Public acceptance has become an important factor in nuclear power program particularly after Chernobyl accident and recent rapid democratization in Korea. Methods reflecting public opinions in order to improve public acceptance are firstly to understand what the public think about nuclear power plant and secondly to find out the public preference values for its policies. For this purpose, simplified multi-attribute utility (MAU) model was applied to analyze the public perception pattern for fire power production systems. And the conjoint analysis was applied to find out the quantitative values of public preferences for twelve policy alternatives to improve the safety and to support communities surrounding nuclear power plants in Korea. To implement these perception and preference analyses, mail survey was conducted to the Qualified sample who had the experience of visiting nuclear power plant. Diagnosis of their perception pattern for five power production systems was made by the simplified MAU model. Estimation of the quantitative preference values for potential policy alternatives was made by the conjoint measurement technique, which made it possible to forecast the effectiveness of each option. The results from the qualified sample and the methods used in this study would be helpful to set up new policy of nuclear power plant.

한국의 낙농산업은 낙농인의 것만이 아니며, 유업체의 것도 아니고, 각종 축산관련 단체의 것은 더욱 아니다. 한국의 낙농산업은 국민의 것임을 모두가 인식하고 국민이 준 각자의 임무를 성실히 잘 수행하려는 낙농인의 노력이 국민의 눈에 비쳐져야 된다.

In order to analyze the consciousness of the general public toward wetland conservation issues, three hundred people, chosen to reflect a representative sample of the issues, including the general public and stakeholders of wetlands in Korea, were questioned for a one month period from September 5th, 2007. With regard to a question about the current level of wetland conservation in Korea, only 9.7 percent of the survey group answered that it has been adequately conserved. This suggests that there is a strong need to reform existing policies and management frameworks pertaining to wetland conservation. While the stakeholders recognized the public values derived from wetlands very well, 58.8 percent of the general public did not understand the values at all. This suggests that increased and systematic education and public relations programs for wetlands and their public values should be launched, especially for the general public. With regard to the effects brought about by levels of wetland conservation, 83.2 percent of the survey group answered that wetland conservation was very important for both the natural environment and development of Korea, while 63.5 percent of the group answered that it was very important for themselves and their family. Surprisingly, 85.1 percent of the survey group said a wetland should be conserved, even though there are no direct economic benefits from doing so. With all these survey results, the general public in Korea thinks that wetlands are an important and precious public asset which should be passed to the next generation.

본 논문에서는 퀄컴의 Vuforia 엔진을 이용한 증강현실 미로 찾기 어플리케이션을 제안하고 구현하였다. Vuforia 엔진은 증강 현실 엔진 중 비교적 최근에 만들어져 다양한 마커를 활용할 수 있으며 속도, 마커 인식 면에서 다른 AR 엔진에 비해 뛰어나다. 본 논문에서는 Vuforia 엔진에 기반한 미로 찾기 앱을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안한 방법에서는 스마트폰으로 이미지 마커를 인식한 후, 스마트폰 화면에 3D 캐릭터와 미로를 출력해주도록 한다. 또한 가속도 센서를 이용하여 사용자가 직접 스마트폰을 기울여 캐릭터를 목적지까지 이동시키는 미로 찾기 게임 어플리케이션을 구현하였다.

This research has analyzed the options of improving 'National Basic Livelihood Security Program' and factors influencing on them, focusing on the 345 social welfare officials' recognition and assessment of the program. As a result of the analysis, some difference has been identified in the assessment of respective options in accordance with how social welfare officials recognize and assess the program and its recipients. The assessments as to the options of improving restrictions on the able-bodied poors, implementation of the individual benefit method, and so forth were shown differently according to the age; years of service; amount of work; rationality of the criteria for selecting recipients; levels of payment by the 'National Basic Livelihood Security Program'; possibility of the recipients' exit from poverty; achievements of the self-supporting program; and evaluation of the program improvement efforts of the government. Based on this result of analysis, key tasks and improvement options for the 'National Basic Livelihood Security Program' have been explored on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the program.

