1985년 대봉공업으로 세상에 첫발을 내딛은 대봉아크로텍(대표 장봉식)은 1992년 '크게 받들다'라는 뜻의 대봉(大奉)과 '최고의 기술력'이라는 아크로텍 (Acro+Tec)의 두 단어를 결합시킨 '대봉아크로텍'으로 사명을 변경하고 기존의 화공전문기업을 넘어서 새로운 도전을 거듭하는 울산의 대표기업이다. 특히 ITER 열차폐체 제작 수주에 성공하는 쾌거를 이룬 대봉아크로텍은 어제보다 오늘이 오늘보다 미래가 더 기대되는 젊은 기업이다.

류명식 (주)해인기획 대표이사가 구랍 10일 서울 플라자호텔 메이플홀에서 개최된 (사)한국디자인단체총연합회(이하 디총) 정기총회에서 제10대 회장으로 선출됐다. 디총은 26개 디자인 관련 학회 및 단체를 회원으로 하는 대한민국 디자인계 대표 단체다. 디자인 정책개발, 회원단체 지원, 디자인 풍토 조성, 디자인을 통한 국가 사회 기여 등을 위해 1995년 한국디자인법인단체총연합회라는 이름으로 출범, 2004년 현재의 명칭으로 변경했다. '세계디자인정책포럼'과 '국가디자인정책포럼' 등을 통해 우리나라 디자인 산업 발전에 크게 기여하고 있다. 국내 디자인 관련 학계 및 단체를 대표하는 수장으로 선출, 인쇄인의 자긍심과 위상을 크게 높인 류명식 신임 회장을 만나 앞으로의 계획에 대해 들어봤다.

Recently, Korean traditional foods have been commercialized and exported to the world because they can be conveniently and easily ingested. In particular, it is necessary to study and develop recipe for representative foods with high preference in China and Japan which are geographically close to Korea. Therefore, this paper retrieves and collects recipes for representative foods of Korean traditional foods in China and Japan using country portal sites in China and Japan. The recipe collected for each country is constructed with a recipe database to analyze and visualize what materials are used for each type of recipe. The recipe analyzed by country will be used as basic data for commercializing Korean traditional food in China and Japan in the future.

기업이 원하는 R&D정보를 추출하기 위해서는 R&D정보 검색에 활용할 질의어가 있어야 한다. 먼저 구축되어야 한다. 기업마다 관심있는 제품과 기술 키워드가 각각 다르다. 기업에 적합한 R&D정보를 생성하기 위해 질어어로 사용될 기업을 대표하는 키워드 군을 생성하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 2002년부터 기업이 수행한 국가 R&D과제정보와 과제에서 도출된 논문, 특허, 연구보고서 등 성과정보로 부터 기업을 대표하는 키워드를 추출하고 이를 웹에서 크롤링한 기업정보와 비교하여 기업 대표 키워드 데이터베이스를 구축하는 방안에 대해 논한다.

SCI(E)논문은 국가연구개발사업으로부터 도출되는 대표적 1차 산출 성과이며, R&D활동의 흐름을 파악할 수 있는 가장 중요한 지표 중 하나이다. 우리나라는 1980년대 50위권에 머물렀던 SCI(E)논문수가 1990년대를 거치면서 비약적으로 확대되었고, 최근 양적 규모 면에서는 세계 12위 수준을 유지할 만큼 괄목한 만한 성장을 이루었다. 최근 이러한 양적 확대 속에서, 논문의 질적 수준이 정체되고 있다는 문제점이 종종 거론되고 있다. 따라서 우리나라의 SCI(E)논문 성과가 가지는 질적 수준을 평가하기 위해 다양한 노력이 있어 왔다. 대표적인 SCI(E)논문의 질적 지표로 논문 피인용횟수와 저널 영향력지수가 있다. 그러나 이러한 지표는 학문 분야간 인용 특성을 반영하지 못하므로, 국내 연구자 사이에서도 다양한 순위보정영향력지수를 개발하고자 하는 시도가 있어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 그간 개발된 순위보정영향력지수를 추가적으로 보완하여, 보다 의미 있는 지표를 도출하고자 하였으며, 해당 지표를 국가연구개발사업 SCI(E)논문 성과에 적용하여 우리나라 SCI(E)논문 성과의 질적 수준을 검토하였다.

`2003.2.13-2.15 스위스 제네바에서 개최된 제25차 CODEX 임시총회에는 총 168개 회원국중 51개 국가 17명의 정부대표, 20개 기구 34명의 비정부기구(NGO), WTO 등 5개 국제기구 대표 등이 참석하였다. 주요 논의사안으로는 $\ulcorner$FAO/WHO 합동식품규격프로그램 평가결과 및 향후 CODEX 작업방향에 대한 권고사항$\lrcorner$ 및 $\ulcorner$CODEX작업에 있어서의 개도국 및 과도국가의 참여를 위한 신탁기금(Trust Fund)$\lrcorner$운영이었고, 본인은 우리나라 대표단으로 참석하였다.

전기.전자기술분야에서 국제표준화는 ICE-(International Electrotechnical Commission:국제전기기술위원회)를 중심으로 하여 ISO의 관련 TC와 CIGRE등에서 국제적인 규격이 제정되고 IEEE를 비롯한 개별국가 혹은 지역국가간 회의에서 토론되어지고 있다. 여기에서는 공업진흥청이 국가대표기관으로 가입하고 있는 IEC의 소개와 더불어 절연재료분야를 다루는 IEC/TC15를 중심으로 하여 관련기관.학회의 도향을 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

In this study, a real time image integrating system which can reconstruct two images from a surface camera and an under water camera into one new image was developed to support Korea artistic swimming team. The developed system consists of four USB cameras (two USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0) sealed in water proof case and one note book computer, and a LabVIEW based real time image merging program was developed. During field test, problem in cooperative motion of acrobatic formation was found, and it was proved that correction of motion to improve skill of the player could be possible in real time with aid of the developed system. After the filed test, the developed system has been being used to support Korea artistic swimming team.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between psychological contract perceived by national taekwondo demonstration members and job satisfaction, organizational trust, and turnover intention. A total of 228 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for members who experienced the national taekwondo demonstration team. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. First, psychological contract had a significant effect on job satisfaction, second, psychological contract had a significant effect on organizational trust, third, psychological contract had a partial negative effect on turnover intention, fourth, job satisfaction had a significant effect on organizational trust, and fifth, job satisfaction had a partial negative effect on turnover intention.
