With the increasing attention of the international community on climate change and biodiversity promotion programmes, the Korean government and public agencies are trying to protect and restore the ecosystem of areas protected by law, such as waterfronts, by acquiring private land. However, the inadequate purchase system has caused various problems. In this study, an efficient and systematic land purchase system was developed through ecological evaluation, focusing on the ecological and landscape conservation areas of the Donggang basin. The ecological evaluation was developed by integrating parcel-level evaluation and regional-specific evaluation, and the overall level of ecological function was established and finalized through on-site verification. As a result of verifying the purchase land of 88 parcels, it showed a relatively high agreement of more than 85.2%, and the rest of parcels (non-agreement) were considered to have had an impact on vegetation, crop harvesting, etc. due to seasonal differences in ecological evaluation and field verification. The purchasing system was ranked according to the ecological evaluation grade based on the endangered species and the distance from the core ecosystem. As a result, the purchase priority was systematically drawn up to the 5th rank for a total of 68 parcels for the private lands of Geoeun-ri, Munsan-ri, Deokcheon-ri, Unchi-ri, Gumam-ri, and Suji-ri. This study is expected to contribute to the preservation, restoration and ecological management of purchased land in the protected area in the future by establishing and proposing a systematic land purchase system based on ecological evaluation.

In 1995 of May, the Ministry of Construction and Transportation (NOCT) developed the First Nation-wide Master Plan of GIS. It is set up in response to an increasing and various demands on spatial informations. Until now, a set of diverse projects related to spatial information have been proposed and executed. However, cost-benefit analysis of investment and decision making for alternatives have not been carried out appropriately because scientific evaluations for obtaining efficiency and economical validity of investment have been deficient. Optimum decision making for projects based on itemized priority order using effect or cost of proposed alternative plan is a fundamental expedient for demonstration of propriety of projects and enhancement of efficiency of investment. From such understanding, this paper applied the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique to the cost required to construct a GIS so that analyze the weight of each cost factor.

Rail transportation system are needed to develop proper corresponds to satisfy various demands in freight transportation since there are many problems in rail transportation infrastructure and operation. This paper analyzes characteristics of rail transportation consumers and develops policy for vitality of rail transportation by survey of rail transportation consumers and AHP methodology. This paper is organized as follows. Section 1 presents the description of the objective and the methods for this study. Section 2 presents the description of the methods for analysis of characteristics of consumers of rail freight transportation. Section 3 presents the characteristics of rail transportation consumers by analysis the survey results of rail transportation consumers. Section 4 summarizes our conclusions and discusses further research topics.

전 세계적으로 발생하고 있는 기후변화로 인하여 자연재해가 빈번한 실정이며, 특히 가뭄은 농업용수 부족과 직결되어 식량안보를 위협하는 요소가 되고 있다. 최근 우리나라에서도 통합물관리 정책 추진과 더불어 농업용수의 물절약 필요성이 강조되고 있으며, 농업용수 수요관리를 위한 실사용자인 농업인과 이해관계자들의 관심과 노력이 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 농업용수의 지속가능성 확보를 위한 물이용 절감 등 적극적인 수요관리를 위해 농업용수 거버넌스 구축이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 농업 현장에 적용 가능한 농업용수 거버넌스 구축에 필요한 주요 구성 인자를 파악해 보았다. 이를 위해 국내외의 농업 및 농촌 거버넌스 사례와 문헌조사 등을 통해 농업용수 거버넌스 구축을 위한 6개의 주요 인자를 선정한 후, 전문가를 대상으로AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 방법을 이용한 설문조사 및 쌍대비교를 통해 우선순위를 도출해 보았다. 그 결과, 총 6개 주요 인자의 중요도는 '핵심주체', '법률 및 정책 구축', '예산 지원', '정보공유 및 커뮤니케이션', '상호 학습', '외부전문가' 순으로 도출되었다. 여기서 가장 높은 중요도를 차지한 '핵심주체'는 농업인을 의미하며, 이는 공사에서 담당하고 있는 현재의 공적관리체계로는 필지단위의 효율적 물관리에 한계가 있으므로, 물 사용의 주체인 농업인의 물관리 참여를 위한 거버넌스 운영에 농업인이 핵심주체로서의 역할을 하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 나타낸다. 농업인 중심의 상향식 거버넌스(Bottom-up governance) 방식으로 농업용수 거버넌스가 운영된다면, 농업용수 이해관계자들의 관심과 농업인의 자발적인 물절약 참여를 유도할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 거버넌스 운영을 통하여 농업인 및 이해관계자의 소통과 문제 제기 및 환류 노력 등을 통해 물절약을 위한 제도개선 및 현장 실천 노력 등이 지속적으로 이루어진다면, 농업용수 지속가능성 확보에 긍정적인 효과를 나타낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to present the model for introduction of pharmacy information systems after medical reform. AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method is used to compute preference over factors which are included in the introduction of information systems. The fuzzified mu1ti-objective programming model is given to consider the aspects of resource and to accommodate the aspiration level and satisfaction level of decision makers. Numerical examples illustrating interpolated model are presented to accommodate the uncertainty of priority and the implications of this model is discussed.

