In this paper, we estimate whether changes in the economic environment a firm operates in affects technical efficiency. Since efficiency gains can manifest themselves in a variety of ways, we estimate for efficiency gains on annual generating plants input demand for expenses and fuel use. We find that generating plants reduced their workers and costs respectively by 6.8% in 1999 and 37.9% in 2001. However, they didn't show any systematic caloric consumption changes facing various economic environmental shocks. These results suggest that restructuring brought efficiency gains by replacing regulated monopoly with a more competitive firms in the context of the Korean electricity market.

The army of republic of korea have been continued to transform their logistics support system structure for better efficient logistics support system in preparation for the future environment. Logistics system has supply network structure which is connected by various units and supply network structure received attention as a factor of success of supply network. Many researchers have continuously researched inventory management, transportation or economy factors for supply network, but such a study on the one in military supply network structure analysis is still slower than the study of analysis of other factors until now. In this study, we identify military supply network structure influence factor by application of social network analysis method which is used broadly and analyze co-relationships between supply network structure influence factor and valued APL(average path length) as a criteria of efficiency of military supply network. By this study it has value of military supply network influence factor identification for the better military supply network fabrication.

본 논문에서는 우리가 개발한 IPsec 시스템의 효율성을 위해 인터넷 키 교환 서버를 중심으로 모듈간 연동 구조와 이에 따른 수행 절차를 다룬다. 개발한 IPsec 시스템은 IP기반 단대단 보안을 위해 IPsec 엔진을 중심으로 키 관리, SADB, SPDB 모듈이 통합된 구조로 되어 있다. 따라서 각 모듈간의 효율적인 연동구조는 시스템의 전체 효율에 매우 큰 영향을 줄 수 있다. 특히, 우리의 IPsec 시스템에서 IPsec 엔진은 커널과의 통합방식으로 구현되었기 때문에 SPDB와 SADB의 구현 위치에 따른 조회의 효율성을 위해 여러 고려 사항들이 필요하다. 우리는 이러한 문제를 풀기 위해 IKE 서버에 의해 생성된 SPI를 사용한다 최종적으로 우리는 SPDB 엔트리와 SADB 엔트리 조회의 최적화 방법에 기인한 모듈간 연동구조를 제안한다.

최근 멀티미디어 객체를 위한 효율적인 색인 기술에 대한 많은 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나 이러한 색인 구조들은 단일 사용자만을 지원하는데 그치고 있는 실정이며 상용 DBMS에 통합되어 실제 응용되는 사례는 드물다. 이에 본 논문에서는 필터링에 기반한 고차원 색인구조를 위한 효율적인 동시성 제어 기법을 제안하고, 지속성 객체 시스템인 SHORE 하부 저장 구조에 통합한다. 제안하는 동시성 제어 기법은 쓰레드의 개수를 증가시켜 삽입과 검색 측면에서 실험한 결과 약 30%의 응답시간 감소를 보였다.

Through the increment of requirement for group oriented communication services, on the open network, the multicast infrastructure has become a widely discussed researching topic. However the research of the security properties that safety, efficiency and scaleability in a multicast structure, has not been enough. In this study, we discuss conventional multicast key management structures and propose a scalable secure multicast key management structure based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure), IPSec, domain subgroup and structural two mode scheme. Also we certify to the usability of new proposed scheme from comparing it with conventional schemes in the part of safety, efficiency and scaleability.

본 논문에서는 "프로세서 중심 컴퓨터 구조"에서 개발된 MPI 병렬 프로그램을 수정하지 않고 "메모리 중심 컴퓨터 구조"에서 더 효율적으로 수행시키는 기술을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기술은 메모리 중심 컴퓨터 구조가 가지는 "빠른 대용량 공유 메모리" 특징을 이용하여 MPI 표준 라이브러리가 수행하는 네트워크 통신을 통한 느린 데이터 전달을 공유 메모리를 통한 빠른 데이터 전달로 대체하여 효율성을 얻는다. 본 연구에서 제안한 기술은 도커 가상화 기술을 사용한 분산 시스템 환경에서 MC-MPI-LIB 라이브러리 및 MC-MPI-SIM 시뮬레이터로 구현되었으며 다수의 MPI 병렬 프로그램으로 시험 수행하여 효율성이 있음을 보였다.

The research on the efficiency analysis of domestic auto parts companies is mostly based on the calculation of the magnitude of the performance creation such as the sales amount compared to the input assets. However, the performance indicators such as sales, operating profit, and net profit are directly related to the cost structure and This cost structure is affected by changes in the firm's asset and capital structure. As a result, it is considered that efficient capital procurement needs to be done at the same time to create efficient management performance through proper investment. This study focuses on this point and attempts to measure the efficiency of procurement capital relative to the sales and other performance indicators generated by the first 33 suppliers who supply parts to Hyundai Kia Motors. Among the methods of evaluating efficiency, the DEA model based on the linear programming method is most widely used as a nonparametric method but The efficient frontier-based DEA model has the limitation that it can not use the variables that have a downward influence on the efficiency. This is inadequate to directly consider variables such as borrowings and total liabilities related to capital procurement. In this study, the efficiency of capital procurement was measured using Worst Practice DEA and the improvement direction of the capital procurement aspect of domestic auto parts companies was suggested

