국내외에서 플로팅 건축물에 대한 관심의 증대와 함께 수요가 현실화되고 있는 반면, 플로팅 건축물 계획에서 기본적으로 요구되는 배치와 형태계획 등에 관련된 직접적인 지침은 없다. 이 연구에서는 기존 국내외 관련 지침을 조사하여 배치 및 형태계획과 관련된 지침 구성요소를 도출하고 이를 비교 분석하여 배치 및 형태계획 지침을 작성하기 위한 지침 구성 체계를 제안하였다.

본 원고에서는 현대 군전력의 핵심이 되는 지휘, 통제, 통신 및 정보(C I)체계의 주요 요소가 되는 전술 통신망에 대하여 일반적인 특성 및 요구 조거능 ㄹ기술하고 세계 각국의 전술 통신 체계의 개발 및 구성 현황에 소개하였으며 마지막으로 NATO에서 추진하는 2000년대 미래 전술 통신체계 연구 계획에 대하여 언급하였다.

미국의 장갑무기체계 현대화(ASM)계획은 일련의 계열모듈을 사용하여 전차, 자주포, 보병전투기무기, 공병체계 및 유도무기 등을 모두 같지는 않더라도 유사한 차체 즉 공통자체(Common Chassis)위에 올려 체계를 구성할 것으로 보인다. 이 계획의 규모는 총 예산이 약 4조원(5백 50억불)에 이르며, 6천대의 ASM계열을 생산할 예정이다

우리나라는 최근 COVID-19 감염병 재난에 대한 체계적이고 성공적인 방역과 대응으로 국제적인 주목과 인정을 받고 있으며, 세계 10위 수준의 국가 경제 발전과 재난관리 중요성의 인식 향상에 따라 수준 높은 국가 재난관리 체계에 대한 국민적 관심과 요구가 높아지고 있다. 2004년 국가 위기관리 기본지침의 제정과 함께 국가 위기관리 표준 매뉴얼이 수립된 이래로 국가 위기관리 체계에서 위기관리 매뉴얼은 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 하지만 4차시대 혁명시대 ICT 기술 및 재난정보들이 융합된 재난 대응 환경에서 책자와 파일 위주의 정적 문서 포맷과 비구조적인 내용구성으로 주요정보 간 연계·활용성이 낮은 현재 매뉴얼 체계는 실제 재난상황에서 KEY 역할을 수행하기에는 여러 측면에서 한계가 뚜렷하다. 본 논문에서는 국가 위기관리 매뉴얼 체계 개선의 초석을 마련하는 단계로써 표준 매뉴얼에 대한 구성요소를 분석하고 기관 간 협업관계를 분석하였다.

Categorization systems of homepages in search engines are likely to be constructed considering system's efficiency only but not user-centered. This study I investigated user's mental model of superordinate and subordinate categories using category terms of major Korean search engines. From this result, we constructed two kinds of categorization system; redundant system and singular system. In the redundant system, for example, a subordinate category can belong to a number of superordinate categories, but in the singular system to only one superordinate category Three prototype categorization systems, with 'Simmani', were designed and search performances of each system were observed repetitively Overall results, with frequency of correct a answers, number of steps and time taken in solution taken into account, showed the redundant system was superior to the other two systems. This indicates that categorization search could be improved with appropriate categorizaton system. However. l in recognition test score in singular system was the best, which indicates that search performance and recognition memory of categorization reveal different aspects of categorization system learning. Issues of category organization. ways of interface, prior knowledge, exploratory learning, and application areas are discussed further.

정보통신 기술의 발달과 환경오염 문제의 심각성에 대한 인식 때문에 근래에 선박에 새로운 개념이 도입되고 있다. 전전기 스마트선은 전기 추진체계를 포함한 선박 내 모든 전력계통 구성품의 관련 요소들을 선박의 목적과 특성에 맞게 운영 되어지는 신개념의 선박이다. 이 연구에서는 전전기선 체계통합 시스템에 대하여 설명할 것인데, 이는 선박의 추진 및 전력, 기관제어계통 등 전체 시스템에 대한 획득 및 수명주기 비용 절감을 위한 통합 관리 체계를 목적으로 한다. 전기추진체계를 이해하기 위해서는 선박 내에 모든 전력 구성품의 통합 적인 이해가 필요 하며, 이를 위해서 전력제어, 전력배전, 통합 최적화를 위한 개념에 대해서 정확히 이해하여야 한다. 이 연구에서는 체계통합기술의 전반적인 이해를 돕는 데에 있다.

Object-oriented methodologies are widely used in the development of huge and complex systems since these methodologies produce the comprehensible and extensible model of systems. In order to apply an object-oriented methodology to a software development, developers should derive a method customized to a specific project from the methodology and, then, construct a development process from the method. Unfortunately, existing object-oriented methodologies lack a systematic facility for the construction of a method and a process. In this paper, we present a customizable object-oriented methodology to support the systematic derivation of a project specific method from the generic methodology. To derive a project specific method from the methodology, we transform the problem of a derivation to a planning problem and apply planning techniques. Our planning technique uses the description of an architecture that captures the structure and characteristics of a software under development as input and constructs an appropriate method with respect to the architecture. The architecture-centered construction facilitates the effective handling for the characteristics of the software since an architecture capture the decisions that must be maintained consistently during the development.

The purpose of this research is to deduce the frailties of the operating condition of Korea's national crisis management system through a comprehensive perspective analysis. It is then to present efficient measures through the enhancement of these infirmities. For this, after examining the fundamental theory, we presented a development direction based on the current status of the 6 key systems composing the national crisis management system. We also included items regarding each of the policy proposal in our conclusion. The fundamental theory of Korea's national crisis management system has been integrated based on a comprehensive security concept. However, the system development which drives the integrated structure still remains solely as a legal and structural category. Thus, operating, informing-oriented, supporting management, and rearing professional manpower systems have yet to be cultivated with efficiency. In conclusion, this research is to present a development direction from a conceptual dimension and to analyze the current status of the 6 key systems which are law, organization, operation, information-oriented, support management, training, and education. Finally, this research highlights the policy measures to fully maximize system efficiency.
