A method to verify seismic qualification of the plant protection system cabinet for a nuclear power plant is presented. A finite element model of the cabinet is developed and the dynamic characteristics are obtained. The results of the modal analysis provide insight into the fundamental dynamic properties of the structure, which correspond to the frequency of the peak values of the input seismic spectrum. It necessitates the design modification of the reference cabinet. Techniques for verifying structural integrity and operability are exemplified by summarizing response spectrum and time history analyses of the structure.

HTML pages in the web change at any time. It could cause to decrease the functionality of meta-search engines which provide users with integrated results of search engines. To solve this problem, we propose an HTML pages modification detector. It utilities information of element positions in HTML pages and the modified Jaak Vilo algorithm. The HTML page modification detector uses patterns that represent the structure of HTML expressions occurring repeatedly in HTML pages. An experiment is carried out to verify the correctness of the modification detector.

연구자의 R&D 전주기 과정을 지원하기 위해 KISTI에서 2006년 개발된 OntoFrame$^{(R)}$은 과학기술 온톨로지와 DBMS 기반 추론 시스템을 적용하여 추론 서비스를 제공하였다. 2007년 개발중인 OntoFrame$^{(R)}$의 추론 시스템은 대량의 인스턴스를 대상으로 빠른 추론 성능을 제공하기 위해서 저장 구조 변경 및 추론 프로세스 변경을 통해 추론 시스템의 성능을 개선하는데 중점을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 추론 시스템의 개선을 위해서 RDF 트리플의 데이터 구조 및 테이블 구조 변경, EMPV(Expanded Multiple Properties View) 개발 및 도입, 추론 서비스와 추론 시스템의 프로세스 변경, 저장 구조 관리기의 개발 연구를 수행하였다. 데이터 구조 및 테이블 구조 변경을 통해서 저장 공간의 오버헤드를 개선하였고, EMPV의 도입을 통해서 트리플 저장 구조의 비효율적인 자료 접근 방식을 개선하였으며, 프로세스 개선을 통해 추론에 소용되는 시간을 단축하였다. 또한 관리기 도입을 통해서 사용자 편의성 및 추론 시스템의 관리 기능을 제공하였다.

XML documents consist of elements that are basic units of information. When the structure of XML documents is changed dynamically, we need to update structure information efficiently without changing the information of the index structure for fast retrieval. In this paper, we propose a dynamic indexing model scheme that updates the index structure in real time as the structure of XML documents is changed by insertion and deletion of elements. Our dynamic indexing model consists of a structure information representation method and a dynamic index structure. The structure information representation method supports various types of structure retrievals. Our dynamic index structure processes various structural queries efficiently. We show through various experiments that our method outperforms existing ones in processing various types of queries such as content based queries, structural queries and hybrid queries.

XML을 이용하면 다이어그램에서 변경 내용을 검출하는 문제는 트리 구조에서 변경 내용을 검출하는 문제로 전환할 수 있다. 트리 구조의 털러 버전(version) 간에 형제(sibling) 노드의 순서가 유지되지 않는 조건하에서, 트리 구조의 변경 내용을 검출하는 문제는 NP-complete임이 증명되어 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는, 트리 연산에 몇 가지 제한을 부가하여, 빠른 시간 내에 최적에 가까운 변경 내용을 검출하는 방법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of career plateau(structural and content plateau) on IT service technical engineers' career satisfaction and career withdrawal intention. Survey data were collected from 161 IT service technical engineers. The results indicated that structural and content plateau were negatively related to career satisfaction, and content plateau was positively related to career withdrawal intention, but not structural plateau. In addition, the results of hierarchical multiple regressions indicated that content plateau had stronger effect on career satisfaction and career withdrawal intention then content plateau.

스키마 변화처리시 기존의 스키마와 새로운 스키마의 관계는 대부분의 경우 서로 공통적으로 가지는 부분들과 그렇지 않은 부분들로 나눌 수 있다. 새로운 스키마는 서로 다른 부분의 구조에 대한 내용만을 기존의 구조에 추가하면 될 것이다. 이러한 성질을 객체지향 개념을 이용하여 표현함으로써 스키마의 변화 관리를 더욱 효율적으로 하는 방법을 제시하고 시스템을 설계했다. 본 연구에서 정의된 스키마 구조는 atomic type들로 이루어진 클래스들로 구성되어 있어서 변경된 내용은 스키마 전체의 변경을 요구하지 않고 이러한 타입이나 클래스의 변경에 의해서 이루어져 스키마 버젼의 관리가 용이하며 효율적이다.

In this paper, it is covered in detail the process of generating structural alternatives with geometry change and its optimization by StrAuto. The main roof structure of the Exhibition Center is modelled parametrically and the optimal alt is derived by observing volume changes according to geometry change of main roof truss. Existing studies performed optimization process through sections and properties due to the limitations of shape change, but this study have meaning of performing the optimization with geometry changes which is the most critical skills of StrAuto. By the process of securing a sufficient margin by geometry changes and reducing volume with the optimization of sections, despite of a partial optimization of large space structure, it could be reduced by 11.7% of the total volume.

This paper presents the equivalent nodal load for the element stiffness which represents the influence of the stiffness change such as the addition of elements, the deletion of elements, and/or the partial change of element stiffness. The reanalysis of structure using the equivalent load improves the efficiency very much because the inverse of the structural stiffness matrix, which needs a large amount of computation to calculate, is reused in the reanalysis. In this paper, the concept of the equivalent load for the element stiffness is described and some numerical examples are provided to verify it.
