한국의 항공운송산업의 변화인 국내 지역항공사들의 국내선 취항과 근거리 국제선 운항 및 취항 여부 등은 KTX 도입과 기존 항공사의 국내선 축소 등의 변화와 맞물려 항공 운송산업 발전에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 변화된 환경은 동시에 지역항공사들의 네트워크 운영에 대한 면밀한 분석이 이루어져야 하며 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이라고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구는 도입단계에 있는 국내 항공운송시장에서의 지역 항공사의 노선 구조 및 시장 진입을 분석하여 지역의 저비용항공사 도입과 근거리 국제선 시장에서의 지역항공사 노선개발에 대하여 분석하였다. 특히 지역항공사들의 노선 개설을 위한 항공여행자들을 대상으로 한 수요자설문조사와 항공운송 서비스를 제공하는 공급자인 항공사와 여행사를 대상으로 한 전문가 조사를 수행하였다.

본 연구에서는 심신훈련법이 무용에 어떻게 흡수되고 있는지 알아보고, 이 심신훈련법들을 수행하고 있는 국내 무용가들의 현황을 조사한 연구이다. 심신훈련법으로는 요가, 알렉산더 테크닉, 펠든크라이스로 제한하였다. 국내 무용가들은 요가, 알렉산더 테크닉, 펠든크라이스 가운데 펠든크라이스에 많은 수의 무용가들이 치중되어 있었다. 추후, 일상적으로 행해지는 국내 무용가들의 심신훈련법들과 그들에 춤에 대한 양적 질적 연구가 확대되어야 한다.

국내 이동통신 산업의 중요성 및 빠른 변화에도 불구하고, 국내 이동통신 산업만을 대상으로 한 산업연관효과에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 상태이다. 본 연구는 여타 연구와 달리 기술 및 산업 속성에 따라 국내 이동통신 산업을 크게 기기, 장비, 서비스 3가지 부문으로 분류하여 산업연관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 최근 국내 이동통신 산업이 전 산업에 미치는 영향의 변화를 파악하기 위해, 한국은행에서 발표한 2003년, 2005년, 2007년, 2009년 산업연관표를 이용하여 산업연관효과의 연도별 변화를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 생산유발효과의 전후방연쇄효과는 기기, 서비스, 장비 3가지 부문 모두 공통적으로 상승하는 추세를 보였다. 그리고 부가가치유발효과는 장비를 제외한 기기와 서비스에서 감소하는 것으로 나타났고, 고용유발효과는 기기를 제외한 장비와 서비스에서 증가 추세를 보였다. 특히 이동통신기기 분야의 고용유발효과 감소 추세는 대내적으로 자본 집약화, 기술 집약화에 따른 고급인력의 수급 불균형 현상 등과 더불어 국내 단말업체들의 해외 생산기지 이전이 국내 고용에 악영향을 준 것으로 추정된다.

This study aims to analyze research domains and trends of reading education in Korea and, suggest future research direction of this field. First, In order to identify the overview of research in terms of productivity, A basic analysis was performed based on 1,465 articles of domestic serials(1935~2011). Second, The analysis of intellectual structure using author profiling as a technique of text mining was performed based on 652 papers of domestic journals(2000~2011). Third, Depending on the results of these analysis, this study suggested the directions of future research of the field.

국내 절개면은 대개 절개면의 구성물질에 패한 지질공학적인 특성과 구성물질내의 지질구조 등에 대한 충분한 고려가 수행되지 않은 상태에서 구성물질의 강도에만 의존하여 설계·시공되었다. 따라서 매년 강우기와 해빙기에 반복적인 붕괴사고가 발생하고 있으며 이로 인한 인명피해와 재산손실이 매년 발생하고 있다. 따라서 절개면의 붕괴를 방지할 수 있는 근본적인 대책안의 제시와 함께 절개면에서 발생하는 붕괴를 예방하고 붕괴특성 및 붕괴 원인 규명을 위한 기초 연구로서 국내의 절개면에 대한 지질공학적인 특성 연구가 절실한 실정이다. 본 연구는 2001년 한국건설기술연구원에서 수행한 362개소의 절개면을 대상으로 절개면의 구성물질 및 지질구조에 대한 지질공학적 특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 국내에 분포하는 절개면의 붕괴 특성과 붕괴 인자에 대한 기초 연구로 차후 국내 절개면에 대한 설계기준을 재정립하고 절개면에 대한 효율적인 관리를 수행하기 위한 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

최근 기업들의 IT 의존도가 커지는 동시에 시스템 간과 비즈니스 프로세스와의 연계성 및 통합의 관점이 중요해짐에 따라 다양한 IT 서비스와 자산들을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 IT 거버넌스 활동의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 기업자원의 일원인 정보자산의 중요성이 증대되고 있는 반면에, 국내 IT 거버넌스의 활동에 대한 연구 및 사례가 부족하여, 국내 기업환경에 기반한 IT 거버넌스 연구의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 IT 거버넌스와 관련된 다양한 활동들을 체계적으로 분석함으로써, 국내기업의 성공적인 IT 거버넌스의 구현 및 운영을 위한 향후 시사점과 발전방향을 제시할 수 있는 사례분석 프레임워크를 제시하여 국내 기업의 IT 거버넌스 현황 파악에 연구목적을 두었다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 기업의 IT 거버넌스 활동 의사결정 체계와 성공적인 IT 거버넌스 수행을 위한 시사점 및 활동방안을 제시하며 향후 IT 거버넌스를 파악하고 분석하기 위한 평가척도 및 Reference 역할로 활용하는데 그 의의를 두고 있다.