이 연구는 사회적 돌봄정책의 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 서울시 공무원들의 인식조사를 통하여 결정요인의 타당성을 검증해 보았다. 검증결과에 의하면, 서울시 공직자들은 현재의 사회적 돌봄정책의 지출이 미흡하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 금액의 부족에도 불구하고 정책의 우선순위에 있어서는 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 이는 사회적 돌봄정책이 긍정적으로 성장하였을 뿐만 아니라, 향후에도 중요한 정책분야가 될 것임을 시사하고 있다. 또한 정책결정요인에 대한 인식조사에서는 시민사회요인과 인구사회요인이 중요하게 나타나고 있어, 수요측면에 대한 정책적 관심이 요구된다. 한편, 지방 정부 공무원들은 정부의 정책적 방향이나 지방정부의 재정능력이 중요하다고 인식하고 있어, 정책수요와 정책공급에 대한 인지부조화 현상이 발생할 가능성을 확인할 수 있다.

우리나라는 다양한 해양활동을 즐기기에 풍부한 자연환경을 가지고 있으며, 소득 증가와 주 5일 근무 등의 사회적 여건 변화에 따라 해양에서의 여가활동이 다양해지고 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따른 국민의 해양활동과 관련된 사고 발생빈도도 함께 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 해양에서의 사고를 직접적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 국민의 해양사고 대응역량 강화를 위한 해양안전 교육 및 체험시설의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해양 재난·사고 발생현황, 안전관련 체험시설 현황 등의 여건분석과 안전 및 해양안전에 대한 국민의 인식조사 결과를 기반으로 해양안전 교육 및 체험시설 건립의 사회적 타당성을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년기업가정신교육 효과성검증에 관련한 선행 연구에서 잘 다루어지지 않았던 4가지 변인(자기주도학습, 메타인지, 진로정체성, 기업가인식)이 청소년기업가정신교육 후에 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승하였는지 탐색적으로 분석해 보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 2020년 및 2021년 JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육 프로그램에 참여한 고등학생 101명을 대상으로 자기주도학습능력, 메타인지, 진로정체성, 기업가인식 요소를 교육 사전-사후로 나누어 대응분석을 수행하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 2020년 및 2021년 JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육에 참가한 학생들의 자기주도학습능력, 메타인지, 진로정체성, 기업가징신 요소는 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승하였다. 이는 향후 청소년기업가정신교육 연구에 있어 교육대상자의 역량 변화와 성장에 미치는 요인을 파악하고 다양한 요소 간의 관계 분석을 하는데 있어 기반이 되는 연구로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 로봇의 지능적 행위를 구현하기 위하여 인공지능의 몇 가지 기법을 휴머노이드 로봇에 적용하고 이를 테스트 도메인에서 실험하는 연구결과를 기술하였다. 본 연구에서 적용한 기법들은, 인공지능의 계획기법에 기반한 로봇의 계획생성, A^* 알고리즘을 적용한 길 찾기, 외부 센서 값에 기반한 장애물회피 및 로봇의 자기 위치인식, 그리고 원하는 물체를 파악하기 위해 템플릿 매칭을 이용한 영상인식 등 네 가지 방향으로 접근하였다. 전반적으로 로봇의 실험은, 웹 페이지로부터 사용자의 쇼핑 목록을 입력 받아, 인공지능의 계획기법에 기반하여 서버에서 이에 대한 실행계획을 만들고 난 후, 로봇이 서버로부터 TCP/IP 기반의 소켓 통신을 통하여 세부 실행계획을 전달받아 임무를 수행하게 된다. 또한 이러한 임무를 수행하기 위해서는 로봇자신의 현재위치에 대한 정보 및 목표물에 대한 위치인식이 요구되며, 이를 위해서 사전에 주어진 맵의 좌표를 찾아가는 방법을 사용하였다.
