최근 포화된 도시 인구와 교통량에 대응하기 위하여 기존의 버스, 지하철 등의 대중교통 수단 이외에 광역화된 도시 영역을 빠른 시간 내에 대량의 승객이 이동할 수 있는 신개념의 교통체계로서 대심도 철도가 소개되고 있다. 철도가 광역화되고 인구 밀도가 높은 도시 영역을 빠르게 대량의 승객을 수송하기 위해서 지하 깊이 철도가 다니게 하는 것이 경제성, 효율성 측면에서 합리적일 수 있으나 편리성과 도입에 초점을 맞추다 보니 여기서 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 안전 문제에 대한 체계적인 검토가 간과되고 있다. 대심도 터널 내에서의 다양한 교통사고와 화재를 포함하여 각종 자연 재해와 인적 재난이 대심도 교통수단의 안전에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 방재 측면에서 대심도 터널 자체의 구조와 기능, 교통수단의 기능 측면을 강조하다 보니 인명 피해, 즉 인간 그 자체의 안전에 대하여 간과하는 측면이 있어 본 내용은 국내 유사 교통 수단인 고속철도에서 심장마비 환자의 응그브이료 구축 사례와 대구 지하철 화재의 초기 응급의료 대응을 통하여 대심도 철도 사고나 응급환자 발생 시 대피와 구조의 어려움을 적절히 대처하고, 인명피해 저감 대책과 대심도 철도의 특성에 맞는 응급의료체계를 개발 방향에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

북한은 소프트웨어 개발기관인 조선콤퓨터센터(KCC)를 설립하고 자체 소프트웨어를 개발하여 사용하고 있다. 조선콤퓨터센터(KCC)는 리눅스 오픈소스 기반의 붉은별 운영체제를 개발하고, 내부 응용프로그램인 서광문서처리체계를 개발하여 사용하고 있다. 이러한 내부문서체계의 보안 취약점을 분석하기 위해 서광문서체계와 유사한 워드프로세스의 CVE 보안 취약점을 분석하고, 서광문서체계의 파일인 ODT 파일의 구조를 분석한다.

한국어 통합 지식베이스를 생성하기 위해 필수적인 분류체계(taxonomy)를 구축하는 방식을 제안한다. 위키데이터를 기반으로 분류 후보군을 추출하고, 상하위 관계를 통해 방향 비순환 그래프(Directed Acyclic Graph)를 구성한 뒤, 국부적 도달 중심성(local reaching centrality) 등의 정보를 활용하여 정제함으로써 246 개의 분류와 314 개의 상하위 관계를 갖는 분류체계를 생성한다. 워드넷(WordNet), 디비피디아(DBpedia) 등 기존 링크드 오픈 데이터의 분류체계 대비 깊이 있는 계층 구조를 나타내며, 다중 상위 분류를 지닐 수 있는 비트리(non-tree) 구조를 지닌다. 또한, 위키데이터 속성에 기반하여 위키데이터 정보가 있는 인스턴스(instance)에 자동으로 분류를 부여할 수 있으며, 해당 방식으로 실험한 결과 99.83%의 분류 할당 커버리지(coverage) 및 99.81%의 분류 예측 정확도(accuracy)를 나타냈다.

Battlefield management systems are operated by the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic equipment is distributed through the personal delivery to the enemy has deodorizing prone to structure. In addition, Per person each battlefield management system (C4I) encryption key operate and authentication module to manage multiple encryption so, encryption key operating is restrictions. Analysis of the problems of this public key infrastructure(PKI), Identity-Based Cryptosystem(IBC) and Attribute-Based Cryptosystem(ABC) to compare construct the future of encrypt ion and authentication system were studied. Authentication method for the connection between the system that supports data encryption and secure data communication, storage, and communication scheme is proposed.

It has problems to use the existing construction information classification system as the bridge breakdown structure due to lack of relationships between element classes. In this study, we proposed the bridge breakdown system for supplementation of above-mentioned classification system. The proposed system, for geometric information modeling, was based on international standards of methodology for structuring part families namely PLIB Part 42. In particular, the breakdown system, considering of the functional classification for the semantic information of the elements is included. In addition, we proposed a basic framework for actual modeling using bridge breakdown system and showed that it can be used in practice.

This paper discusses the theoretical arguments regarding the structure of the national disaster management system. This paper is motivated by the criticisms that the Korean literature on the national disaster management system treats the issue in the limited context of the structural reform of the government and that in such process it confines itself to the production of very practical solutions based on partial observation on the national disaster management system of advanced countries without proper treatment of the peculiar political, socio-economic, cultural backgrounds of such countries. Therefore, this paper provides thorough theoretical review on the structural characteristics of the national disaster management system, which is pursued on the basis of the constructs of the systematic understanding of the characteristics of disaster itself as a policy subject. As a result this paper shows that the national disaster management system requires.

This paper proposes potentialities of constructing the information system for earthquake hazard management which can manage and analyse earthquake risk and hazard systematically. The experimental results as well as architectural structure investment data for seismicity assessment are built in database and connected with GIS for assessing earthquake safety of building in urban area. For earthquake-resistant performance assessment, we collected and classified building structural data according to assessment criteria using building register, architectural map, digital map, and then complemented database with field survey data. We also suggest GIS-based information system can cope with and manage earthquake hazard effectively, as evaluating earthquake risk by performing detailed earthquake-resistant assessment and determining final assessment scores. The assessment should be processed quickly and accurately by integrating the earthquake hazard information management system with modularization of assessment procedure and method in the future.

개방형 체계접근방법은 변화의 속도가 느린 개방 인터페이스를 사용하는 것이며 이의 초점은 잘 알려져 있고 받아들일 수 있는 개방 인터페이스를 잘 선택하여 무기체계에 적용하고 개방구조에 맞는 모듈화 설계를 한다면 수명주기비용을 적게 하고 개발기간을 단축하며 지속적으로 성능을 유지 또는 향상시킬 수 있는 혁신적인 개념이라 할 수 있다. 많은 무기체계는 완전히 개방적일 수는 없지만 무기체계를 설계할 때 개방개념을 도입함으로써 개방의 이점을 최대화 할 수 있다.

내부 정보 유출 방지체계는 침입탐지시스템이나 방화벽 같은 외부 공격자에 대한 방어 대책으로는 한계가 있어 새로운 정보보호 체계가 필요하다. 본 논문은 내부정보 유통 구조에 내재되어 있는 내부 정보 유출 취약점을 분석하고 이에 대한 대책으로서 새로운 정보보호 모델을 제안하며, 제안된 정보보호 모델을 구현하는 한 방법으로서 DRM 기술을 적용한 정보보호 기술구조를 제안한다.
