박근혜 대통령은 '국민행복, 희망의 새 시대'라는 국정비전을 실현하기 위한 핵심 국정 과제로 창조경제와 문화융성을 채택했다. 창조경제란 상상력과 창의성을 과학기술과 정보통신기술에 접목해 새로운 성장동력을 만들어내는 것을 말한다. 창조경제를 위해서는 '연구'가 빠질 수 없다. 또한 신성장동력을 발굴하고 신규 시장을 개척하기 위해서도 연구는 꼭 필요한 투자다.

21세기 들어 도시물관리스템의 안전성은 많은 도전에 직면해 있는 게 현실이다. 사회기반시설인 물관리시스템의 안전하고 효율적인 운영은 국민의 안전과 행복을 위해 반드시 필요하지만, 최근 물관리시스템의 안정성은 많은 위험 요인에 노출되고 있다. 이제는 안전한 물공급에 총력을 기울이고, 물부족 해소에 크게 기여할 '빗물 재이용' 시스템 개발에 힘써야 할때다.

The happiness of social worker's role in promoting the happiness of the people has been relatively overlooked. Despite the importance of the ultimate value and meaning of eudaimonic happiness felt by social workers as a value-oriented profession, negative aspects such as work-related burn-out or hedonic happiness such as pleasure has been mainly focused so far. Happiness is a concept that must be met with both hedonia and eudaimonia, and it is necessary to understand both two dimensions of job satisfaction experienced by social workers. The purpose of this study is to investigate 376 social worker's hedonic and eudaimonic job satisfaction and factors associated with them by analyzing "Social Worker's Eudaimonia" dataset in which the Korean Version of Global Hedonic & Eudaimonic Job Satisfaction(K-GHEJS) scale was used. The results showed that the factors affecting hedonia and eudaimonia were different so that hedonia was statistically significantly associated with the levels of education, income and workload while eudaimonia was not. Based on these results, how to improve the hedonic and eudaimonic job satisfaction among social workers was discussed.

The present study examined whether the relation between different types of trust and happiness varied by place of residence (i.e., major cities vs. provinces) among Korean older adults. We used a total of 1,599 Korean adults aged 60 or older who had lived in the same residence at least for 5 years before. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to test an interaction between types of trust and place of residence. Results show that generalized trust and social trust have positive association with happiness. A significant interaction effect between generalized trust, particularized trust, and place of residence were found. In particular, particularized trust was found to have positive effects on happiness within residences who had lived in provinces and generalized trust was found to have positive effects on happiness within residences who had lived in major cities. Findings suggest that different types of trust on happiness, especially interpersonal trust should be interpreted in an environmental context. Future practical implications for increasing older adult's trust are discussed in a cultural context as a way to promote happiness and research directions are discussed.

모든 사람들은 건강하고 행복한 삶은 누리기 위하여 꾸준히 노력하여 왔고 앞으로도 계속 노력할 것입니다. 또한 경제개발의 성공적 성장을 이룩함과 더불어 풍요한 사회를 이룩하기 위하여 각 분야에서 눈부신 발전을 거듭하고 있습니다. 약사관계 제법령은 국민의 생명, 건강에 직접 또는 간접으로 관계되는 의약품을 비롯한 의약부외품, 화장품, 의료용구 및 위생용품에 관하여 필요한 사항을 규정하고 적정을 기하며, 국민보건향상에 기여함을 목적으로 합니다. 약사법은 1953년 12월 18일 제정 공포되어 그동안 11회 개정된 바 있습니다. 약사법이 인체에 대한 안전성의 확보를 강조하다 보니, 일부에서는 규제 일변도의 법률로 오해를 받기도 했었으나, 근본 취지는 법적인 규제를 통한 국민보건의 향상과 국내 관련 산업의 발달과의 조화에 있습니다. 1991년 12월 31일자로 개정된 약사법과 92년 6월 30일자로 개정된 약사법시행규칙에서 화장품에 관련된 규정은 의약품과 그 안전성 및 특성에 차이가 있으므로 화장품의 특수성이 어느정도 반영되어 표시기재사항과 광고관련 규정이 의약품과 차별화된 바 있습니다. 개정된 약사법중 화장품과 관련된 부분을 살펴보면 다음과 같습니다.

