The purpose of this study was to find the risk factors of injury by FMS and to investigate the effects of 12-weeks' combined training program on body imbalance, physical fitness, muscle strength and FMS score in woman rugby players of the national team. Fourteen subjects were woman rugby national players to participate in the 17th Incheon Asian Games. These players tested FMS and performed 12 weeks' (May~Aug, 2014) combined training program (4days, 120min${\geq}$). Statistical evaluation was undertaken using paired t-test (pre vs. post). The results of this study were as follows; Frist, the score of FMS test on Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, Active Straight Leg Raise, and Trunk Stability Push up were significantly increased after 12 weeks' combined training program (p<.05), and also Inline Lunge (p<.01) and Rotary Stability (p<.001) were significantly increased. However, Shoulder Mobility was not significantly increased(p=.104) although the tendency of increased was FMS score. Second, the sum of the entire item was significantly increased after combined training(p<.001). These results suggest that 12-weeks' combined training program has effect of improving FMS score and low-injury risk in woman rugby national players. Therefore, we consider that FMS have effect on prevention of athletic injury and improvement of athletic performance in woman rugby national players.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of assigning book numbers and the perceptions of librarians who assign the book numbers at two National Libraries, nine Regional Central Libraries and Jeongdok Public Library in Korea. Based upon the analysis, a better method to assign book numbers for the libraries was suggested. The most serious problem was the length of the book numbers due to the duplication of book numbers and lack of intuitiveness. Therefore, this study suggested a user-oriented way of assigning book numbers based upon combining the name of the author and the year of the publication.

The purpose of this study is to propose the appropriate strategies for establishing the mission and roles of National Central Library. For this purpose, examined are the following aspects: (1) how and by whom the mission and roles of National Central Library have been defined, and what are included; (2) what are the missions and roles taken by its counterparts in other developed countries, and recommended by international organizations; and (3) how National Central Library, as the center of national information resources, can be further committed and developed to be the key institution in the knowledge-information society, by re-evaluating and establishing its roles and mission.

공적개발원조(ODA)는 개발도상국 공공부문에 제공되는 경제개발, 복지, 빈곤감소가 주요목적인 사업으로 정의된다. 아국은 원조를 받던 국가에서 원조를 하는 국가로 전환된 세계 유일의 국가이고, 국가의 경쟁력에 근거하여 ODA의 양과 질을 급격하게 확대하고 있다. 항로표지는 해양교통의 기본 인프라 시설로서 해양분야의 대표적인 공공부문이며 해양수산부는 최근 필리핀 해양교통시설 마스터플랜 수립사업 등을 제안하는 등 항로표지 분야의 ODA사업도 확대하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항로표지분야 개발도상국 ODA사업의 발굴에 대하여 연구한다.

1988년 이래 국가기간전산망의 하나로 꾸준히 성장 발전하여 세계적으로 한국의 수준을 대표하는 국가과학기술 및 연구개발 망으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있고, 또한 이러한 역할이 세계수준이 되어야할 책임을 가진 초고속연구망을 상세히 들여다보고 이의 발전방향에 대해서 서술하는 것은 나의 능력으로 매우 부족할 것 같다. 하지만 이러한 매우 중요한 국가 과학기술의 젓줄인 초고속연구망을 2002년 KISTI 기관경영진단위원으로 국가 전체차원에서 다각도로 분석해본 경험과 더불어, 초고속연구망추진위원회 위원장으로서 그동안 초고속연구망(KREONET)사용자와의 교류를 통해 얻은 교훈을 접목하여 발전방향에 대한 몇가지 제언을 정리해보는 것은 나름대로 의미가 있다고 생각하여 본고를 작성하게 되었다.

본 연구는 국내외 대표 국가 리포지터리들을 대상으로 학문지원시스템으로서의 역할 수행을 위해 각 리포지터리들의 연구데이터 관리 체계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 한국, 미국, 영국, 호주, 네덜란드의 대표 연구기관 홈페이지에서 제공되는 연구데이터의 메타데이터 현황을 내용분석의 방법을 통해 조사 분석하였다. 즉 연구데이터를 KRM의 표현체 분류 기준에 따라 '단행본군', '보고서군' 등 10종으로 분류하고, 연구데이터 분류별 메타데이터의 적용 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따라 학문지원시스템으로서 연구데이터 관리의 문제점과 표준 개발의 개선점을 제시하였다.

이 연구는 한중일 3개국의 해양분야 대표학술지 3종(OSJ, CJOL, JO)을 대상으로 편집위원단, 저자, 피인용도 및 국가간 연구협력 현황을 분석하였다. 이 결과, 편집위원단의 연구실적은 CJOL이 가장 뛰어나며, 3개 학술지 모두 동아시아 지역 연구자의 논문 투고율이 높았다. OSJ는 서아시아와 서남아시아에서, JO는 동아시아 중에서 한국과 중국이 높은 투고율을 보였고, CJOL은 중국(자국) 연구자의 비율이 가장 높았다. 평균 피인용 횟수는 5년이 경과하면 JO가 OSJ와 CJOL에 비해 상대적으로 급증하는 경향을 보였다. 국가간 연구협력 현황에서 JO는 일본을 중심으로 미국, 중국, 대만, 한국과의 연구교류가 활발하고, CJOL은 미국 외 국가와의 협력은 미미하다. 그리고 OSJ는 일본, 미국, 인도와의 연구협력이 활발한 것으로 나타났다.

국내 유일의 초전도 선재 제조업체인 KAT(대표이사 한상덕)는 철저한 품질관리와 높은 기술력을 보유하고 있어 KSTAR 제작에 참여하여 그 실력을 인정받았다. 이번 ITER 사업에도 KSTAR에 참여했던 노하우를 살려 ITER 건설을 위한 국내조달 품목 중 하나인 초전도 선재 총 58톤을 공급하기로 계약을 체결한 KAT. 세계적으로도 일부 제조 회사만이 생산 가능한 나이오븀틴($Nb_3Sn$) 초전도 선재를 제작해내는 KAT를 만나본다.

정유산업은 국내 총 에너지 소비의 50% 이상을 차지하고 있고, 국가 경제의 혈액으로 불리우는 석유제품을 생산.공급하는 국가 기간산업으로서 이제 20여년의 연륜을 기록하고 있다. 여기에서는 국내 정유산업의 현황을 국내 에너지 소비구조, 원유 도입구조, 석유제품의 소비, 수급, 유통 및 가격구조등의 개요와, 대표적인 업체로서의 (주)유공의 현황과 함께 간단히 살펴보고자 한다.
