이 연구에서는 전통 문법에서의 독일어 '장 구조(Felderstruktur)'와 생성문법에서의 '보문소 구조(CP-Struktur)'의 통합을 모색하였으며, 전장(Vorfeld)과 중장(Mittelfeld)에서 나타나는 문장 성분들의 장 점령 제약 조건들을 살펴보았다. 특히 연구의 중심 영역인 중장의 경우 '테마-레마 제약', '한정성 제약', '주어-행위자 제약' 등이 중요한 장 점령 제약 조건임을 확인하였다. 또한 이 경우, '격점검 구상(Kasus-Checking Ansatz)'에서 해결할 수 없는 몇 가지 문제를 '담화 기능 구상(Diskursfunktionaler Ansatz)'을 통해 설명할 수 있었다 따라서 이 연구에서는 독일어 장 점령 조건들이 순수 통사적 제약을 넘어선 담화$\cdot$화용적 차원으로 상정해야 한다고 주장하였다.

Through a series of analyses of specific structures it is shown that incremental collapse may be the critical design criterion and that shakedown analysis can be used as a design tool. Using shakedown analysis technique, a nonlinear structural optimization program has been developed. This incorporates: (i) design constraints on elastic stresses and deflections: (ii) constraints for the prevention of incremental collapse and soft story failure: and (iii) the constraint on the fundamental period of structure. A five-step design procedure is proposed by using the program to obtain the optimum design that satisfies all the requirements of comprehensive earthquake-resistant design.

This study set the research model to examine the correlation between Word-of-Mouth constraint factors, efforts to negotiate pertaining to these, Flow and Word-of-Mouth intent based on the theory of leisure constrain when it comes to the correlation between consumers' Word-of-Mouth constraint factors and Word-of-Mouth. Correlation among the variables were verified in an empirical manner. Results of this study are summarized as follows. After verifying the hypotheses, all the hypotheses were adopted excluding the hypotheses of two results (Hypothesis 1, hypotheses 5). Detailed results regarding this are as follows. First, the following is the effect of the Intrapersonal Constraint and Word-of-Mouth constraint factors on the Word-of-Mouth constraint negotiation effort. Interpersonal Constraint and Structural Constraint exert positive (-) effect on the Word-of-Mouth constraint negotiation effort. In case of Intrapersonal Constraint, negative (-) effect was demonstrated. Thus, this was statistically significant although dismissed from hypothesis verification. Second, the following is the result of examining the structural correlation between Word-of-Mouth constraint negotiation effort, Flow and Word-of-Mouth. Word-of-Mouth constraint negotiation effort exerts positive (-) effect on the Flow, but it was not statistically effective in case of the Word-of-Mouth. Lastly, it is possible to see that the Flow plays the role of a medium since it exerted positive (-) effect on the Word-of-Mouth. Results of this study are expected to provide key theoretical and working level implications as well as general understanding of the Word-of-Mouth constraint factors, consumers' Flow and Word-of-Mouth.

The purpose of this study was to develop the Constraints in Physical Activity Scale for people with physical Disabilities(CPASD) which measures the constraints in physical activity of people with physical disabilities. For this study, the 5 step analytic framework of unified validity developed by Messick (1995), the framework for conducting a strong program of construct validation by Benson (1998) method were applied. Furthermore, the validity of CPASD was systematically presented by applying common factor model and measurement model to 264 persons with physical disabilities. The conclusion based on the results and discussions of this study is as follows. First, CPASD presented evidence of job validity. Four factors (17 items) were developed, consisting of leader constraints, economic constraints, prejudice, and exercise environment constraints through the analysis of the factor structure and the fit of factor coefficients. Second, the factor structure of the developed CPASD (leader constraint, economic constraint, prejudice, exercise environment constraint) was statistically distinguished and stably reflected the existing exercise participation constraints theory. Third, the developed CPASD presented evidence of the validity of the criteria. Leader constraints and prejudice were negatively correlated with positive motor emotions, leader constraints, prejudice, and exercise environment constraints were positively correlated with negative motor emotions. Therefore, in future research, it is necessary to reevaluate the current system and actual condition related to leader constraints, economic constraints, prejudices, and exercise environment constraints derived as factors of CPASD. To do this, it is necessary to judge the degree of reality based on the causal relationship verification and IRT theory using CPASD.

