The purpose of this study is analyzing the prescriptions of American codes for straw bale structures and proposing the legislation direction of Korean building code. The process of this study is as follows: (1) To set up the legislation direction of straw bale code of Korea, this study investigated the current state and features of straw bale houses in Korea, and looked into the worldwide status of straw bale codes and permitting. (2) To provide basic data for the legislation of Korean straw bale code or guideline, this study analyzed American codes for straw bale structures like the Tucson/Pima County Arizona Building Code Appendix Chapter 72 - Straw-Bale Structures, California State Guidelines for Straw-Bale Structures, New Mexico Standards for Non-load Bearing Baled Straw Construction, Oregon State Residential Code Appendix M - Straw-Bale Structures and so on. The analysis items are the scope of rule application, material specifications, requirements for straw bale walls/foundations and construction requirements. (3) On the base of analysis of American straw bale codes, this study proposed the legislation process and direction of Korean straw bale code and guideline.

This study was conducted to analyze the text relating to the environmental conservation and ecology among the text of the constitution of Korea and collect the domestic laws(40 statutes, 1 guide, 1 leading case) and the foreign laws(1 constitution, 34 statutes, 2 ordinances, 3 leading cases). To make the text of the collected domestic and foreign laws a comparative analysis of the conceptual principle, plan establishment and project operation, types, policy and allied projects, rights and duties, allowed and restricted acts, environmental impact assessment and administration procedure and system of the environmental conservation and ecology by items, it was considered to the mutual relation with lots of laws which are scattered with the various laws and studied to how to set the many foreign countries on their laws connected with the environmental conservation and ecology from the other department and carry out the advanced environmental works.

This article analyzed the recent Korean accessibility standard supporting the people with disabilities. This is the basic study to make the interior environment more comprehensible and safer for the physically handicapped. Researcher selected the interior elements related to the mobility and accessibility for the physically handicapped. Then the '98 Korean accessibility standard code called 'Pyunui Chungjin Pup' were compared with the previous Korean building code and two other guidelines for evaluations. Result showed that 'Pyunui Chungjin Pup' addressed more obligatory items in facilities used by people with disabilities. That contributed to develope the accessible environments and to offer the independent activity in the society for the disabilities. However dimensions of 'Pyunui Chungjin Pup' showed the minimum standard. Also it did not provide the sufficient design considerations to make up the sufficient design considerations to make up the other types of disabilities including sensory limitations, or cognitive function limitations. Hereafter, the quality of accessibility guideline should be raised with further study.

자연공원시설의 정의와 친환경성의 개념을 정립하고 자연공원내 시설과 관련된 기본법인 자연공원법과 기타공원시설물의 관련법규들 중에서 용도지구 내 시설설치 허용기준과 공원시설의 정의 시설물의 종류 및 시설물의 설치.관리 등 관련 법제도를 친환경성 측면에서 검토하여으며 미국, 일본 및 대만 등에서의 친환경적인 자연공원시설물 관련법규를 살펴보고 국내.외 법제를 비교분석하였다 친환경적 측면에서의 자연공원시설의 설치 및 관리상의 문제점을 종합해 보고 이에 따른 친환경성을 고려한 자연공원시설의 법.제도와 관련하여 공원 시설종류의 일부 삭제 및 추가와 시설기능 변경안이 포함된 공원시설물의 친환경성 증진을 위한 현행 자연공원 법령(법.시행령.시행규칙)의 개정안과 자연보존지구, 자연환경지구, 취락지구 등의 용도지구 내에서의 허용행위기준과 집단시설지구 내 녹지기준의 개정안을 제시하고 시행규칙상 시설물의 신설을 권고하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 공간데이터 구축시 아직까지 체계화되어 있지 않은 공간데이터의 품질 평가요소를 정립하는데 있다. 총 17개의 국내 공간데이터 품질관련 법규를 구축 공정, 작업방법, 장비, 정확도 등을 중심으로 분석하였다. 항공사진 촬영이 가능한 대규모 업체를 대상으로 작업순서, 사용장비, 작업순서 전후의 결과물의 정확도를 중심으로 조사하고 팀장급 직원들을 대상으로 현행 관련법규와 실무의 차이에 대하여 조사, 분석하였다. 조사, 분석한 내용을 기반으로 공간데이터의 구축공정을 항공사진을 이용한 수치지도 신규제작, 기존 수치지도 수정제작, 영상지도제작, 수치표고모델 구축 공정으로 구분하고, 각 공정별로 생성되는 공간데이터의 품질을 체크할 수 있는 요소들을 정립하였다.

