  • 일본의 방사선의학총회연구소는 1957년에 설립되어, 금년으로 30주년을 맞이한다. 동 연구소에서는 방사선에 의한 암치료에도 크게 공헌해 왔다. 나아가 장래에 중립자선이라는 새로운 방사선을 사용한 획기적인 암치료의 계획이 구체화 되어 내년부터 시설의 건설이 시작될 예정이다.

Carbon Sphere/Fe3O4 Nanocomposite for Li/air Batteries (리튬/공기 이차전지용 카본미소구체/Fe3O4 나노복합체)

  • In this article, we report the fabrication and characterization of carbon sphere/$Fe_3O_4$ nanocomposite for Li/air batteries. $Fe_3O_4$ nanoparticles are dispersed homogeneously on the surface of carbon spheres in an attempt to enhance the low conductivity of oxide catalyst ($Fe_3O_4$). The carbon sphere/$Fe_3O_4$ nanocomposite could offer wide surface area of $Fe_3O_4$ and increased carbon/catalyst contact area, which lead to enhanced catalytic activity. The electrode employing carbon sphere/$Fe_3O_4$ nanocomposite presented relatively low overpotential and stable cyclic performance compared with the electrode employing carbon sphere.

  • Problem-Based Learning is focused, experiential learning organized around the investigation and resolution of messy, real-world problem. It is both a curriculum organizer and instructional strategy, two complementary processes. The PBL model developed in this study was composed the two components of Problem Design(curriculum organizer) and Problem Implementation(instructional strategy). The basic process of Problem Implementation Model were composed the 8 steps ; 1) the identification of problem, 2) the specification of problem, 3) the exploration and generation for solution, 4) the selecting of best idea, 5) the specific planning of best idea, 6) the implementation and realization, 7) the evaluation, 8) the applying and reflection.

The Characteristics of the PCK Components of Pre-Service Secondary Chemistry Teachers Considered in Developing Performance Assessment (중등 예비 화학교사의 수행평가 개발 과정에서 나타나는 교과교육학 지식(PCK) 요소의 특징)

  • In this study, we investigated the characteristics of the PCK components of pre-service chemistry teachers considered in the processes of developing performance assessment. Eight pre-service teachers participated in this study. After the workshop for performance assessment, they developed performance assessment through the planning, embodying and small group discussion step. Their activities were recorded and videotaped. Semi-structured interviews were also conducted. It was found that the PCK component considered in developing performance assessment individually was mainly the knowledge of assessment in science. The proportions of knowledge of curriculum, instructional strategies and students were found to be relatively low. The feedback on students' performance was not considered at all. The orientation to traditional assessment which emphasized on the objectivity of assessment, was stronger in the embodying step rather than in the planning step. During the planning step, the integrations among the PCK components mainly appeared with the knowledge of instructional strategies. However, they hardly appeared in the embodying and discussion steps. The main characteristics of the PCK in small group discussion were similar with those in the embodying step. Some PCK components were considered more in small group discussion, but most discussions were in the traditional perspectives.

An Analysis of the Concretizing Process of the Free Semester Policy : Focusing on the Policy Objectives (자유학기제 정책의 구체화 과정 분석 : 정책 목표를 중심으로)

  • This study looked at the concretizing process of the Free Semester Policy(as is the FSP). The concretizing process of policy refers to the process in which the major components of policy idea are changing through the agenda setting and policy decision process. To this end, we collected major policy documents related to the FSP from the pledge of the presidential candidate to the implementation plan of the FSP and the oral data of key personnel of the FSP, and analyzed the concretizing process of the policy focusing on the policy objectives. As a result, it was found that the policy objectives of the FSP were presented in a more comprehensive and ambiguous form through the agenda setting and policy decision process. The emphasized direction of policy has also changed over and over. This phenomenon offers several implications for understanding education policy. First, it should be understood that the objectives of education policy presented at a specific point in time are provisional. Second, the change in policy objectives may have occurred in the process of securing the legitimacy of policy promotion. Third, it is necessary to pay more attention to the relationship between policy and politics. In order to properly promote an education policy based on the common sense and needs of the public, a mature education policy discussion culture is required.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 구체 경량화의 일환으로써, 복합재료(3-X Board, Al extrusion panel, etc) 사용에 대한 가능성을 판단하기 위한 기초자료를 구축하는데 있다. 해석 대상은 2층 기차의 객차부분이고, 구체에 적용하는 복합재료는 3-X Board를 이용하였다. 구체의 구조 건전성을 평가하기 위해 상용 유한요소 프로그램을 이용하여 다양한 하중 하에서의 응력해석을 수행하였다. 구체에 사용되는 복합재료(3-X board)의 응력발생 경향을 파악하는 것이 목적이므로, 상세한 모델보다는 단순화한 모델을 이용하였다. 응력집중은 센터실(center sill), 1층 바닥과 측면과의 연결부, 그리고, 구체의 앞부분 창문 모서리에서 발생하였다. 압축 및 수직하중 하에서의 응력값들은 재료의 항복강도 내에 존재하였으나, 고유진동수는 제한 값보다 낮은 값을 갖았다. 현재 상세 모델에 대한 해석을 수행 중에 있다. 본 연구는 복합재료(3-X board)가 적용된 구체에 대한 초기 연구로써 만족할 만한 결과를 제시한다.

  • 컴퓨터의 기본 출력장치인 프린터는 컴퓨터의 대중보급과 그 이용기술의 고도화에 부응하여 새로운 기능을 갖춘 모델이 계속적으로 등장하고 있다. 또한 제한된 문자종의 단순한 인쇄 출력기능만이 요구되던 대형 컴퓨터 접속용 프린터에서는 인자 속도와 신뢰성이 주된 성능 평가 대상이었으나, 소형 컴퓨터 중심의 구체화·전문화된 응용 분야인 CAD·CAM이나 OA 용의 프린터에는 문자종의 다양성, 그래픽 화상처리, 유색인쇄, 자동 급지장치 등 부가적인 추가기능 처리능력이 요구되고 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 온톨로지의 범주를 재분류하는 방안을 모색하였다. 재분류 방법으로는 범주정보 단순화와 구체화를 고안하였다. 각각은 다시 표제정보와 참조정보를 이용한 방법으로 나누어 생각하였다. 또한 상이한 범주집합들 사이의 관계를 밝히는 방법도 모색하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 방법들을 활용한 예를 동해 그 유용성을 살펴보았다.
