도로는 국가경제 발전의 근간이 되는 사회간접자본시설 중 하나로 국내 물류수송부문의 약 70%이상을 분담하는 국가교통망의 중추적인 역할을 수행하는 핵심적인 국가기반시설이다. 특히 국도건설사업은 교통애로구간 해소로 물류비용 절감 및 산업경쟁력을 제고하며, 낙후지역의 도로망 확충으로 국토의 균형개발을 촉진함에 따라, 국토부 전체 예산에서 국도건설사업이 차지하는 비중이 매우 높은 수준이다. 하지만, 국도건설사업이 국토의 균형발전 및 전체 사회간접자본(SOC) 예산에서 차지하는 비중이 높은 반면, 국도노선에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공은 극히 낮은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일반국도 현황 및 국도건설사업 추진 현황을 살펴보고, 국도노선에 관한 종합적인 정보서비스를 위해 주요 정보의 제공 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 이를 통해 국도노선에 관한 종합적인 정보서비스 체계 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the necessity of technology commercialization aiding service from government-supported R&D institutions and find key success factors for market performance improvement of business ventures and SMEs. For this aim, we researched relevant theories and KICET(Korea Institute of Ceramic Engineering and Technology)'s "Ceramic Hidden Champion Supporting Project. As government-supported R&D institutions, KICET is not only providing its original main service which is technology advising and development, but also providing a full range of technology commercialization aiding service for business ventures including diagnosis, strategy planning, capital procurement, overseas marketing activity. Qualitative analysis based on relevant theories and meta-analysis framework suggest that such expansion of services is desirable for government-supported R&D institutions to increase market performance of business ventures and SMEs. To lead this business to success, we should develop effective management system and incentive system for external supporting companies and client companies. Also, coordination between team member's activities and budget procurement issue should be solved for further performance creation.

In this study, we analyzed national mining investment security and country risk, and suggested a new index for exploration and development investment for mining projects in abroad by an analysis of relationship between these grades and mineral resource development investment. For this, potential risks for mining in mineral-rich countries are assessed, and the risk of the exploration and development investment for mining projects is relatively evaluated by OECD country risk. It is noted that countries of the lower ranks in OECD are consistently good agreement with the high grade in Behre Dolbear Group Inc. for favorable mineral exploitation, whereas the higher ranks have shown diverse and high risks for the mining investigation and development. Consequently, it is necessary that assessment of the relationship between mineral resource index and country risk for mining projects to be investigated and developed in future should be applied before business decision of mineral investigation projects in abroad.

지난 98년 6월 한국보건의료인국가시험원이 발족한 이래 99년 처음으로 보건 관련 국가시험을 치르게 됐다. 한국보건의료인국가시험원은 보건관련단체 국가 시험을 정부주도에서 민간기관으로 이양함으로써 발족한 것으로써 전문적 인력 확충으로 체계적이고 효율적인 국가시험 관리가 기대된다. 이에 국시원의 발족 배경과 조직 및 99년의 사업계획에 대해서 살펴본다

The goal of this study is to suggest the policy orientations of national library collaboration based on the analysis of three types of resource such as information, human, and space. For this research purpose, this study carried out the analyses of foreign cases, the related laws and national policy, case review of various cooperation by library types and resources. In the end, the three policy orientations are proposed for development of national library: sharing public values, securing specialized contents, and having leadership in the global network.

중국은 생산수단을 과학적으로 연구하며, 과학기술개발 전략으로 특정분야에 집중해야 한다는 방침 아래 국가과학기술위원회와 국가계획위원회가 과학.기술정책을 총괄하며, 2000~2020년까지의 중.장기 과학기술개발 개요와 장기계획 전략을 수립하였다. 최근의 5개년계획은 장거리통신사업에 관한 프로젝트로서 현존 통신위성시스템을 개량하고 첨단위성 지상국과 디지탈통신기술을 도입하는 사업 등이 포함되어 있으며, 우주프로그램이 기술개발 전략의 중심을 이루고 있다

This paper aims to evaluate the Industrial Complex Campus Program and to provide policy recommendations for promoting effectiveness of industrial complex campuses through the in-depth case study on the Changwon Industrial Complex Campus Program. The survey shows that the program contributes to not only strengthening the R&D capacities of SMEs within the cluster, but also promoting the interactions between local companies and local universities. But it claims that the industrial complex campus program reveals some limitations to supporting effectively local enterprises. First, It is necessary to maintain regional balance in terms of the sites of the implementation of the program. Second, the policy management plan and the monitoring system of the program should be established for the purpose of the self-reliance of industrial complex campuses, regardless of the government financial support.

우리나라의 과학기술발전을 선도하는 중추적, 핵심적인 국책연구개발사업(national R '||'&'||' D project)d이라 할 수 있는 특정연구개발사업은 지난 82년에 시작된 이후 금년 들어 시행 7년째를 맞아 본격적인 성숙기에 접어들고 있다. 그 동안 본 사업은 과학기술처를 중심으로 관련부처의 적극적인 협조와 산. 학. 연의 긴밀한 협동연구체제아래 국가장기발전계획의 목표구현에 부응하 고 당면한 경제. 사회적 요구에 대응하기 위한 기술개발을 추진해옴으로서 기술개발을 통한 제품의 경쟁력 제고, 생산성 향상 및 국제수지개선효과 등 경제적 기여는 물론 산업계의 연구분 위기를 활성화하고 기술개발에 대한 자신감을 고취하는 등 기술개발의 기반을 조성하는 데도 크게 기여하여 왔다. 아울러 앞으로도 국가연구개발사업의 선도적 위치에서 우리의 과학기술 장기발전 목표인 "세계 10위권 기술선진국 구현"을 실질적으로 뒷받침하는 핵심 역할을 담 당해 나갈 것이다. 여기서는 그 동안 과학기술처가 중심이 되어 추진해오고 있는 특정연구개발 사업에 대한 추진실적을 간단히 살펴본 다음 88년도 추진방향을 중점적으로 기술함으로써 기 계학회 여러 회원들의 이해를 도모하는 한편 향후 동 사업에 적극적인 협조와 조언을 모색해 나가고자 한다.다.
