IEC60300의 국제 규격은 시간종속성 경영 시스템의 규격으로써 제 1부는 시간종속성 경영 프로그램, 제 2부는 시간종속성 프로그램 구성요소와 업무, 제 3부는 응용지침 표준의 13개의 규격으로 구성되어 있다. 이 규격은 제품의 초기 단계서부터 폐기단계까지 수명주기 전 단계에 걸쳐 운영의 효율성, 시간, 비용의 제약 하에 위험을 최소화하고 안전성을 최적화하기 위한 지침을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 기업들이 기본적으로 적용하고 있는 경영모델인 ISO 9000시스템과 안전 설계를 위한 신뢰성 분야의 IEC 60300시스템의 통합모형을 모색하고자 한다.

원자력 수출시 적용되어야 할 여러 가지 통제지침을 분석하고 원자력 수출제도상의 문제점을 살펴보았다. 한국 표준형 원자력 발전소의 해외진출에는 외적요인으로 제3국에 재 이전시 원공급국의 사전동의권과 원자력관련 국제협약이나 제도상 부과된 공급조건의 이행보장을 당사국으로부터 받아야 하는 점이다. 이에 대한 최선의 해결책은 공급국과 수입국 사이에 원자력협력협정을 체결하는 것이다. 국내 원자력 수출체제의 개선점으로는 원자력 전용품목에 대한 수출허가 절차의 개선과 원자력 통제품목의 재 이전에 대한 대비책이다. 원자력해외진출에 기존 원자력 선진국의 영향을 최소화시키기 위해서는 국제적인 원자력 통제지침의 이행을 통하여 대외 신뢰도를 구축해 나아감과 동시에 해외공동 진출을 모색하는 것이 최선이라고 사료된다.

국제 표준화 기구인 ITU, ISO/IEC JTC1을 비롯해 지역 표준화 기구인 ETSI, 국가 기구인 Committee T1, TTA 등은 표준의 신속한 제정 및 적기의 공급을 위해 각각의 표준화 절차에 기반한 전자적 문서처리(EDH)시스템을 구축하고, 이를 통해 표준화 진행에 관련된 각종 정보를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 전자적 환경을 구축하는데 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 고에서는 유럽의 ETSI, 미국의 Committee T1, 국제 기구인 JTC1, 지역 표준화 협력기구인 GSC, 그리고 지난해 7월 조직 개편을 단행한 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)를 대상으로 최근 인터넷 관련 각종 정보처리기술을 이용하여, 이를 표준화 절차에 활용하고 있는 전자적 작업방법 및 이와 관련된 지침을 조사분석하였다.

인터넷을 사용하는 인구가 증가함에 따라 그들을 공략하기 위한 여러 형태의 비즈니스 모델이 구현되어 웹 상에서 유무형의 상품 및 서비스에 대한 거래가 활성화 되었다. 또한 통신 기술의 발달로 웹 성능에 대한 신뢰도가 높아져 기존에는 클라이언트/서버 아키텍쳐로 구축하던 기업의 전산 업무 환경을 웹 기반의 분산 환경으로 구축하거나 전환하고 있는 것이 현 소프트웨어 산업계의 추세이다. 이에 따라 웹 어플리케이션의 기능 및 성능을 테스트하고 나아가 품질을 평가하기 위한 제반 기법이 요구되는 상황이다. 국외에서는 이미 산업계를 주축으로 웹 테스팅에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔으나 국내에서는 그러한 노력들이 이제 막 착수단계에 있으며, 본 고에서는 웹 어플리케이션의 품질평가 기법 고안을 위해 기반 연구 활동으로서 선행된 웹-어플리케이션의 정의 및 분류체계를 제안하고 있다. 나아가 분류별로 보다 중시되는 품질 속성에 집중하는 방식으로 접근한 품질평가 지침을 제안하고 있다.

