2014 여성낙농인 선진지연수 후기 - 유럽의 3국3색(三國三色) 낙농선진 사례를 맛보다

  • 인천에서 11시간 30분을 날아 독일 프랑크푸르트, 다시 그곳에서 1시간을 더 날아 도착한 파리는 이미 밤이 깊어 있었다. 13시간 가까이를 비행기에서 보낸 일행들은 7시간 젊어진 프랑스의 수도 파리에 도착했다. 오랜 비행에 지칠 만도 했지만 내일부터 있을 연수에 대한 기대 때문인지 88년생 막내부터 56년생 최고참까지 22명의 여성낙농인들은 18세 소녀들처럼 활기가 넘쳤다.

  • 본 논문에서는 연계점전압의 변화율과 가속이득을 이용한 향상된 수동적 인지법을 제안하였다. 기존의 수동적 인지법과 비교하여 불검출영역의 감소를 확인하였고 적정한 가속이득 값을 설정하기 위하여 단독운전 검출 소요시간과 시스템 민감도를 분석하였으며 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 유엔을 비롯한 국제단체와 각 국의 정부에서는 공개 소프트웨어 보급을 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 또한 우리나라에서도 공개 소프트웨어를 활성화하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 공개소프트웨어 시범 사업과 정보화 사업 평가 항목에 공개 소프트웨어 사용하면 가점을 부여하고 있다. 그러나 잠재적인 공개 소프트웨어 사용자들인 중등학교 학생을 대상으로 공개 소프트웨어에 대한 홍보와 교육이 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 중등학교에서 학생들의 공개 소프트웨어에 대한 인지도를 파악하고 분석한다. 이 연구 결과는 중등학교에서의 공개 소프트웨어 교육을 활성화하기 위해 방안을 찾는데 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있다.

An contention-aware ordered sequential collaborative spectrum sensing scheme for CRAHN (무선인지 애드 혹 네트워크를 위한 순차적 협력 스펙트럼 센싱 기법)

  • Cognitive Radio (CR) ad hoc network is highly considered as one of promising future ad hoc networks, which enables opportunistic access to under-utilized licensed spectrum. Similarly to other CR networks, the spectrum sensing is a prerequisite in CR ad hoc network. Collaborative spectrum sensing can help increasing sensing performance. For such an infrastructureless network, however the coordination for the sensing collaboration is really complicated due to the lack of a central controller. In this paper, we propose a novel collaborative spectrum sensing scheme in which the final decision is made by the node with the highest data reliability based on a sequential Dempster Shafer theory. The collaboration of sensing data is also executed by the proposed contention-aware reporting mechanism which utilizes the sensing data reliability order for broadcasting spectrum sensing result. The proposed method reduces the collecting time and the overhead of the control channel due to the efficiency of the ordered sequential combination while keeping the same sensing performance in comparison with the conventional cooperative centralized spectrum sensing scheme.

  • This study aims to present basic data for enhancing the capability of the work by clarifying the duties of the national and public university record management personnel and using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) techniques to identify differences and characteristics of the work by job and experience. To this end, the records management personnel of national and public universities were analyzed and surveyed, and the statistical analysis and IPA Matrix were conducted. As measures to solve problems derived from the results of the analysis, mandatory placement of national and public university record researchers, securing budget for performing their work, collection of university history records through various channels, supplementation and revision of records management institutions, and adjustment of job competency based on experience were proposed.

  • Rapidly increasing transnational migration can be seen as a typical process which has proceeded under macro-contexts of socio-spatial characters of origin and destination country and their relationships, shaped with global uneven regional development in the process of glocalization and development of transportation and communication on the global level. In order to consider macro-contexts of transnational migration, this paper emphasizes the concept of multicultural space and some key elements implied in it, that is, place, territory, network, scale (suggested by Jessop et al.) and spatial flow and difference. As results of questionnaire analysis of foreign immigrants' recognition of macro-contexts, this paper suggests some findings: that is, a high level of recognition of all types of foreign immigrants on global changes, the most negative recognition of migrant workers among 4 types of foreign immigrants on economic and social conditions of their origin country, a positive recognition of people in all regions of their origin (except few countries such as Japan) on international migration, and a low level of their recognition in all types on S. Korea's characters as their destination country.

