Many GIS systems are not to be trusted becuase many GIS project managers often fail to notice importance of GIS data Construction. With this reason, it is a lively discussion on GIS administration system's adaption. The definition of GIS administration system is not clear, but GIS administration system generally is devided information system administration, audit guideline for the data construction of GIS. Audit guideline for the data construction of GIS. GIS data construction's goals are logical and reasonable action policy of GIS data construction in widespread filed, the other goal is creation of product to the purpose exactly. Audit guideline for the data construction of GIS is composed of optimum of GIS data construction's planning, optimum of GIS data construction's activity, optimum of GIS data quality management, optimum of consultations of GIS data construction, GIS data audit. GIS data audit is the phase of detection product's potential error in each level. GIS data audit is composed of filed examination or filed verification, examination with the naked eye, screen verification, program verification, auto verification. 농약회사, 대학 및 연구소, 농업기관 농업인으로 HRAC조직을 구성하여, 저항성잡초의 발생원인 규명, 저항성잡초에 대한 대책방안 제시, 저항성잡초관리요령의 대농민 홍보 및 교육, 조기진단 시스템구축, 최적의 농약살포 방법 모색 및 시행 등으로 구성원간의 상호 연계하여 필요시에는 역할을 분담하여 효율적으로 운영할 필요가 있다.

이 글은 등대문화유산 분류체계와 DB구축 방안에 관한 기존의 법령과 제도를 기반으로 기존의 국립등대박물관의 등대문화유산 분류체계에 문화재관리 및 박물관수장품관리와 연계성을 보완하고, 등대문화유산 DB구축에 문화재기록관리 및 박물관정보관리 체계의 호환성을 제고할 수 있도록 유형별 범주와 기능별 용도에 따라 효율적으로 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 실무방안을 제시하고자 한다.

방재정보시스템은 주로 자연 재해에 관계되는 정보를 일원직으로 관리함과 동시에 재해대책 활동에서의 정보의 수집ㆍ처리ㆍ검색ㆍ제공 등의 업무를 종합적으로 지원하는 시스템으로 방재상의 특성과 요구사항을 충분히 감안한 최적의 시스템을 구축하는 것이 요망된다. 방재정보시스템에 있어서 정보기술을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 우선적으로 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 다양한 측면의 인프라가 구축되어야 하며 동시에 방재정보시스템으로서의 정확성과 신뢰성 , 효율성 등을 갖추어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위하여 방재정보시스템 구축을 위한 기본적인 Framework을 제시한다.

종이지도, CAD 도면, 항공사진과 같은 형태로 구축되어 있는 저수지 퇴사자료는 자료의 훼손 변질 등에 대한 문제뿐만 아니라 자료관리를 위한 인력의 업무중복 및 시간부족에 따른 조사자료의 질의 저하 및 부정확성 문제 등 퇴사자료 관리에 있어 해결되어야 할 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 저수지 퇴사자료의 DB구축 및 자료관리방안 수립이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 구축되고 있는 항공사진과 같은 3차원 공간정보 DB구축으로 기존 자료와의 상호 활용성 미흡, 관련 사업의 연계성 부족 등의 문제점에 대처할 수 있는 체계적인 사업 추진방향을 제시하여 3차원 공간정보 DB구축 및 관리방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 저수지 퇴사자료 구축현황을 분석하고, 저수지퇴사 공간정보에 대한 구축방안을 수립하였으며, 구축된 공간정보의 효율적인 관리를 위한 저수지퇴사 공간정보 관리방안을 수립하였다. 이러한 공간정보 DB의 구축과 자료관리방안 수립으로 시 공간적 변화로 인한 저수지 퇴사를 쉽고 신속히 활용할 수 있는 공유기반 및 활용체계를 마련하게 되었으며, 효율적인 댐운영관리 및 수자원기초자료로도 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

Building the Public Appraisal Information System(PAIS) has been a critical issue because real estate valuation process depends on the various information and analysis. However, there has been little research in this area. As a result, there is not any comprehensive plan for the PAIS constructed by the MOCT(Ministry of Construction and Transportation), and its database quality has various Problems. Therefore, this paper investigated the database of the public appraisal information system and suggested development strategies as follow: preparing a comprehensive plan for data collection, establishment of data management standards, additional collection of the attribute and spatial data, linkage PAIS and other information system.

21세기 지식정보화사회로 접어들어 GIS가 부각됨에 따라 GIS의 활성화를 위한 기본지리 정보에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 기본지리정보를 관리 감독하는 국토지리정보원에서는 2000년부터 기본지리정보구축에 관한 연구 등을 수행하여, 기본지리정보의 범위 선정과 데이터모델 표준화가 이루어 졌으며, 기본지리정보 유통과 구축에 필요한 생산사양이 이루어짐에 따라 기본지리정보의 품질 및 활용성에 대한 검토가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 시설물분야 기본지리정보 생산사양에 따른 기본지리정보를 3단계에 걸쳐 구축하였으며 기 구축된 교통, 수자원, 행정경계 기본지리정보와 통합하여 활용성 평가를 수행하였다.

효과적인 중소기업 생산정보화를 위하여 시스템 개발 과정을 표준화하고 단계별 주요 활동에 관한 연구, 프로젝트 범위 일정 비용 인적자원 관리를 위한 WBS 작성, 시스템의 신뢰성 품질 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 항목 설정, 중소기업 IT업체 감리업체 등 참여기업간의 의사소통, 그리고 구축된 생산정보화의 유지보수를 포함한 운영지원 등 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템 구축을 위해 중소기업 생산정보화에 적합한 시스템 개발 방법론(PSDM : Production System Development Methodology)에 관하여 연구 개발한다. 이 PSDM의 연구로 생산정보화를 구축하고자 참여하는 많은 중소기업 및 IT업체들이 표준화된 방법론을 이용하여 시스템 구축을 보다 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 보다 높은 신뢰성을 가진 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

본 연구는 혁신확산이론의 관점에서 전자저널 구축이 국내 학술지에 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 국내 과학, 의학 분야 학술지를 발간하는 학회 학술지 담당자를 대상으로 서면인터뷰를 통해 연구 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 혁신확산 이론 다섯 가지 속성은 전자저널을 구축을 지속하거나 채택 하는데 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 특히 상대적 유익성 및 적합성은 전자저널 구축 확산을 강화하는 핵심 요소로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 각 속성별 긍정적인 요인을 분석하고 국내 학술지의 전자저널 구축 확산 및 지속적 이용을 도모해야 한다는 점을 시사한다.

Wheelchair users found difficulties in living independently in their houses due to the lack of accessibility. The state of the art smart home technology may enable wheelchair users to live independently. In this study, we built a smart home, and tested its usability with three community dwelling wheelchair users. Three evaluation methods such as scenario-based test, K-IADL(Korea instrumental activity of daily living) test, and in-depth interview were used. All three users responded positively for using the smart home. Through this study, we also found several necessary amendments in building smart homes for wheelchair users.