By examining care from a normative perspective projected in the Constitution of South Korea, this paper attempts to assess care from the standpoint of justice and establish the status of care as a concrete political value. The point that this paper focuses on in the Constitution is about the "human worth and dignity" and "right to pursue happiness" clauses of the Article 10 at the beginning of Chapter II which defines the rights and duties of citizens. The clauses of "human worth and dignity" and the "right to pursue happiness" are generally interpreted as the highest values of the constitutional order. While exploring the human dignity and the pursuit of happiness clauses in light of care, this paper intends to address the value of care as human dignity, which is the highest ideology and constitutional principle of the Constitution and, at the same time, the limitation of explaining the freedom to care with a liberal concept of freedom implied in the pursuit of happiness. Ultimately, this paper argues for the justification of putting 'care' in the Constitution. In the end, this paper aims to emphasize the significance of care as a guiding principle for the maintenance of our lives and society, a primary principle of social regulation and public governance, and a direction for a just state which can identify and rectify care injustices.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the changes between leisure and social activities, life satisfaction, and happiness of the disabled according to the time before and after COVID-19, and to examine the moderating effect of living alone. For the analysis, the data of 3,773 persons from the employment panel for the disabled were used for the analysis, and as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the decrease in leisure and social activities further reinforced the decrease in life satisfaction, and consequently the decrease in happiness also increased. In addition, it was found that the effect of leisure social activities on life satisfaction increases according to living alone. In other words, the decrease in leisure and social activities of the disabled led to a decrease in life satisfaction and decreased happiness. Through these results, although social distancing is important, support such as online gatherings, participation in cultural and artistic activities, and education is necessary as an intervention in reducing leisure and social activities, which can be an important protective factor in the lives of the disabled. Furthermore, it was suggested that screening for mental health and intervention for persons with disabilities living alone are necessary in case management of persons with disabilities.

1990년대 '4 3그룹'은 한국 건축을 주도해온 소장파 그룹이다. 개발 열풍에 '건축'에 대한 국민적 인식과 토양이 빈약한 시대, 이들은 '메시지가 있는 건축'을 내세우며 건축계 담론을 주도했다. 4 3그룹에서 김인철 건축사는 전통에 바탕을 둔 공간철학인 '없음'을 화두로 작업해왔다. 이는 '형태는 기능에 따른다'라는 루이스 설리번의 말을 '형태는 공간을 따른다'로 바꾸어 우리 건축의 정체성을 확인하려는 것이다. 그는 건축평론가들 사이에서 건축의 본질을 추구하는 자세가 자연스럽고, 집요하며 진정성이 있다는 평을 듣는다. 머물러있지 않고 지속적인 실험 탐구로 변화하며, 건축을 다루는 손맛이 좋은 것으로 유명하다. 그런 그가 올 4월 행복도시의 건축을 집행하는 행정중심복합도시건설청 총괄건축가에 선임됐다. 최근 그의 사무소로 찾아가 근황과 총괄건축가로서 원칙, 그리고 앞으로의 계획 등을 들어봤다.

This study explores the political meaning of candidate's speech and statement who run for the 18th presidential election in the viewpoint of communication. The visibility of the words and the connectivity between the words are analyzed in the viewpoint of structural aspect and the vision, policy. The visibility of the words is analyzed based on the frequency of the words mentioned in the speech or the statement. The connectivity between the words are analyzed based on the network analysis and expressed by graph. In the case of candidate Park, the key word is the happiness of the people and appointment. The key word for candidate Moon is regime change and the Korean Peninsula and the key word for candidate Ahn is the people and change. This study contributes positively to the study of candidate's discourse in the viewpoint of methodology by using network analysis and exploring scientifically the connectivity of the words. In the theoretical aspect this study uses the results of network analysis for revealing what is the leadership components in the speech and the statement. In conclusion, this study highlights the extension of the communication studies.

새로 시작된 21세기, 우리나라를 비롯한 OECD 국가들의 정책 방향을 결정하는데 있어서 가장 중요한 지표로 대두되는 것 중의 하나가 국가를 이루고 있는 국민 개개인의 행복 추구라고 할 수 있다. 각 개인이 건강하고 윤택한 생활을 보장받기 위해서는 국가의 사회복지 제도의 개선과 함께 살아가는 과정에서 부딪히게 되는 재난 또는 사고로부터 개인의 불행을 최소화하는 시스템 지원과 불가피하게 찾아오는 사고나 질환 혹은 노화에 대비해 신체적 장애를 극복할 수 있는 의료체계의 확립이 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 우리나라와 같이 고령화 사회로의 전이가 급속히 진행되고 있는 개발도상국에서는 의료체계가 단순한 생명 연장이 아니라 사회 구성원으로써의 역할을 다할 수 있도록 지원해주는 방향으로 재건할 필요가 있다.(중략)
