Since its declaration in the year 1986, the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion1 continues to guide the global practice of health promotion. This situation is also true in Japan, and recently the notion of health promotion generated two national health promotion and disease prevention agendas in Japan, Kenkou Nippon 21 (HEALTH21; Healthy Japan 2010)2 in the year 1999 and Sukoyaka Oyako 21 (CHILD21; Healthy Parents and Children 2010)3 in the year 2000. The apparent characteristics of these two agendas are their multiplicity of numerical objectives. HEALTH21 sets a goal to increase quality and years of healthy life.(omitted)

국민의 건강증진을 위해 애써 온 한국건강관리협회가 지난 11월 7일 48번째 생일을 맞이했다. 이 뜻 깊은 날을 축하하기 위해 이순형 고문을 비롯한 건협 동우회원, 건협 어머니 사랑 봉사단, 유관기관 관계자 등 150여 명의 내외 귀빈이 참석했으며, 이 날 행사는 1부 '창립기념식', 2부 '제3회 메디체크 기생충질환 관리 심포지엄 2012'으로 진행되었다. 기념식에서는 보건복지부 장관 표창, 법무부 장관 감사장, 유관기관 감사패 등 유공자들에 대한 시상이 있었으며, '세계로 향하는 한국건강관리협회 기생충질환관리사업'이라는 주제로 열린 심포지엄에서는 건협이 캄보디아, 수단 등의 개발도상국에서 전개하고 있는 NGO 사업의 결과와 더불어 국가 기생충관리사업 현황과 기생충 유전자 검사의 최신 지견에 대한 연제 발표 등이 이루어졌다.

This study aims discover the relations between health promotion behaviors and metabolic syndrome in daytime workers, in order to present importance for health promotion behaviors of patients with metabolic syndrome. Based on Year 1 data of the 5th Korean National Health Nutrition Examination Survey, emrolled were 1,034 daytime workers. This study discovered that the prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome of the Korean daytime workers was significantly higher as they got older, they had less education level and smoking more, increasing number of health promotion practice behavior were decrease the metabolic syndrome prevalence. Effective appropriate lifestyle intervention were considered to management and prevention of daytime workers with the metabolic syndrome for low-cost and efficiently.

Today, interest in health information has risen overall due to the aging society, increased public interest in the quality of life, and the increased state's interest in reducing medical costs. Accordingly, efforts have been made across the library and information science in terms of academic research, libraries in terms of providing health specialized services, and the state, yet policies and strategies for providing the health related information in an integrated and systematic manner through the libraries have not been proposed with clarity to date. Thus, this study aimed to propose a method to provide the health information in an integrated manner by the libraries through the previous studies, policy studies, and case studies. Consequently, it proposes to build a system to integrate the health information, build an overall database of the health related information, develop and operate a health specialized library program, operate a general support center for the health information service, and build a cooperative network among the related departments and institutions for the health information service. The details proposed by this study is likely to contribute to developing services for improving the health of the citizens of this country.

이 연구는 해양휴양복지 해양치유에 대한 국민인식조사를 통해 실제적이고 효과적인 정책 수립을 뒷받침할 기초자료와 근거를 확보하고자 했다. 2018년 8월 2일부터 9일까지 1주일간 웹과 모바일을 통해 조사한 557명의 응답자 중 82.9%는 해양수산부의 해양휴양복지 서비스 제공이 필요하다고 생각하며, 85.6%가 이용할 의향이 있다고 답했다. 응답자의 91.6%는 해양치유를 체험할 의향이 있으며 특히 바다 경관이 주는 스트레스 완화와 신체건강 증진 효과에 기대가 높았다. 응답자들은 해양휴양복지 서비스 대상은 사회경제적 취약계층과 자살 중독방지, 지역주민을 우선적으로 고려해야 한다고 보았다. 또한 해양치유 공간과 시설, 이용 요금, 안전과 환경 등 해양치유 참여 시 실제적이고 직접적으로 관련된 요소를 중요하게 고려하며, 접근성보다는 주변환경, 질병치료보다는 건강증진에 관심이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

차세대식품으로 주목받고 있는 스피룰리나의 항균성 유산균(Probiotics: Lactobacillus Pentosus) 발효를 통해 얻어지는 항균성 발효스피룰리나의 국민건강증진 방편으로 이를 이용, 소비자 및 수요자의 접근을 용의하기위하며, 주 소비층인 환자, 노약자, 임산부, 어린이층의 Target content의 개발과 발효스피룰리나에 대한 시험결과 즉, 2010년 3월 락토바실러스 펜토수스 K34를 이용해 발효한 결과 발효공정을 통해 락트산; 아세트산; 구연산; 숙신산등의 유기산이 적어도 3종 이상 생성되었으며, 단백질 함량은 10% 이하로 변화를 보이지 않았고, 탄수화물의 거의 분해되어 락트산 및 프로피온산 등의 유기산으로 변화됨에 따라, 개발된 새로운 식품원료의 다양한 식품개발은 건강증진을 위해 소비수요층의 용의한 접근의 한 방편으로, 만화나 일러스트레이션을 이용한 접근을 통한 홍보 전략이 필요하다.

2004년 12월말 국립보건원에서 질병관리본부로 확대 개편되고 에이즈업무를 독립시켜 단생한 에이즈 · 결핵관리팀을 찾아보았다. 전 국민을 에이즈의 감염위험으로부터 보호하고 예방하기 위한 홍보를 지속적으로 실시하고, 감염인을 조기 발견하며, 발견된 감염인을 관리하여 전파를 방지, 국민건강 증진 기여를 목표로 업무에 임하고 있었다.
