산정하는 방법을 제안한다. 소셜 관계 지수란 인간의 내재적인 특성을 수치로 산정한 것으로, 웹 사용자들에게 있어서는 검색 성향의 유사정도와 직결된다. 따라서 검색하고자 하는 토픽별 개인 성향의 유사정도를 수치로 부여하고 유사성이 높은 사람들의 검색 정보를 이용하면 사용자에 보다 만족된 검색결과를 제공할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 구글 디렉터리(Google directory)의 정제된 각 토픽별 하위 범주(category)에 대해 선택 결과가 같은 사람들을 대상으로 인적 속성을 분석하고, 그 영향력을 가중치로 적용해 산정된 소셜 관계 지수와 사용자들의 검색 패턴을 비교 하였다. 그 결과 특정인을 기준으로 소셜 관계 지수가 높은 사람들의 검색 패턴이 매우 유사함을 확인 하였다. 이를 통해 토픽별 개인 간 연결 강도가 강할수록, 즉 유사성이 높은 사용자간에는 검색 패턴 또한 유사함을 검증 할 수 있었다.

정보화가 진전되면서 국방ㆍ통신금융ㆍ전력 등 주요사회기반체계의 정보시스템에 대한 의존도가 심화되고 있고 이에 따라 해킹, 컴퓨터바이러스 등의 사이버테러가 국가 안보를 위협하는 새로운 위협요소로 대두되고 있다. 사이버테러가 대규모, 지능화, 첨단화의 양상으로 발전됨에 따라 정보전에 대한 대비책이 무엇보다 시급한 실정이다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하기 위해서는 국가 차원에서의 국방 정보보호기술 체계를 구축하여야 하며 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 현재의 정보보호기술 동향과 앞으로의 발전 전망을 분석하여 향후 발전계획을 수립하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

효과적인 조종사의 임무수행을 지원하는 소프트웨어인 비행임무지원체계가 현대 항공작전의 필수 요소로 주목 받고 있다. 첨단 항공기를 위한 비행임무지원체계의 개발을 위해서는 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되며 높은 개발수준을 요구하고 있으나, 국내 실정은 기본 프레임워크 조차 없는 단일 응용 프로그램 개발 수준에 불과하다. 따라서 차기 항공기를 지원하는 향상된 한국형 비행임무지원 체계를 개발함에 있어, 재사용이 가능하며 품질을 향상시켜줄 수 있는 프레임워크의 개발은 매우 중요한 과제이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 한국형 비행임무지원체계의 개발에 적합한 개발 프로세스를 제시하고, 이에 따른 비행임무지원체계의 프레임워크의 설계 및 개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

정보기술의 발달과 함께 정보시스템을 보호하기 위한 정보보안관리문제는 모든 기관 및 조직에서 반드시 짚고 가야 하며, 조직 전반에 걸쳐 표준적인 관리지침을 통해 포괄적으로 검토되어야 하는 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나, 현행 국방관련조직은 전반적으로 보안관리방법과 관리모델이 정립되지 않은 실정이므로 정보보안관리를 위한 표준관리 지침이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문은 정보시스템을 운영하는 조직 전반의 보안상태를 평가하는데 유용한 방법론인 정보보안관리규격(BS7799)을 적용함으로서 전사적인 관점에서의 국방정보체계 정보보안관리모델을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 사회연결망분석을 이용하여 무인체계 관련 뉴스, 기사 자료를 분석하고 이를 통해 무인체계 발전의 중심을 파악하고자 하였다. 국방부는 인구감소로 인한 병역자원의 감소 문제를 해결하기 위해 발전하는 과학기술을 바탕으로 기존 병력 중심의 유인체계에서 AI 기반 유·무인 복합전투체계로 전환하기 위한 계획을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 최근 5년간의 무인체계 발전 동향을 확인함으로써 국방 무인체계 발전의 중심이 되는 노드를 살펴보고자 한다.

In this study, the establishment strategies of Military Standardization Information System and Integrated Database(DB) based on standardization information are provided. The establishment strategies introduced here are based on the appliable common(commercial and military) classification of specifications/standards. The common(commercial and military) classification of specifications/standards adapted in this study can be constructed through mapping by 'grouping' between the MS(Military Specification/Standards) and KS(Korean industry Standards) to increase efficiency. In detail, the establishment of Integrated Database(DB) based on standardization information provides the various channel of interactive communication among specifications/standards. Additionally, standardization information systems provide the basis of the integrated specifications/standards converged between the commercial and military sector.

최근의 전장 환경은 전투 공간에서 파악 가능한 모든 요소를 효과적으로 연계하여 정보의 우월성을 기반으로 전투력을 향상시키는 네트워크 중심전 체제로 진화하고 있다. 이에 우리 군은 네트워크 중심 전장 환경의 핵심 요소로서 전술다대역다기능무전기를 개발해왔으며, 기존 아날로그 방식 무전기를 기반으로 네트워크를 구성하여 운용하는 체계에 순차적으로 적용될 예정이다. 이는 지상 무기체계도 예외는 아니다. 이러한 상황에 따라, 본 논문에서는 지상 무기체계 환경에서 전술다대역다기능무전기의 성능 평가 및 분석을 수행한다. 성능 평가에서는 실제 전술다대역다기능무전기를 기반으로 지휘통제체계와 무장통제장치 간의 무선 통신환경을 모의 구성하여 성능 시험을 수행하였으며, 결과 분석을 통해 전술다대역다기능무전기의 지상 무기체계 적용 가능성을 확인한다.

As data is evaluated as a key asset for digital transformation, efficient and stable management of data, smooth sharing data, and provision of services using data are also required in the defense. To support this, the Korean military is laying the foundation for the Military Artificial Intelligence Platform which is a defense data management infrastructure. In this paper, we examine the data strategies and data platform promotion directions of Korea and major advanced groups, and we look for suggestion and present the direction of development of the Military Intelligent Platform. We are expected that it can contribute to the establishment of a safe and efficient defense data management infrastructure for the Korean military.

Recently, ICT environments have been increasingly developed and the pattern of the war also has been changed to NCW. The development of communication and network technology, for example, C4I and TDL(Tactical Data Link), has been prosperous and rapid. But the geospatial intelligence field which is the basis of the network frames relatively has not been developed. The purpose of this paper is to foster the geospatial governance in terms of the defense perspective. In order to do that, this paper deals with the U.S. Intelligence Community(IC) and the U.S. Army Global Information Grid(GIG), LandWarNet and those could be good examples of roles and statuses of geospatial intelligence. IC has been produced essential intelligence which is required for policymakers and military leaders. IC has several stove-piped intelligence process systems which have been separately developed and competed. And so as to complete GIG, the U.S. Army adopted LandWarNet. The U.S. Corps of Engineers organized the Army Geospatial Center(AGC) on 1 October 2009 to support LandWarNet. In order to develop NCW, we should recognize geospatial intelligence as the basis of network framework and make a central leading organization of defense geospatial intelligence. The mission of Korea Defense Geospatial-Intelligence Agency should be changed from producing GEOINT to a strategic GEOINT agency. The Army should organize a laboratory of geospatial intelligence field. The mission of producing GEOINT should be transferred to a geospatial intelligence battalion which is newly organized.