본 논문은 철도청 사령실 통합 신호설비 구축사업에 적용할 열차 경합의 해소기법 중 열차지연시간의 수치화 기법에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 열차경합의 검지 및 해소는 열차운행의 정시성을 유지하기 위하여 매우 중요한 기능이지만 현재까지 자동화되지 못하고 지역본부별로 하나의 이벤트에 대하여 해당열차만을 고려하는 수작업의 형태로 경합해소를 수행해오고 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하고 철도 시스템을 전역적으로 고려할 수 있는 기법이 요구된다. 이러한 시스템에서 열차의 지연에 따른 우선순위를 수치적으로 표현할 수 있는 방안이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 열차 지연을 수치화하여 경합에 대한 최적의 대안을 제시하는 기법을 제안한다.

새로운 비즈니스 환경 변화에 가장 빠르게 대응할 수 있는 최적의 대안으로 각광받고 있는 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)는 현재 비즈니스 시장의 혁신과 변화를 주도하고 있다. 하지만 웹 기반인 SOA 기반 시스템은 품질평가에 대한 명확한 표준안이 제안되어 있지 않으며, 기존 소프트웨어 품질 평가를 통한 SOA 기반 시스템의 평가는 적절하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 기존 소프트웨어 품질 특성인 ISO/IEC 25000을 연구하고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 통하여 SOA 기반 시스템에 알맞은 품질 특성을 도출하였다. 이를 통하여 SOA 기반 소프트웨어 개발 시 우선순위를 토대로 요구사항 분석이나 설계에 반영하여 최적화된 SOA 기반 시스템 구축이 가능하다.

Cooper 는 퍼소나를 구체적으로 만들수록 유연성이 사라지기 때문에 디자인 도구로써의 퍼소나는 더욱 더 강력해진다고 하였다. 하지만 정밀한 퍼소나가 중요함에도 생성 초기에 특성과 관련하여 각각의 필요성과 우선순위에 대한 복잡함, 시간 투자 대비 정밀함의 정도를 예측불가 등에 대한 문제점을 제기할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 5 명의 기존 연구자들이 언급한 퍼소나 특성을 기반으로 KJ 법을 활용해서 특성을 재분류 하였다. 그리고 각 분류별 세부항목을 Pruitt 와 Adlin 의 '퍼소나 특성의 종류와 빈도'와 Brown 의 '특성 정보 양에 따른 세 가지 층'에 기반한 정밀성, 중요성, 신속성을 기준으로 분류하였다. 최종적으로 퍼소나 실무 관련 전문가의 평가를 거쳐 퍼소나를 생성하는 단계에서의 효율적인 특성 구축을 위한 $6{\times}6{\times}3$ 프레임웍을 제안하였다.

많은 기업들은 기업 내${\cdot}$외의 기술 및 서비스의 효율적인 통합 환경을 구축하기 위해 웹 서비스를 도입하고 있다. 구조화된 웹 서비스는 고객의 입장에서 그들의 요구를 만족시킬 수 있어야 하고, 공급자 입장에서는 경제성을 가지고 실행되어야 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 고객의 입장에서 여러 서비스 기준들을 만족시킬 수 있는 적합한 웹 서비스를 구성하는 방안을 탐구하는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 서비스에 대한 선호도를 고려하기위해 선점 목표계획법을 이용하여 웹 서비스를 구성한다. 이러한 접근법은 고객이 다중 우선순위를 가지고 있는 상황의 문제 해결 방안을 제시한다.

This paper is construction on ontology_based mobile Customer Relationship Management system for efficient customer information management and analysis of medicine center. As using ontology technique, we support medicine service at grade according to quality and healthy of the customer based customer information. Proposed CRM system provides medical information and seminars to whom are necessity. For this, priority retrieval and similarity retrieval are able to be in the personnel order and the regional.