삶의 질적 향상에 대한 소비자의 욕구가 증대되고 환경문제에 대한 관심이 실생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 자동차에 미치게 되면서, 배기가스 규제 강화와 함께 소음에 대한 소비자의 요구 수준이 점점 높아지고 있다. 자동차의 소음은 일반적으로 주행시 외부로 방사되는 주행소음(pass-by noise)과 승차감에 영향을 미치는 실내소음으로 구분할 수 있는데, 주행시 외부소음은 국내 2002년 법규와 유럽의 법규 등에서 그 규제가 점점 강화되고 있고, 실내소음은 자동차의 상품성을 좌우하는 요소로서 그 중요성이 점점 커지고 있다 각 자동차 생산업체들은 NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) 개선에 많은 관심을 두고 있으며, 특히 주행소음 및 실내소음 전반에 있어 발생요인으로 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 파워트레인(엔진 및 트랜스미션)에 대한 NVH 개선에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 최근 개발되고 있는 차세대 자동차 엔진들을 보아도 EU의 2005년 EURO-IV배기가스 규제 및 북미의 SULEV 규제를 만족함과 동시에, 연비 향상과 NVH 향상을 개발 목표로 하고 있음을 알 수 있다.(중략)

보안검색은 항공보안에서 가장 핵심적이고 기본적인 분야이다. 9.11 테러 이후 전 세계적으로 보안검색이 강화되었으나 보안검색단계에서 위해물품을 색출하는 것에는 한계가 따른다. 최근 국내 공항의 경우 언론에 보도된 보안검색 실패사례 외에도 다수의 실패사례가 보고되고 있으며 그에 따른 원인과 대책 방안의 하나를 법규에서 찾아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 관련 법규와 선행연구 분석을 통해 얻은 결론으로 보안검색요원의 교육과 법적 지위 등의 제도적 문제점을 착안하고 그에 따른 개선안을 도출하여 제시하고자 한다.

In recent years, earthquakes and volcanic activity have been occurring actively in Japan, China, and Southeast Asia in the central Pacific Rim, and the cycle interval is shortening. In addition, there is Baekdu mountain, which is a large active volcano in Korea. On the other hand, the legal system and guidelines related to volcanic ash are very limited to counteract volcanic disasters. The volcano manual does not present specific countermeasures against volcanic disasters. The preparation of systematic disaster prevention measures against an eruption of Mt. Baekdu and the volcanic activity in Japan and China, which are occurring continuously, is necessary. Therefore, this study suggests an improvement to the relevant laws and regulations against volcanic disasters to analyze the aviation safety manual and relevant legal system. The problems with the current legal system are improved by modifying the legal system related to the air traffic sector when volcanic disaster occurs, and it is expected that more efficient manuals and guidelines will form the basis for the smooth operation of the manual at a disaster site.

This study focuses on two points. First, I have examined the difference on combustion between flame-retardant and non flame-retardant products including vertical blinds and roll screens that are widely used as a substitute for fabric curtains. The second point is to see how long flame-retardant goods can be durable, that is, flame retardant durability after washing in liquid. the experiment on the flame-retardant ability before and after washing of vertical blinds and roll screens that have been used for a long time in fire protection construct. Comparing and analyzing domestic and foreign laws on flame-retardant after the experiment on durability of these products. I aim to draw necessity for increased application of internal laws and regulations on flame-retardant and show how to improve the point at issue. According to the result, clear differences in performance and safety were observed between flame-retardant and non flame-retardant products. flame-retardant materials can prevent things from fire spread without igniting but melting when they've met flame and burnt, In contrast, non flame-retardant material for experiment which size is 120cm long takes less than 3 minutes only to be completely destroyed by fire. However, it was expected for flame-retardant durability of flame-retardant blinds which are not washable to decrease flame-retardant durability after being washed with water, there was no sharp difference. so it is demonstrated that flame-retardant blinds can keep flame-retardant durability. accordingly through the strict course of product we are concerned about keeping durability.