좁은 면적을 효율적으로 이용하고자 현대의 구조물들은 더욱 고층화 및 대형화가 되어가고 있는 추세이며, 이러한 구조물들에 대한 안정성 및 유지관리의 효율적인 자료관리가 시급한 실정이다. 또한, 구조물의 안정성에 관여된 여러 가지 요소들을 보다 종합적이며 효율적인 자료의 관리가 뒷받침이 되어야 보다 정확하고 경제적인 유지관리가 이루어질 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 구조물의 안전진단의 자료를 기초로 하여 효율적이며 조직적인 자료관리를 위하여 GIS를 적용하여 구조물의 유지관리 시스템 구축에 대한 효용성에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 논문에서는 우리나라 국방예산 운영의 국민경제적 파급효과에 대한 실증분석에 기초하여 국방예산 규모논쟁에 대한 검토, 지출구조의 개선방안, 그리고 지출구조 개성을 위한 국방부문의 효율화 방향을 제시하였다. 실증분석을 위해 Feder-Ram 2부문-외부효과모형에 기초하여 1970년대 이후 총국방비 운영유지비 방위력개선비 등 3가지의 국방부문 지표를 이용한 실증분석 결과, 방위력개선비가 국민총생산에 대해 유의한 정(正)의 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 총국방비의 경우 유의성이 없었으며, 운영유지비의 경우 유의한 부(負)의 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 국방예산 규모논쟁과 관련하여, 최근 GDP 대비 국방비 비중과 안보위협을 고려한 국가군별 비교 등을 통해볼 때, 지금까지의 우리나라 국방비규모의 상대적 비중이 하락하는 추세를 더 이상 기대하기는 어렵다고 보는 것이 현실적인 인식이라고 판단된다. 이제 국방예산 관련 논의의 초점은 상대적 규모를 포함하여 국방예산규모 자체보다는 국방예산의 지출구조와 내역에 맞추어져야 하고, 국방예산 운영의 낭비사례를 방지하고 효율성 투명성을 높여서 적절한 지출구조와 배분내역 방식을 이루는 것이 되어야 한다고 판단된다. 국방예산 지출구조의 개선을 위해서 투자비 성격의 방위력개선비 비중을 높이는 예산구조상의 개선이 매우 중요한 과제이다. 이를 위해 각종 경사경비에 대한 영점기준의 검토작업과 더불어 인력과 장비의 대체, 인력구조의 조정 등을 통해 기술집약형 전력구조를 지향하는 보다 근본적인 구조조정노력이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 미래전 양상에 대비한 군 첨단화의 핵심인 해상방위력 및 항공력 증강 등이 필수적이며, 지상군 위주에서 상대적으로 해 공군 중심의 군 구조로 개선되어야 할 것이다. 구조개선의 완급조절과 군별배분의 수평적 구조개선을 통해서 예산규모의 커다란 증대 압력 없이 추진 할 수 있는 구조개선은 시급히 실현되어야 할 것이며, 구조조정 재원의 상당부분은 군 내부의 낭비사례를 막고 생산성을 획기적으로 제고해서 확보할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 국방예산 운영의 효율성 투명성 제고를 위해서는 군 내부 자원관리기능이 강화되어야 하고, 군조직 운영에 있어서도 민간부문에 상응하는 경영효율성 개념의 과감한 도입이 요구된다. 지금까지의 '국방전력 극대화'를 위한 군인중심의 획일적 폐쇄적 군조직 운영에서 벗어나 조직 인사 예산 운영 전반에 걸친 경영혁신이 이루어져야 한다. 국방부문에 경영효율성 개념을 도입하여 경영혁신을 이루어나가는 주요 정책방향은 일부 기능 조직의 민영화 및 민간위탁의 확대, 민간전문인력의 활용도 제고, 자율적 책임경이 필요한 부문을 대상으로 한 "책임경영사업소(Agency)제도"의 도입 등이다. 또한 유사기능을 갖는 조직과 각군별로 별도로 설립되어 중복되는 기능을 수행하는 기관을 통폐합해야 할 것이다.

The objective of this study was to analyze the market structure of the Garak Agricultural Products Wholesale Market, which has the greatest influence among agricultural products wholesale markets and plays a key role in domestic agricultural products distribution. In addition, through analysis of the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation, which is a major distributor of the Garak Market, the connection relationship between the market structure of the Garak Market and the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation was able to be identified. From 2007 to 2018, it was found that the market structure of Garak Market was a monopoly. In addition, the average production efficiency of the five wholesale market corporations was 0.95, indicating that the wholesale market corporation in Garak Market has an efficient production structure with high output compared to input. Therefore, in order to activate the agricultural products wholesale market and protect the rights of producers and consumers based on the analysis results, it is necessary to implement a policy that can establish a competition system among agricultural products wholesale market distributors.
