오버레이 멀티캐스트는 IP 멀티캐스트와 달리 네트워크의 구조 변경 없이 종단 호스트가 자신이 받은 패킷을 다음 호스트에게 전달해 주는 방법을 사용한 어플리케이션 소프트웨어의 설치만으로 멀티캐스트를 제공받을 수 있는 기법이다. 오버레이 멀티캐스트는 일반적으로 delay에 민감하므로 효율적인 네트워크를 구성하기 위해서는 전체적인 지연시간을 감소시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 오버레이 네트워크에서 새로운 노드가 연결될 때 전체적인 지연시간을 감소시킬 수 있는 트리구성 방안에 대해서 제안하고자 한다.

HVDC는 오늘날 전세계가 주목하고 있는 기술 및 시장이다. 전력 설비의 노후화로 많은 설비들이 교체 예정이며, 그리드 전력망을 구성하기 위하여 국가간 대규모 전력 전송망이 설치되고 있으며, 신재생 에너지 수요 급증에 따라 새로운 전력망이 구축되고 있으며 구축 예정이다. 전력용 반도체 기술의 발전으로 DC 대용량 송전이 가능해졌고, 전송 효율 및 여러가지 장점으로 인하여 HVDC가 AC 송전의 대안으로 급부상하고 있다. HVDC 제어 및 보호 시스템을 디자인 하고 개발함에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 안정성과 신뢰성이다. 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 시스템은 이중화로 구성된다. HVDC 제어 및 보호 시스템은 여러 단계로 구분되어 지는데 엔지니어 디자인 관점에 따라서 단계별 이중화 구성 여부가 결정된다. 단계별 이중화 여부는 H/W 및 S/W 관점에서 심도 있게 결정되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이중화의 개념과 각 단계별 이중화 구성 가능 여부 및 장단점을 알아보고 최적의 이중화 구성을 도출하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

IETF's NETCONF WG has taken efforts in standardizing configuration management protocol, which allows high interoperability of configuration management. In addition to interoperability, high performance is also required in configuration management, but many researches have often discarded the performance aspect of it. In order to fill that void, this paper proposes methods to improve performance with layers of NETCONF. It demonstrates and compares the performance evaluations to verify the efficiency of the proposed methods.

건물의 3차원 모델링은 3차원 공간정보를 구축하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 기존의 3차원 건물 모델링은 대부분 입체 항공사진을 이용하여 도화사에 의해 수동으로 진행되어 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 최근에는 항공라이다(LiDAR) 데이터를 이용한 모델링 방법에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 기존의 항공라이다 데이터를 이용한 3차원 모델링 연구는 항공라이다 점 데이터를 보간 과정을 통하여 픽셀구조로 변환하거나 수치지도, 항공영상 등의 이종 데이터간의 융합을 통하여 건물을 모델링하는 방안 등을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 기존 건물 모델링 기법에서 사용되었던 점 데이터의 픽셀구조로의 변환 및 이종 데이터간의 융합 등의 방법을 배제하고 항공라이다 데이터만을 이용한 건물의 자동 모델링 방법을 제안하였다. 건물지붕에 대한 항공라이다 데이터를 3차원 공간상에서 재귀적으로 분할하여 패치(patch)를 구성하고, 동일한 속성을 갖는 패치들을 병합하여 건물의 구성요소를 추출한다. 추출되어진 건물의 구성요소를 대표하는 모델을 생성하여 전체적인 건물의 3차원 모델을 구성한다. 항공라이다 데이터를 이용하여 제안된 방법으로 실험한 결과, 다양한 형태의 건물 모델을 자동으로 구성할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 국내 재난경보방송시스템의 현황을 소개하고 시스템 구성에 대해 알아본다. 운용의 목적이나, 사업의 진행방향 및 제조사 별 특성에 맞는 경보방송시스템들이 구성되어 운영되고 이다. 또한, 지진조기경보시스템의 구성을 알아보고 소개한다. 다양한 종류의 재난경보방송시스템이 목적에 따라 구축되어 운영되는데 상호 호환성의 문제를 지적하고 서로 다른 시스템들을 하나의 발령시스템으로 통합하기 위한 통합경보시스템 구성방안을 제안한다. 특히, 국가적 지진조기경보시스템에서 나타나는 한계점에 대해 알아보고 실효성을 향상하기 위해 MEMS 센서를 이용한 지진감지 및 경보방안을 제안한다.

This research aims to provide a solution for the improvement of private security according to the change in criminal environment. The main cause of crime can be found in the anti-functional dimensions including value set disorder, social phenomenon variation, information-based, globalization and urbanization. In this environment, the private security sector has dramatically increased in a quantitative viewpoint, but it is insufficient in a qualitative viewpoint. This paper recognized this problem and demonstrates a solution for improvement through classifying elements of private security into relevant legislation, education institutions, security companies and security associations. The analysis result is a follows: First, motivation and satisfaction rate of escort and security related major has shown to be high. However, respondents evaluated the guard educational institution negatively. Second, the motivation of entering into the private security sector for internal staffs has shown to be positive and sound. However, the job satisfaction rate has shown to be low due to excessive competition, negative perception of occupation and low earning. Third, respondents gave an average mark to the Security Association's management and operation. In addition, the mutual-aid project received the same mark. Negative feedbacks were given to the protection of member's interest and to association operation and policy, while positive feedbacks were given to the degree of member's cooperation towards association policies.

An idea is presented in this paper that control panel be implemented with a ${\mu}$-processor instead of interrupt based logic circuits. To prove that the idea is reasonable, a ${\mu}$-computer controlled traffic light control system is chosen as a model, and its control panel is imple-mented witll a f-processor. The result is that the microprocessor-based control panel performs its function very well.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mathematical components of word problems and the structure of the components, to examine the characteristics of the understanding of mathematics high achievers about word problems, and ultimately to devise a teaching method geared toward facilitating learner understanding of the word problems. Given the findings of the study, the following conclusion was reached: First, word problems could be categorized according to their mathematical components, namely the mathematical structure of multiple variables provided to learners for their problem solving. And learner's reaction might hinge on the type of word problems. Second, the mathematics high achievers relied on diverse strategies to understand the mathematical components of word problems to solve the problems. The use of diverse strategies made it possible for them to succeed in problem solving. Third, identifying the characteristics of the understanding of the mathematics high achievers about word problems made it possible to layout successful lesson plans that stressed understanding of the mathematical structure of word problems. And the teaching plans enabled the learners to get a better understanding of the given word problems.

Most of the administrative works are executed based on the address. Therefore, spatial information is an essential factor for administrative works. So far, many systems, which apply spatial information to administrative works, have been implemented. However, there is little approach to apply spatial information to road occupation permit works. In this paper, we introduce system implementation plan for applying spatial information to road occupation permit administrative works. System implementation plan includes work analysis, applying scenarios extraction, system function extraction, and datamart construction plans. First, work processes and activities are defined based on the analysis of work handbook. Also, activities are displayed in diagram. Second, scenarios applying spatial information to road occupation permit works are extracted. Third, we derive service functions for system, which realize work processes and applying scenarios. Finally, spatial information datamart construction plan is established. Proposed system implementation plan in this research includes application architecture and part of data architecture. For implementing the system, plan for hardware and software architecture should be studied.

This paper examined the relationships between LMX, perceived use of power and conflict handling references. The empirical study was made by questionnaire survey. The sample was consisted in 615 office workers of 25 large corporations in Korea. Results of analysis of t-test indicated that LMX was significant difference in outcome variables such as perceived use of power and perceived conflict handing references. The limitation and future directions of the study were suggested.