As a first step in developing a more effective and robust approach to faculty research performance assessment, this study analyzed the existing faculty research assessment methods by comparing Korean universities' research evaluation standards, National Research Foundation of Korea's (KRF) standard for assessing research proposals, and various bibliometric measures. The study data included research evaluation standards of KRF along with 27 Korean universities with Library and Information Science (LIS) department, and the publication data of 183 LIS faculties in Korean universities from 2001 to 2015, which consisted of 3,863 papers 16,978 citations. After the comparative analysis of research evaluation standards, the study examined the rankings of institutions and faculty produced by applying the collected standards and bibliometric metrics to the publication data. The study showed that Korean university standards for research evaluation, which aim to consider both productivity and impact of faculty research, differ from similar bibliometric measures such as h-index, and the difference could significantly impact the assessment of faculty research performance.

This study conducted a systematic review of mathematics teacher learning communities, especially the characteristics of teacher collaboration in community activities. Our review includes 14 research papers published in national academic journals indexed in KCI and 24 research papers in international academic journals indexed in SSCI from 2003 to 2019. Results show that the literature varied in research design, research topics, and patterns relating to teacher collaboration. While both international and national papers report teacher community activities concerning the organization, management, and participation, there were different levels of involvement, visions, and activities across the communities of practice. For example, research in national journals has presented teacher community as professional development while papers in international journals have focused on documenting teacher community becoming a reflective community of practice. This study contributes to understanding the interplay of context, conflicting epistemic culture, and professional agency in fostering collaboration in teacher communities. This paper also discusses relevant research methods to investigate mathematics teacher communities and insights into the policy and practice of mathematics teacher education.

이 논평에서는 수치해석에 관련된 국내의 난류모델의 연구현황을 살펴보았다. 국내에서 연구가 많이 되었던 혼합거리모델, R, .epsilon. 2차방정식모델, 대수응력모델의 연구현황을 주로 살펴 보았다. 국내에서는 아직 연구인력이 적기 때문에 꼭 필요한 부분이지만 연구가 되지 않은 부 분이 많았으며 현재 연구가 되고 있는 부분도 그 연구량이 적은 형편이다. 앞으로 전산유체역 학에 의해 열유체기계내의 복잡한 난류유동을 해석하여 기계설계와 운전을 개선하는데 활용하기 위해서는 더욱 많은 연구가 요구된다. 그 중에서 특히 더 관심을 갖고 연구될 분야를 열거 해 보면 (1) 벽면부근의 저 레이놀즈 R, .epsilon. 방정식모델과 대수응력모델에 관한 연구 (2) 복잡한 3차원유동을 정확히 해석할 난류모델 개발에 관한 연구 (3) 복잡한 난류유동에서 열전 달모델에 관한 연구 (4) 레이놀즈응력모델에 관한 연구 (5) Large Eddy Simulation에 관한 연구를 들 수 있다. 이들 연구에서는 난류모델의 물리적 의미에 관한 이론적 연구와 이 모델들 을 여러 경우의 실제유동에 적용하여 검증하는 연구가 병행되어야 할 것이다.

In this study, a total of 68 domestic and international papers were selected from 1993 to August 2020 in order to examine the research trends related to artificial intelligence for the visually impaired. The papers were compared and analyzed by the number of papers published by year, research method, research topic, keyword analysis status, research type, and implementation method. As a result of the study, the number of papers during the study period seemed to increase steadily. But in the case of domestic research, It can be seen that it has become active since 2016. As for research methods, development research accounted for 89.7% of both domestic and foreign research. Keywords was in Visually Impaired, Deep Learning, and Assistive Device order in domestic research. And it was in Visually Impaired, Deep learning, Artificial intelligence order in foreign research. There was a difference in the frequency of words. Research type were Design, development and implementation both in domestic and foreign. Implementation method were in System 13.2%, Solution 7.4%, App. 4.4% order in domestic research, and it was in System 32.4%, App. 13.2%, Device 7.4% order in foreign research. As for the applied technology of the implementation method, were in YOLO 2.7%, TTS 2.1%, Tensorflow 2.1% order in domestic research, and it was used in CNN 8.0%, TTS 5.3%, MS-COCO 4.3% order in foreign research. The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the trends of artificial intelligence-related research targeting the visually impaired, to immediately know the current status of domestic and foreign research, and to present the direction of artificial intelligence research for the visually impaired in the future.
