본 논문에서는 영어 신문 사이트를 크롤링하여 뉴스 기사를 수집하여 영어 말뭉치를 구축하는 도구를 제안한다. 클라우드 서비스를 이용함으로써 장소와 시간에 구애받지 않고 말뭉치를 지속적으로 확장시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 쉽게 구축된 말뭉치를 활용할 수 있다. 제안한 도구는 수집된 영어 신문 기사에 대한 통계 정보 즉, 문장 수, 단어 수 등을 제공한다. 웹 플랫폼에서 동작하므로 여러 명이 동시에 많은 데이터를 수집할 수 있다 수집된 데이터는 자연어 처리 및 기계학습 연구에 활용될 수 있다.

CASE도구의 일부로 제공되는 기존의 문서화 도구들은 개발자들을 위한 편리한 기능을 제공했지만, 문서화 참여자들 사이의 협동작업 및 정보교환을 효과적으로 지원해 주지 못했다. 협동작업 환경 및 정보교환 도구 지원의 미비로 인한 문서화 참여자들 사이의 의사소통 부족은 문서 사이의 불일치(Inconsistency), 누락(Incompleteness), 애매모호함(Ambiguity)을 발생시킨다. 소프트웨어 문서가 사용자 및 개발자를 위한 중요한 자료로 활용되기 위해서 협동 문서화 작업 환경의 구축과 정보 교환 도구의 지원은 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 문서 상태와 사건을 중심으로 한 문서화 프로세스를 정의하고 문서 변경이나 삭제가 발생했을 경우, 이를 탐지하여 자동으로 개발자들에게 메시지를 보내주는 메시지 에이전트(Message Agent) 기반의 협동 문서화 작업 환경을 제안한다. 협동 문서화 작업 환경은 여러 명의 문서화 참여자들이 서로의 문서를 공유하며 작업할 수 있는 환경을 제공하며, 메시지 에이전트를 통한 메시지의 자동 전송으로 문서화 도중에 개발자가 직접 메시지를 작성하던 번거로움을 줄이고 문서의 질적인 향상을 기할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

This paper discussed to the ATM traffic measurement and analysis tool for analyzing the ATM traffic properties. This tool was applied at the ATM commercial network. The analysis result is verified effectivity to improve network resource from 20％ to 50％. Thus, this tool usefully can be used to network plan for the network expansion and new network building. Also, it can be used to the demand estimation of the ATM network traffic.

Intelligent systems are systems that mainly use knowledge rather than data or information. Therefore, knowledge representation is an important factor for intelligent system construction. Conceptual graph is a logical knowledge representation language which has graphical form and it can represent knowledge efficiently. It is, however, cumbersome to use conceptual graphs directly for programming. Various tools were developed to overcome this difficulties. In this paper, we survey on functions and characteristics of conceptual graph tools that can be utilized for constructing intelligent systems by using conceptual graphs. The result of this survey will be very helpful to use conceptual graphs for development of intelligent systems.

영한 기계번역 시스템의 개발을 위해서는 여러 가지 사전이 필요하고, 다앙한 모호성 해소를 위한 연구를 위한 데이터가 필요하며, 번역 시스템의 테스트를 위해 많은 영어 문장이 필요하다. 따라서 영어 말뭉치를 구축하여 이로부터 사전에 필요한 정보, 모호성 해소 연구에 필요한 데이터, 번역 테스트를 위한 문장 등을 추출할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 영어 말뭉치를 구축하기 위해 인터넷 영어 신문 사이트로부터 영어로 작성된 신문기사를 추출하는 도구를 개발하였다. 이를 통해 자동적으로 영어 신문기사를 추출하여 말뭉치를 구축할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 영한 기계번역 시스템의 성능 향상을 지원할 수 있다.

The aim of this article is to study the new searching tool for era of multimedia. Thesaurus is a useful tool but is constituted with noun phrase including the adjective for retrieving the human Sensibility. Therefore, I experimentally construct the Sensibility thesaurus using the color scale which contains the Sensibility meanings. Terms are 261, Relation standards are distance and ratio of reiteration between the terms. I would use an exclusive program of the thesaurus construction for Sensibility adjective.

시맨틱 웹의 개발에 대한 연구가 많이 진행됨에 따라 많은 도메인 온톨로지들이 구축되고 있다. 많은 개발자들이 연구 겉과를 바탕으로 온톨로지를 제작하고 있으나, 개발자들의 개인 관점의 차이, 명확한 온톨로지 구축 방법론의 부재, 온톨로지 구축 도구의 다양성 등의 문제에 따라 동일한 주제의 온톨로지 일지라도 내용에서 많은 차이점이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 온톨로지 언어적 수준, 온톨로지적 수준의 차이 때문에 각각 온톨로지의 상호운용성이 떨어진다. 또한 현재 온톨로지 구축 도구들의 기능들은 온톨로지 생성, 편집, 추론 등이 주를 이루고 있고, 동일한 주제에 대한 이질의 도메인 온톨로지를 병합하는 기능은 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 각각의 개발자에 의해 개발된 동일한 도메인의 온톨로지들을 병합하여 더욱 완전한 온톨로지 구축을 위한 병합 방법을 연구하였다. 병합 방법은 대형의 온톨로지인 워드넷(WordNet)을 기반으로 하여, 이러한 이질의 도메인 온톨로지들을 공통된 주제를 중심으로 세부적인 단계를 거쳐 병합을 꾀하였다.

This study alms to perform Business Process Reengineering and to develop tourism statistics information system through the development of tourism statistics process design supporting tool. With this tool, we can manage tourism statistics systematic and integrated. Also it offers a tourism decision making supporting tool. Tourism statistics process design supporting tool consists of information provider, information maker, and information user. This tool can improve bossiness process, and rationalize system architecture. 49 business processes were designed and a database which connected with outside system was designed by this supporting tool. By these means, this tool provide more reasonable and effective decision making tool, when it comes to plan tourism development.

의미역 결정에 있어 의미 표지 부착 말뭉치는 필수적이지만 한국어 의미 표지 부착 말뭉치는 영어나 중국어와 같은 언어에 비하여 구축이 미비한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 의미 분석을 위한 한국어 Proposition Bank(이하 PropBank)와 세종 의미 표지 부착 말뭉치의 구축을 위한 소프트웨어 도구를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 도구는 문장 성분의 의존관계를 이용하여 주어진 술어에 대한 논항을 찾아주고, PropBank 프레임 파일과 세종 용언 격틀 사전을 활용하여 사용자가 능률적으로 한국어 PropBank와 세종 의미 표지 부착 말뭉치를 구축할 수 있도록 하였다.