Throughout the history of computer use, the interface metaphor has been employed to make computers easier for humans to use. Even the earliest command line interfaces used metaphor. Metaphors in user interfaces help to make the software accessible to users and allow the users to communicate with the system as well. User interface guidelines for most of the popular operating systems encourage the use of metaphors in interface design. Thus, metaphor in interface design is employed as central element with a long history. Therefore, this paper will suggest substantiating guidelines which are based on conceptual model and Gestaltprinciples for successful metaphor construction with a better user interface.

For developing the management-guideline of environment management, This study suggests an executive management-guideline based on surveying air-environmental related laws, regulations and literatures, making out important factors. Recently, two international standard organizations, ISO and OGC, have done the work of standardization for GIS. Current standardization work for providing interoperability among GIS DB focuses on the design of open interfaces. But, this work has not considered procedures and methods for designing GIS DB. Eventually, GIS DB has its own model. When we share the data by open interface among heterogeneous GIS DB, differences between models result in the loss of information. Our aim in this paper is to revise the design guidelines for geographic information databases in order to make consistent spatial data models, logical structures, and semantic structure of populated geographical databases. In details, we propose standard guidelines which convert ISO abstract schema into relation model, object-relation model, object-centered model, and geometry-centered model. Furthermore, we provide sample models for applying these guidelines in commercial GIS S/Ws. Building GIS DB based on design guidelines proposed in the paper has the following advantages: the interoperability among databases, the standardization of schema definitions, and the catalogue of GIS databases through.

The outflow of defense technology can cause serious damage not only in terms of business losses, but also in terms of national security and national interests. Recently, the government has enacted the Defense Technology Security Act, recognizing the importance of technology in the defense industry, and prepared guidelines for the defense technology security accordingly. According to the law, institutions and companies with defense technologies should establish a defense technology protection system, and the government should implement various technology protection policies to improve their level of technology protection. In this study, the implications were derived by comparing existing technology protection guidelines and priority analysis was performed on the protection system details through AHP for self-diagnosis items in the defense technology security guidelines. As a result, it is expected that it will enable efficient diagnosis of the level of protection and policy support for the systematic establishment of the protection system for the target institutions.

Recently, along with the continuous increase in the supply of electric vehicles, electric vehicle fire accidents are also showing a rapidly increasing trend. Electric vehicle fires last for a long time compared to fires in internal combustion engine vehicles and have problems with the risk of secondary explosions and the generation of large amounts of smoke. In particular, electric vehicle fires in underground roads, which are semi-enclosed spaces, may amplify the problems of existing electric vehicle fires. On the other hand, there are no domestic response guidelines for electric vehicle fires occurring inside underground roads. Therefore, an awareness of fire accidents was confirmed through a survey of the general public, and electric vehicle fire characteristics and primary considerations were derived from stakeholders related to electric vehicle fires in underpasses. Through this, the guidelines for responding to electric vehicle fires on underground roads were established.

국토해양부의 국토지반정보 DB구축사업은 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과를 전산화하여 재활용할 수 있도록 DB구축, 시스템 보급, 센터 운영 등을 주요수행사업으로 '00년부터 현재까지 10년 이상 지속적으로 추진되고 있다. '07년부터 "지반조사성과전산화및활용에관한지침"이 국토해양부 훈령으로 제정 시행되면서 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과에 대한 전산화는 건설사가 직접 입력 제출하고 있다. 지침 시행과 함께 국토해양부에서는 국토지반정보 통합DB센터(한국건설기술연구원) 중심으로 지반정보 유통프로세스를 확립하고 지반정보 생산을 위한 지반정보 입력시스템, 검수 등록을 위한 검수등록시스템, 지반정보 유통을 위한 웹유통시스템으로 구성된 국토지반정보 유통시스템을 구축 운영하고 있다. 보급 활용 중인 국토지반정보 유통시스템에 대하여 지반정보 생산자 및 활용자들의 지속적인 개선요구사항들을 수렴하고 있으며, '11년도 사업을 통하여 사용자 중심의 국토지반정보 유통시스템으로 개선 및 추가개발을 추진하였다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장의 의견을 수렴하여 사용자 중심으로 개선한 국토지반정보 유통시스템의 주요 연구내용을 소개한다.