  • In this paper, we propose a inband/outband broadcast method for hidden incumbent system detection of medium access control layer for wireless regional area network systems using cognitive radio technology. Through some extra channels that are not currently used, a short message is broadcasted. The message allows CPE detecting an appearance of incumbent system to send sensing report to CR BS. For the hidden incumbent system report message, the BS needs a process or method for allocation of upstream resource to CPEs. And transmitting multiple out-band signals has a possibility to collide with out-band signals of other co-located WRAN BSs. To avoid out-band signal collision, BSs randomly select it out-band signal broadcasting time within the pre-defined explicit out-band signaling, period. And fractional Bandwidth Usage allows WRAN BSs to efficiently use bandwidth.

  • We propose an efficient resource allocation scheme based on interference awareness for D2D (Device-to-Device) communication in cellular networks. Recently, many researchers have studied how to allocate frequency resources to DUE (D2D User Equipment) with full interference channel information. However, it is difficult to assume a scenario where instantaneous interference information between the CUE (Cellular UE) and DUE is known to the BS (Base Station). To tackle this problem, we proposed in this paper a new scheme in which the BS allocates a resource to CUE and DUE without a full channel information and can aware interference based on only transmit power and distance between UEs. Simulation results show effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

International Comparison of Cognitive Attributes using Analysis on Science Results at TIMSS 2011 Based on the Cognitive Diagnostic Theory (인지진단이론에 근거한 TIMSS 2011의 과학 결과 분석을 통한 인지 속성의 국제비교)

  • This research purports to find out the characteristics of Korean students cognitive attributes and compare it with that of high-achieving countries who took TIMSS 2011 based on the Cognitive Diagnostic Theory. Based on TIMSS 2011 Science framework, nine cognitive attributes were extracted and the researcher analyzed that 216 of the TIMSS 2011 science items require these attributes. This analysis was conducted to come up with a Q-matrix. After producing the Q-matrix, multi-level IRT was used to figure out each countries' characteristics for each of the cognitive attribute. According to the study results, four attributes, such as 'Use Models,' 'Interpret Information,' 'Draw Conclusions,' and 'Evaluate and justify' were easier attributes for Korean middle school students. However, the other five attributes such as 'Recall/Recognize', 'Explain', 'Classify', 'Integrate', 'Hypothesize and Design' were considered as harder attributes compared to other countries. Korean students also considered 'Interpret Information' as the easiest attributes, and 'Explain' as the hardest attributes of all. For Korean students, those attributes considered to be easy were the easiest and hard attributes as the hardest compared to other countries, showing very extreme cases. Therefore, to give students more meaningful learning experience, it is better to use all the attributes altogether rather than use specific attributes while constructing Science curriculum or textbooks.

Curriculum Orientations of Home Economics Teacher Educators (가정과 교사교육자들의 가정과 교육과정 관점)

  • 본 연구는 가정과 교사교육자(전국 국 사립 대학의 가정교육과에 재직하고 있는 교수)들의 교육과정 관점을 조사함으로써 실천적 비판 중심 가정과 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초자료와 교사교육자들을 위한 세미나 프로그램 개발을 위한 유용한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 가정과 교사교육자들은 하나의 두드러진 교육과정 관점을 선호하지는 않았지만 인지과정중심 교육과정에 가장 높은 선호도를 보였다. (2) 석사과정에서 가정학 세부영역을 전공한 교사교육자는 가정교육학을 전공한 교사교육자보다 학문중심 교육과정과 기술중심 교육과정을 가정과 교육을 위한 적절한 관점으로 인식하였다. (3) 박사과정에서 가정교육학을 전공한 교사교육자는 가정학 세부영역을 전공한 교사교육자보다 개인중심교육과정을 가정과 교육을 위한 적절한 관점으로 인식하였다. (4) 가정교육학 관련 교과목을 가르치는 교사교육자는 가정학 세부영역 관련 교과목을 가르치는 교사교육자보다 기술중심 교육과정을 가정과 교육을 위한 적절한 관점으로 인식하였다.
