본 연구는 법률명 용어의 의미적 성분분석을 통해 '보충적 관계속성'을 도출하고, 이를 구조적 용어사전의 관계속성 설정에 적용하였을 때 용어관계에 나타나는 효과를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. '보충적 관계속성'이란 클래스(범주)별 용어들이 가지는 특징에 기반하여 만든 관계속성을 말하며, 용어사전 구축 시 도출한 관계속성을 반영함으로서 용어 간 관계가 유기적이고 명확하게 표현될 수 있도록 하는 보조적 구축지침의 역할을 하도록 한다. 이를 위해 법원도서관 '법률용어 관련어집의 316개 용어쌍을 분석하여 '보충적 관계속성'을 도출하였으며, 구조적 용어사전 용어에 적용하여 밀도 값과 밀도의 정도를 시각화하여 효과를 확인하였다. 그 결과, '보충적 관계속성' 전, 후의 변화는 적었으나 이는 법률명 용어의 특징으로 인한 결과라는 것을 알 수 있었고, '보충적 관계속성' 반영의 명확한 효과 확인을 위해서는 분석대상용어를 법률명에서 법률관련용어로 확장시켜 연구할 필요성을 확인하였다.

오늘날 시장환경이 급변하고 다양한 비즈니스 요구에 부응하기 위해 IT Outsourcing 전략을 채택하고 있는 기업들이 증가하고 있다. 기업의 전반적 비용 효율성에 대한 인식이 증대하고 안정적 IT 서비스 지원을 통한 비즈니스의 연속성의 중요성을 인식한 기업들이 IT Outsourcing을 도입함으로써 국내 IT 서비스 시장은 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 기존의 IT 서비스 제공 프로세스가 체계적이지 못하고 성과측정에 대한 표준안이 제대로 갖춰지지 못하여 고객기업들의 불만이 높아지고 있다. 이에 IT 서비스 기업들은 보다 고품질의 IT 서비스 제공하기 위해 Best Practice 기반의 ITIL을 이용한 ITSM 시스템 구축에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 이에 국내 ITSM 시스템이 도입 초기 단계부터 선도적으로 구축한 I 사의 실제 구축사례를 소개하고 ITSM 시스템을 여러 다양한 기업에 적용하여 성과관리지표를 측정하여 ITSM 시스템 도입 기대효과의 실질적인 지침을 마련하고자 한다.

A software development process is regarded as the process of building a series of various models. But developers had no method to verify these models which created subjectively. This paper has adopted initiative of verification tools to an early phase of analysis, whereas the existing verification tools have been used for implementations. This paper has defined a constraint language that expresses disciplines suggested in the system has been built upon the constraint language, which is proven to enhance the quality and consistency of models constructed by object model editor.

In spite of theoretical logics about the necessities and effects of community networking, we have easily watched the failure of netwoking efforts and break of community networks in everyday life. Starting from these experiences, I tried to understand the process of community networking from the networkers'point of view, by the qualitative research method. Through qualitative in-depth interviews on the 6 experienced social workers in 4 communities, I analyzed their experiences of community network building, presented the results(practical guidelines), especially for the social workers expecting to be a community netwoker themselves. They consist of 10 categories and 5 themes(Being a leader/leaderships, partnership/teamwork building, understanding the impact of context, resource usage, netwoking sustaining).

The purpose of standards and guidelines of library service for people with disability is to provide libraries, governments and other stakeholders with a framework for developing library services for people with disability. This Paper is to Identify the constituents of standards and guidelines of library service for people with disability. These constituents are developed by analysis and investigation of foreign standards and are based on many people's advice such as members of the advisory committee. Extracted constituents of standards and guidelines of library service for people with disability are as follows: physical accessibility to library building and facilities, construction of alternative formats, access to services and programs. assistance engineering devices, web accessibility and universal design, training and staff development, cooperation and networking etc. Finally, we clarified main contents of each element to be included in standard.