원시언어 문장의 구조 분석을 기반으로 하는 기계번역 시스템에서 원시언어의 최소 의미 단위는 동사를 중심으로 한 단문으로 생각할 수 있다. 단문 단위 대역어를 지정하기 위해서는 동사구 번역패턴의 사용이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 단문 내 격 정보와 번역을 위한 의미 제약조건을 기술하여 한영 기계번역 시스템에서 사용하는 동사구 번역패턴을 정의하고, 문장 정규화를 통한 동사구 번역패턴의 활용방법을 제안한다. 동사구 번역패턴은 단문 구조 파악을 위한 제약 조건부와 대역어 선정부로 나뉜다. 제약 조건부는 단문 구조 번역을 위한 최소한의 의미 제약만으로 기술되며, 격조사로 구분되는 격 정보를 갖는다. 이러한 격 정보는 원시언어인 한국어의 단문 분석을 위해 사용되며 분석결과에 대해 단문 단위 대역어를 지정한다. 동사구 번역 패턴은 실제 말뭉치에서의 사용을 반영하기 위해 병렬 말뭉치로부터 구축되며 실험을 통해 예측되는 패턴의 규모를 알아볼 수 있다.

A study of the impact of constraint factors of festival participation and negotiation efforts of festival participant on festival satisfaction. This study reviewed earlier studies about festival and verified an impact of the leisure constraint factors of festival participant and the negotiation efforts on festival satisfaction by considering previous literature. Hypotheses based on literature reviews were analyzed emprically. According to the result of study, in aspect of the relationship between constraint factors of festival participation(intrapersonal constraint, interpersonal constraint, structural constraint) and negotiation efforts of festival participation, both interpersonal constraint and structural constraint have positive influence on constraint negotiation efforts. However, intrapersonal constraint factor influenced negatively. Also, the results revealed that in aspect of the relationship among festival participation, festival experience recognition, and satisfaction, festival participation have positive influence on cognitive and emotional experience and finally satisfaction.

웹 어플리케이션은 생명 주기가 짧고, 마르고 정확한 개발이 요구되므로 모델링 단계에서의 요소 분류 및 요소간의 제약조건을 정의할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 각 프레임과 페이지를 그 성격에 따라 집합 프레임과 구조 프레임, 내용 페이지와 구조 정보 페이지로 분류, 이를 바탕으로 요소간의 관계를 정의하였다. 웹 응용 모델링의 요소 분류를 통해 그에 따른 제약 조건을 서술할 수 있는데, 이를 통해 사소한 예측할 수 있는 오류를 피할 수 있고, 웹 응용의 기본적인 테스트 케이스로도 사용할 수 있다.

이 연구는 IPA 기법을 적용하여 민간경비원들의 여가활동 집중개선 종목을 도출하고, 나아가 여가제약이 참가지수에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2010년 서울 소재 6개소 민간경비업체를 대상으로 판단표집법을 적용하여 최종분석에 사용된 사례 수는 총 267명이다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원들의 여가활동 참가 지수인 선호도와 참여도는 차이가 있다. 중점개선 여가활동은 헬스, 산책/조깅, 숙박관광, 당일여행 등이다. 둘째, 민간경비원들의 여가제약은 여가활동 참가지수에 영향을 미친다. 개인내적, 주변의식적, 대인적 제약이 클수록 선호하는 여가활동에 부적 영향을 미치는 반면, 구조적, 시간 경제적 제약을 극복하고 선호하는 여가활동에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 민간경비원들의 복지적처우개선에 집중적인 투자가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Constraint Programming in AS and Optimization in OR started and have grown in different backgrounds to solve common decision-making problems in real world. This paper tries to integrate results from those different fields by suggesting a hybrid solver as an integration framework. Starting with an integrating modeling language, a way to implement a hybrid solver will be discussed using Warren's abstract machine and an finite domain constraint programming solver structures. This paper will also propose some issues rising when implementing the hybrid solver and provide their solutions.