Public institutions or libraries urgently prepare comprehensive measures to improve web accessibility of their websites as booting web dependability and web utilization of disabled people. The purpose of this study is to propose the design guidelines for improving web accessibility of disabled people. The study, first, analyzed various web accessibility requirements based on web standards, web accessibility guidelines, and the related researches and proposed a web accessibility checklist with 42 requirement. Next, the study evaluated 15 websites of public institutions such as government departments, association of disabled people, and public libraries using the checklist. Finally, the study revealed non-adherence requirements and suggested website design guidelines in terms of contents configuration, sound, colour, keyboard handling, mouse handling, access, image processing, text processing, and code processing.

The historical, social, and cultural value of Internet resources is indisputable, therefore many national institutions have created Web archiving projects to hand down this heritage to future generations. The selection guidelines are the most crucial aspect of these projects because they aid in differentiating which resources are worth collecting and preserving from the large number of web resources available. The purpose of this study was to suggest improvements for the OASIS Selection Guidelines by analyzing the selection guidelines of other domestic and international Web archiving projects. First, based on the results of Web archiving projects abroad, we proposed improvements for the definition of Web data and other terms, the basic principles of the collection, collection methods, and collection cycle. Second, we proposed substantial improvements in the target resources for archiving, and also stated what kind of web resources must be excluded from Web archiving. Finally, we discussed the relationship between data collection methods and the legal deposit of online resources, the necessity of constructing a database for selected target materials, and the necessity of cooperative archiving policies.

It is necessary to find the practical considerations for applying RDA in building up the bibliographic records by importing RDA records from LC or OCLC in Korea. Especially, it is not easy to apply RDA appropriately because there are many alternatives and options in RDA. Therefore, this study is to grasp the way for applying RDA in building up the bibliographic records by reviewing LC RDA guidelines and analyzing RDA cataloging policies of libraries such as University of Chicago, North Carolina State University, and Standford University. As a result, these libraries have catalogued according to LC RDA guidelines and each library has its own guidelines, i.e., in statement of responsibilities, to transcribe all but exceptionally allow to transcribe only first, in publication statement, to use 264 field or 260 field, and in resource types, to transcribe all types of content, media and carrier or to transcribe 33X with GMD. Therefore followings would be considered for RDA application. First, some variations could be allowed for special situations of libraries in applying RDA and LC RDA guidelines. Second, the hybrid records that describe the core element of RDA to non-RDA records would be written in processing AACR2 to RDA. Third;the display of 33X field would be designed for expressing the resource types.

The purpose of this paper Is to describe the matters to plan the best information systems in Korean old books. It analyzes: i) a range of definition of old books, ii) its characteristics and current state of processing the old documents, iii) the scope of automation and building up the library institution, iv) the construction of Korean old books Information systems, v) its case study, and vi) the evaluation and vision of system. The old document information system have been organized on the basis of library networks systems with the National Central Library as leader, its implemented system has the subsystem such as cataloging system, annotation system, full-text or image-based system, and retrieval system. In case study, it is suggested two examples which has been built in the National Central Library and Sung Kyun Kwan university. finally, it provides the evaluation criteria and vision for the library which designs the old document information systems.

"The Plan for the Development of the National Geographic Information System" designates the following six major thematic maps as the main subject of digital mapping project: topographic-cadastral maps; administrative boundary maps; land use maps; road network maps; national land zoning maps; and urban planning maps. Carrying out the digital mapping project requires standards and guidelines for digitizing process. However, there is neither standards nor guidelines with regard to thematic map production. This study describes the steps involved in producing thematic maps and provides the best procedural alternative for the production of thematic maps. Based on procedural alternative suggested by this study, actual digital maps have been experimentally produced for the selected area, Anyang-Si Dongan-Gu. The results of this experimental work have been utilized to government for not only making the guidelines but also initiating plans for the development of thematic map production.roduction.
